This hotel is like staying in prison. The front desk clerk has to unlock the front door every time you enter and leave. The problem is the clerk is FREQUENTLY not at their desk. This means you are left standing in the rain or at the door waiting for someone to let you in or out. The rooms are so small that the door hits the bed and won't open all the way. The breakfast room only has a couple of tables, so it is unlikely you will get a seat for breakfast. Hallways are noisy with other guests. Room windows open into the main hallway. No workspace. They double park cars so you could get blocked in while they look for the other care owner.

Good stay of 1 nights at this small boutique hotel, which is neither great nor bad- just satisfying as it seems dated and needed maintenance. We asked for a ground floor room of which there were several vacant, but they refused and gave us first floor room. Overall the location is safe but a little expensive, although you do get a good breakfast. Its a okay hotel, but would probaby try somewhere else in the future. Also the traffic in San Salv is a nightmare, use Uber instead and see the sights.

For a decent price you got nice clean rooms ,with hot water ,a/c also staff was very friendly recommended

Good prices, convenient location clean and good service, Wi-Fi is very poor connection.

By the moment I have not staid yet at the hotel, because a confusion on dates I had to cancel. The cancellation process was very efficient and since the charge is not process until you show at the front desk I didn’t had to worry about refunds. It was such a relief to not have to pass through all those inconveniences.

Hot water, good internet and free breakfast.

Unassuming at first, but very quiet and peaceful right in the center of San Salvador.

Nice place. Ppl are kind. Food is more or less. They lack many services: no swimming pool, no gym, no nice accessible parking lot.

Lovely staff, good location, comfortable, clean, reasonably priced. Just a couple things were a little glitchy: the air conditioner in the room i was in blew directly onto the bed and it got a little chilly, so I asked for a blanket, but for some reason there weren't any. I asked at least for an extra sheet, and even that proved hard to come by. I did get another sheet eventually, but it seemed odd that this simple request would be so difficult to fulfill. A blanket at a hotel, right? The other was the hot water was a little erratic. But on the whole, pleasant and comfortable.

Lovely place, service and room are the best

Excellent hotel!! Mi Casa es Tu Casa is so true at this hotel! The staff are very friendly and very helpful in where to travel. There are multiple police and army guard walking around and the there's a center plaza which very beautiful. First time coming here and this area and hotel is safe and to walk around especially at night.

It's hard to find a hotel that caters to disabled, in a wheelchair clientele. This place, the staff went out of there way to accommodate my situation. They were even ready with ramps for access in and out of the hotel. I appreciate that because I have found that a lot of places in El Salvador do not have wheelchair accessibility. The hotel is very nice and quite, serene like the name says.
