My parents recommended this hotel to me and I had such a great experience here! I was skeptical after reading some reviews but really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is amazing, the rooms are super clean, the price is affordable, security is good. Food is just good enough for a breakfast. Omg, this place is the place for the price. I meet the owner and he is a very nice friendly humble man that blends with the crowd to watch and to make make sure things are running well. I'll come back here again.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Made a reservation for two beds and when I got there they said they would only allow 2 adults per room without exception. I ended up late night without a room. The receptionist was arrogant and not helpful at all. The hotel denied my refund through the agency I booked with, so I ended up paying for my stay.

In appearance this is a very nice hotel well kept clean and organized it’s very unfortunate that I have to give two stars do to the bitter arrogant women at the front desk that’s worked June 18/19 she’s very rude and speaks as if she’s better than the customers the owner should put consideration into that , never staying at this hotel again train your employees to be better and respect people 🤷🏻‍♀️

Location is good, close to the US embassy. They have security and gated parking aswell, the hotel its installing new ac units to the rooms, they have a nice breakfast and you can take it to your room just let the lady who serves u you put know, the food tasted great. Room 419 window bed was creaking at the slightest of moves, but the next day were changed to 215 which was nice but 419 was nice view and newer AC unit although both worked great, it be good if they gave discounts for booking the room say 2+ days in a row. There is a good Hawaiian spot down the street and Hispanic food up front gas stations to the opposite corners.

This is a very decent place to stay. The rooms are clean, the ac works, there's reliable hot water and breakfast is served each morning. There are overpriced convenient items available in the lobby if you discover you have forgotten a toiletry or you need a snack or a quick drink ect. This was my 2nd visit at this hotel. I would stay again. They only negative is the location is not ideal if you are walking. However, you can use taxi's or if you're really adventurous, ride a coaster! # 44 will take you to the mall.

Went to visit my husband and didn’t have any idea where to get a hotel room. I am American and only speak English. I was nervous because I didn’t know if they spoke English but was applaud how good the young lady at the front desk spoke. I felt safe and it was the best experience I’ve ever had outside of the USA. If I wanted to order food they do it for you. Taxi 🚕 were outside at all times if you needed them. There was a security guard at the entrance. Down the street there is a WALMART 😁. United States Embassy less than a mile I even walked there. They even printed out my Flight information for me. There is a store 0.5 miles up where you can purchase beer🍺. The night clubs and restaurants isn’t far off either.

This one is very difficult Tha room and location was great But the service sucked big time sucked We stay 7 days and bed covers were dirty with a big stain we ask to be changed 3 times It didn't happen till I had to talk with management And still took more time we had wait around 12 hours The breakfast has to improve 7 day eating the same for breakfast eggs beans cheese and sandwich bread Come on try to be more creative the food is not free is included with the room I give this plase 3 stars just because I am nice

DO NOT STAY HERE! NO SE QUEDEN AQUÍ!!!! Bed bug infestation in the beds and foul smelling bathrooms. No hot water!! AC is broken, just horrible experience. Hay insectos en las camas!!!

Everything was excellent, I do believe however that the front desk could be more friendly and approachable.

Clean, smell good, excellent attention to the guest. Breakfast not bad, location near the American Embassy. Bad: no air conditioning in all hallway, no shampoo or big mirrors for the girls.

It need attention...the air in my room made crazy noises..couldn't sleep much...no coffee machine as well.

This is my first time writing a review and I'm doing it because I wanted to express my disappointment; the location it's really nice, but the hotel itself is starting to look from the inside like a run down hotel; the hallways carpets are old and dirty (stained), the room however, was actually clean; and what really got me is that when I was picked up at the airport by some relatives and they took me to the hotel, after checking in they help me with my luggage (there is no bellman) up to my room and to my surprise about five minutes latter I get a call from the front desk telling me that visitors can only be receive in the lobby and if they want to come up to the room there is a $25 dollars fee per visitor. As you can imagine my embarrassment, I had to ask them to leave the room. NEVER had any problems with any other hotels in San Salvador.

I arrived on Thursday and left on Monday. The Internet was off from Saturday until I left. I kept asking when someone would come and fix it, and those behind the desk basically would say "soon." I had to leave the hotel to find a coffee shop both Saturday and Sunday to work online. And this is a "business hotel." I told those behind the desk I was going to give the hotel a one-star rating and they understood, blaming the management for not getting the internet problem fixed.

Is Ok if You don't have a Choice

It is a good hotel, clean, spaciuos rooms and located in a very exclusive neighborhood with many restaurants near by to dine.

Air conditioning was too loud, breakfast was late and cold, water went out in the middle of the night and the room I was in had a joke of a desk and no fridge.

First time writing a review for a hotel, I am so disappointed and didn't enjoy my stay. First, for the price, it's ridiculous that the internet is so bad and unstable. Had to change rooms because I couldn't use the internet at all. Second, it's unacceptable how many cockroaches we found in the room. It was disgusting and we kept having to kill them which completely ruined our experience. For a $100 dollar a night hotel this is completely unacceptable. Don't recommend this hotel at all.

Stayed several times here and no issues at all, to anyone staying in here be careful handing your passport they take a copy and they keep that copy, never been asked at any hotel for my passport and worst they taking a copy, that is a security concern I’ll recommend not to stay there I’ll never stay there again. Safety and security concern
