I 100% recommend this hotel! Rooms are clean, yes the building is a bit older and it’s not luxurious; however, rooms were clean, AC was working, hot water was great, and not to mention the breakfast are awesome! The reception people were super friendly, helpful, and attentive. This will be my new go to budget hotel!

Whilst the rooms are reasonable and the location is quiet, it is the staff that make this place worthwhile. My partner & I were unwell when we arrived and the staff were fantastic in looking after us. There's a decent little kitchen if you need to prepare your own food. Location is great as there's a market nearby and two nice parks.

Arrived with broken down motorcycles on a truck and everyone immediately lent a hand to unload them and get our luggage to our room 😍 Super clean, excellent service with a welcoming family feel. Our comfort and the motorcycles' safety was their priority. Safe parking inside the courtyard. Pretty courtyard with shade to relax in. WiFi doesn't reach back rooms, but is good in reception and ok in courtyard. Pretty perokeets in the trees 😉 Yummy breakfast and as many coffee refills as I wanted😊

Exceptional service. Booked this hotel a night prior for a 2 night stay had some questions in which they answer promptly. Great location close to everything. Service was excellent, very attentive. Left my charger behind and received a message as soon as they found it. Overall a great place to stay.

Glenda and the staff at El Patio De Don Moncho were the best! We decided to stay in Santa Tecla last minute while visiting with friends and needed to find a room on short notice. My friend and I ended up getting so frazzled and turned around trying to find a hotel, we ended up calling this place and they did not hesitate to come find us in the city center and give us a ride to the hotel. Glenda was so kind and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable and helped us get settled in. The room was clean, hotel safe, and breakfast was delicious!
