Worst customer service experience ever. If you don't like tourists just say that . Everyone in this establishment had a bad attitude from the moment we stepped inside. We ordered 3 pupusas and waited over 30 min. We never got served. 2 tables that came in well after us got their food so we decided to leave. Asked for a manger to complain and the very rude women at the counter said she was the manger and she just exhaled loudly and rolled her eyes at us. This is ridiculous. Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time and money

I’m a complete convert to papusas now! Just so good with corn, hot gooey cheese, beans and other assorted ingredients. You can find excellent papusas all over but what this place offers is variety of unique flavors. Really really good!

I visited this restaurant while I was here on a business trip with co-workers and friends. My friends who live here took me here for a taste of local flavors. The pupusas here were super delicious and very reasonably priced. Very fresh and tasty food. And the Tamarind freeze was tart, tangy, and sweet. Highly recommended if you're here visiting. If you come on a Sunday evening, be prepared to wait, or call in your order and pick it up to go.

The food was good, but the only problem was you have to keep a eye out on your car while you are eating. Our car got broken into while we were eating and took all our stuff. The security guard there is useless. He does nothing but stay in one spot. Police told us: break in has happen multiple times there. Best bet is to leave your car where you stay and take a taxi.if you take your car, park close to the restaurant on the same side of the street. GOOD LUCK!!

Pupusas were so good at this place. Clean and nice place. The only problem is the time it takes to get the order. And it's always full of people.

My family took us here on a Monday since weekends it is packed! The service was efficient, and the pupusas were super delicious and decently sized. I liked that they had vegan options too!

Love these pupusas! I know that many of the flavors are not authentic but if they could add a chicken one too the menu that would be great also!

Went as an invitation from family and they did not disappoint. The pupusas were very good . I got the argentina , chilanga , revuelta with garlic / jalapeños & loroco . The cabbage was very well done and the salsa was too watery and not thick enough but it was not bad . Different way of making it. The horchata was on point like we say . I was very authentic and natural. The server wad very polite and courteous he made everybody feel welcome and respected.

¡Ladrones! (thieves!) we got our stuff stole while my family and I ate at this restaurant. People told me this wasn’t the first time. There is a security guard at the door for what?! He didn’t do anything. I am sure he’s involved in it. EVERYONE HERE IN THIS RESTAURANT IS SUSPICIOUS. I am upset. Don’t go here. They know who the tourist are and will rob you. You mean to tell me your camera facing where my car was parked doesn’t work? Wow REALLY CONVENIENT.

Good place to go and eat pupusa but the waiting for the table to long and then took 40 minutes for you food.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would, I was recommended this restaurant by our uber driver so we decided to try it, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME on this place it is by far the worst restaurant in el salvador the service was absolutely terrible, the waiters were terrible. got our drink order 10 minutes after we sat down. and there wasn’t a single person in there so it wasn’t because it was “busy” right after we ordered our food a bigger group arrived and they got there food first we NEVER got our food after we had been waiting 45 minutes for 3 pupusas so we asked for the bill because we were over it, we also asked for the manager when attended by manager she gave us a huge attitude and sighed after we told her the issue, rolled her eyes and did not care. please do not waste your time on this place. horrible, horrible experience. worst customer service ever.

I really enjoyed my experience pupusería Suiza. The food is great and the wait staff is very friendly. And I had an amazing experience having dinner with my team.

Best pupusas in town. The ‘not so traditional’ pupusas are yummy. My favorite is the Roma.

Pupusas were really good but the wait was crazy. We came in for takeout and didn't get it for over and hour. I guess that's a good thing for them because they were crazy busy. Sucked for me though, but great taste and options.

The pupusas are really good, the staff is great. The 2 stars comes as they are victims of their own success, got ordered 3 pupusas and it took almost 40 minutes to get my food. I was so hungry I devour them immediately and didn't get to enjoy them as much as I thought id. There are hundreds of pupuserias in el Salvador, I think that it is time people went to some of the others. Unless you want to wait 40 minutes for a meal that take should take 5 mins.

Good pupusas, excellent and prompt service, parking area was full but security guards helped me to find a double lane parking spot, amazing flavours.
