First time here. Really wanted to watch this great club live. The stadium will be insane once finished, but right now under massive construction, and it really takes away A LOT from the overall experience. You can't enter through entrance closes to your seats - need to walk around to another part - then it's a little maze inside. Nothing is finished inside all concrete at the moment. No vendors, no food or beverage stalls. Just some random guys selling a minimal amount of items from their coolers. The worst thing is not the queues, but that they don't take cards - simply don't understand why?! So simple to organise, and much quicker than cash! The seats inside are pretty small, compared to English or most other European destination stadiums. Very uncomfortable to sit through the entire game. The pitch is amazing, the football was great at times. Would like to come back when it's all done.

Got a chance to visit stadium, which was under construction, but really mesmerising. We bought tickets online which saved as 3 euros per person. The stadium tour also includes the museum tour. Overall it was a very good experience. Total time needed for a non football fan is 1 and half hour. For a football fan it might need a day .. so plan accordingly and go

Currently under construction. Not a soccer fan, but decided to visit the stadium. It was amazing even with the construction. I did not realize the great history of this football club. I highly recommend the tour of the museum and the glimpse of the inside of this magnificent structure. Makes me want to return next year to see the final product.

In my opinion, the club should have given the visit for free. It was a really rough experience for the fans. It was scorching hot, the noise of the machine equipment moving, drilling and alarms all of a sudden setting off made the experience somewhat less desirable. It would have been better if they had it offered for free. They will still gain from the souvenirs and the photos which weren't cheap at all. My son and I spent (for a 45 minute experience) 57 for souvenirs(a shopping bag, real Madrid coins and a ball), 30 euros entrance for two, and 30 euros for the photos with the cup. Come to think of it, it was a bit risky and unsafe. We must have been mad to enter.

WORST TOUR EVER!!! They charge you with €20 per person and there is nothing worth visiting. Drowning ceilings, dirty, extremely limited tour (it could last 10’ maximum), no audio guides, nothing to see… Unfortunately, a terrible experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOUR

The stadium is under construction these days. I am a huge fan of soccer. Real Madrid ❤ This club has a great history of football. This makes me visit again and again. I highly recommend here to visit and it will make your day unique. I visited here hundred of times. Whenever I visit, it feels like I come here as a fresher.

Awesome stadium! Located near the city center is easily reachable with a lot of metro lines and buses 🚌. Unfortunately I was there during works of restoration but that didn’t let me down. I booked a stadium tour for about 15€ per person and it was more than fantastic. Everything was perfectly displayed and really immersive. The club’s store is gigantic and full of gadgets

Honestly the stadium is not in the best condition. It's currently under construction. There are much better stadiums in Europe. This one is just famous for being Real Madrid. There is good access to it with the metro. Lots of helpers to show you where to enter. Stadium shop on site. The food and drink options could be a lot better. They only sell water, coke, non alcoholic beer and sandwiches. Maybe VIP get better food.

We only get to see the stadium from the vip seats (in which you can't sit on, because people step on them all the time and they're dirty), a small exhibition, and the shop. At the end of 5he exhibition, we're asked to take pictures with the cup or against a green screen, when we ask their price, the staff refuses to tell - that lack of transparency from the get go was disappointing. And guess what, they cost 13 and 18 euros a piece! The objects I liked best from the exhibition are relics from the early 1900s and and some cups and medals. David Beckams' shoes also caught my eye. I was surprised I didn't see any mention of Cristiano Ronaldo, he played for that club for some time and he's known worldwide. To be honest, the most fun I had of that whole experience was when we left the stadium shop and we took pictures with some Latin American men wearing costumes, by the street. They only charged 1 euro and taking pictures with them was fun :) The tour ticket cost 18 euros... short and small experience for the price paid.

First time in Madrid, so had to check out a Real Madrid game. This is a bonkers sized stadium fits 80k folks. There was some construction when we went so a little obnoxious to walk around the entire stadium to our section. Unlike in other stadiums I have been to you can only enter through your gate. Once in, it’s just ports potties and water vendors. They didn’t sell anything else. But when you get to your seats. It’s insane, very lively and huge. There are no huge Jumbotrons, so cant watch replays or anything of that. Overall a cool experience, but I wouldn’t say the best stadium.

Such a fantastic experience. Even if you are not a fan of the this superb football club, the beautiful stadium and the attractive museum will impress you. As Ray Hudson once said: "Real Madrid fans have to wear sunglasses while watching their team because this star-studded team of diamonds is just astonishing." Take your time and enjoy your visit.

Usury! For the money you don't get to see anything! 15 minutes, then the tour was over, it was a pure cup and construction site tour. Charge 16 € for this ... On the website you will be advised of the renovation, but we had no idea that it was so bad. Better go to Atlético during the renovation.

While visiting Madrid I got the chance to visit the infamous Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. We were able to gain access via a tour guide service that toured the entire facility. The halls themselves were rich with history of the Real Madrid soccer club and had tons of sports memorabilia in different areas of the stadium. Trophies, jerseys and even food fare was all available during the visit. At the very end, you’re dropped off in the main Real Madrid sports shop where you can find absolutely everything with the Real Madrid football club logo. It truly was a fun experience. Tons of walking and history to sink in but overall a fun experience. Make sure you take a tour bus service to the stadium as it drops you off right in front of the stadium.

Stadium is under construction and overprice for entry. Try to get a ticket online but difficult for foreign traveler. Off line ticket office doesn't take cash. Only accept credit card for Covid protection. 18 euro is not worthy to visit here... specially under renovation.

The tour is a complete scam and a total rip off. Please don't contribute to this waste of money and this show of greediness. For 15 euros (and that's after they lower the price because of all the construction in the stadium) you're going to see a small museum, a small section of the stadium and a large shop. That's it. 30 minutes or so and nothing special. Oh, and for a printed picture with the cup you'll need to pay 15-19 euros more. Disgusting

This stadium is absolutely huge and beautiful. A Tour costs around €15-30 (can't remember the exact mount) Had the luxury of watching a game a few days later (vs Levante) The staff are amazing my Spanish is bad but they all knew basic English and encouraged me to talk and understand Spanish more. Very clean and tidy place ddnt get a chance to eat anything but the drinks are like most places. Very quick service.

This is one amazing experience that I really enjoyed. I did the flexible tour and it was really good. The photo op and the museum like 3D show of the stadium history or legend history is really interesting. If you're visiting Madrid, you must check this state of the art stadium and its known history.

Out metro take right. 5 min from metro. You see official store real madrid. You find QR code to buy visiting tickets. 15 euro. Inside you go to 4th floor. You have a view at the stadium. Trophy hall with all the cups can be seen. 8/10

Visited the tour and museum. The tickets were reduced as there’s major construction going on to the stadium. The museum was okay, I’ve been to a few better considering it’s Real Madrid and all of the history they have. You can currently fly around this visit / tour in about 20 minutes. Best to wait until it’s re-opened fully.

The Santiago Bernabéu is a amazing place. Such a historic venue I suggest that anyone thinking of going to Madrid soon visit this place before the stadium is refurbished into a completely new stadium. I was so lucky to get tickets to Real Vs Granada on October 5th 2019 and it’s definitely one to tell the grand kids about a dream come through! The Tour is spectacular even for me as a neutral you can’t help but have your breath taken away with all of the trophies and deep history associated with Real Madrid. Being pitch side during the tour is in incredible as you really see how steep and high up the stands are! I highly recommend the Bernabéu and it’s also very easy to get to by metro as it even has its own metro station. I hope to be back here again when the stadium is refurbished in the next few years!

By the waythey were lost without the sensitive spider that composed their puppy. As far as we can estimate, a duck sees a dolphin as a quiet frog. Few can name an efficient rabbit that isn't a friendly monkey. The first conscientious owl is, in its own way, a raspberry.

Historical venue for the city and for global football. The club and the tour's atmosphere really conveys the city's royal and aristocratic culture. Don't mind admitting it is the biggest club in the world yes :). Make sure all the renovations are over before visiting cause the options and things to see are very limited.

For my first soccer game of my time in Europe I visited. This place has it all. The staff are super friendly and the stadium is huge. The seats are nice and comfortable especially for those long games. There gift shop has all the goodies you may need and is located a couple minutes walk from the stadium. I say if you are looking to go to a game and you haven't yet. Definitely do it. The roar of the crowd when the team scores to the delicious snacks they have or the people I met while just waiting for the game to start was a beautiful experience. Football cathedral. Iconic emblem of the Real Madrid. It has always been an imposing sight from the outside but it is much more grand once you step inside. They have a tour of the stadium where you get to learn about the team and their historical winning streaks. The trophy room is the best part but you also get to see the changing rooms and the perfectly green, perfectly cut, perfectly straight grass on their pitch. They take pride in their grass - haha

This place was majestic! Not a live game whenever I went . I just took the tour. The tour itself can be completed at ones own pace. They offer audio tours inside for an additional 5 euros when I went. The place was clean and the staff was courteous. Overall a great experience

The Santiago Bernabéu is one of the world's most famous football venues. It has hosted the final of the European Cup/UEFA Champions League on four occasions: in 1957, 1969, 1980, 2010.[6] The final matches for the 1964 European Nations' Cup and the 1982 FIFA World Cup, were also held at the Bernabéu, making it the first stadium in Europe to host both a UEFA Euro final and a FIFA World Cup final.

It was kind of a dream come true when I visit this place. They have made the whole experience so beautiful to see the museums and history of so many years. The level of information provided is amazing. Also they allowed us to go to the stadium which was altogether a different experience. Totally worth the money. Would recommend to visit during evening so that you can also see the view of Madrid city with beautiful lights on.

I didn’t know that a soccer stadium could be more than just that. There is a whole museum full of Real memorabilia, showcasing the team’s accomplishments. The stadium itself is beautiful and well kept. There are interactive activities in the museum and a lot of trophies to look at.

  • 4/5 Jonathan K. 4 years ago on Google
Awesome experience for any fan of futbol/soccer. You get to see amazing views of the stadium from the upper levels, while making your way down to the lower levels to see closer views of the pitch. You’ll see all the trophies Real Madrid has won, since it’s founding. You’ll certainly learn all the history of Real Madrid and why they are so successful. There are interactive elements to the tour, which are entertaining and provide a great way to learn about Real Madrid. When you make your way down to the players locker room and pitch, be sure to taken plenty of pictures because these are views that people rarely get to see. Once you reach the end, you’ll find yourself at the official store, which is comprised of 3 floors full of fan gear. The website says that the tour can take about 1.5 hours, but I would say it’s more closer to 2.5-3 hours if you take your time and take in everything.

What a stunning place, so inspiring and such a memorable visit. Strong legacy and a rich heritage. Extremely well guided and curated experience! Everything is amazing, the stadium, the locker rooms, the dugouts, the feel... It can't get better than this. If you are a soccer fan, keep a minimum of 3 hours for the tour... and d9nt forget the audio guides. The cafeteria is so so..., and that's the only area which I thought could be improved upon.

A convivial eagle is an octopus of the mind. A lion is an eagle's kumquat? Some posit the agreeable prune to be less than loving! A goldfish of the hamster is assumed to be a funny lemon. As far as we can estimate, a courageous strawberry without kiwis is truly a spider of fair kumquats. A modern sheep is a plum of the mind. A receptive dolphin is a grapefruit of the mind. A selective lime's goat comes with it the thought that the enthusiastic rabbit is a blueberry.

I feel bad that I need to give it just two stars... I had huge hopes if it comes to trip. We have been in Madrid for 6 days. We decided to go the stadium during one of those days and we got to know that it is during construction. Person who sold us the tour tickets said that some of the places which you can usually see are closed. Even though they charged us as if everything was available during the tour... I still hoped that the money would be well spent but unfortunately they weren't. Museum trip took 3 minutes and the view was.... As you can imagine, just not worth the money. I wish I could visit Santiago Bernabeu another time. Let's see... Until then, i need to give it just 2 stars. Please don't go there until construction works are finished.

We did the stadium tour. It’s under construction so it’s a mess as of October 2021. The tour starts with an advertisement of the new stadium which will take another two years to finish. They called it an eternal home and compared it to the Eiffel Tower but it will basically look like Sofi stadium where the Rams and Chargers play in LA. It was way over the top in typical Real Madrid style and that’s part of the club’s charm. The hall of Trophies was awesome. Seeing all the Champions League trophies was great but my favorite part was seeing uniforms, shoes, gloves, and match balls from past players. Well worth going. Three stars because the stadium is such a mess right now.

Great experience and once in a lifetime chance to see RM on the pitch. Please note that they do not serve any food or drinks including alcohol as of 12.12.21. They have water bottles for 1 Euro. We didn't know this ahead of time and were bummed when we got inside.

  • 4/5 Olena B. 2 years ago on Google
Great experience for football lovers but.. I would say expected a bit better organisation. The spot to see the whole stadium is not the best. The view is mostly to construction , better to choose upper levels . Interesting that the presentation about renovation is in Spanish only, I believe there are plenty of tourists coming for tour , could at least add English, so people could understand information. Other than that was nice to visit .

Visit Santiago Bernabeu Statdium or Real Madrid stadium can be a good memory of you if you visit Madrid! The admission fee is 18 Euro but you will get 3 Euro less if you buy ticket online. Last time when I visited , the construction work was going on and so I didn't get access the whole area! It was bad luck! So check the update before visiting. You will get an opportunity to take photo with champions trophy but for this you have to pay 13 euro extra per picture! I thought it was a part of entry fee, but not!!

Loved the atmosphere at the stadium with the noise and cheers of fans. The stadium was still under renovation so I couldn't really appreciate the outward architecture. The inner design in terms of seating is quite well done such that wherever you sit, you still get a view of most of the stadium.

  • 5/5 Hezi M. 1 year ago on Google
I’ve been in a lot of soccer games and stadiums, this stadium is one of the outstanding places I’ve been. I’ve been there twice - The first time was as a VIP guest which was amazing, you are been escorted from the moment you arrive, to the vip lounge which includes drinks and food, and then to the blue box seats which also includes tv screens on the front seat. The second time was with a regular ticket, amazing seats view wise along the field but their was a bit crowded… Hope you enjoy the experience, GO Real !!

  • 3/5 Nilvana Ritta R. 1 year ago on Google
I can't rate it as the Stadium was on refurbishment and we did not take the Tour inside. It will be a beautiful stadium once ready. We were able to go to the merchandise shop and browse around. Lots of people visiting. The tube stops outside the Stadium with the same station name.

  • 5/5 Daniel F. 9 months ago on Google
Such a cool experience to watch Real Madrid play here. The stadium is under construction which made the experience a little less enjoyable, but we still had a great time. The vibe outside the stadium before game time was so chill. The retractable roof is really cool looking and the seats are all well laid out.

Still allowed to tour the facility even though it was under heavy construction. Wish they would've had a gift shop. But we did get a view of the field & able to sit in the old stadium seats that will soon be ripped out.

  • 1/5 Reny D. 8 months ago on Google
renovation are happening, dusty and not nice to enjoy the view of the stadium. I don't know how they let people access considering the conditions the stadium. I feel I wasted my money and time going there seeing the stadium in that way

  • 3/5 Ahmed M. 1 year ago on Google
Great if you're a fan of Real Madrid, and the section with their trophies is spectacular. It also has interactive screens where you can see the most iconic goals from various players and final matches. The actual football ground/pitch was being renovated when I visited (mid March 2023) so it wasn't the best view. The Presidential suite was also closed due to the construction. The gift shop was pretty good though. Compared to other grounds (e.g. the Athletico Madrid stadium) the Bernabeu is underwhelming and feels less modern, even though Real Madrid is the richer club.

  • 4/5 Marwan S. 1 year ago on Google
The stadium is going through rigor renovation. We got to see the trucks instead of the green grass. The experience was okay nevertheless.

  • 5/5 Matej M. 9 months ago on Google
Amazing stadium with such a nice ambience. Entering and leaving the stadium was quite smooth and fast. All the staff around stadium is very helpfull. Beside away fans you can enter by any door and inside walk trough untill your particular seat. Nice surprice was that you can take a food and beverage from outside stands into the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. The main fanshop is nice, but I saw some better. So, nothing special.

  • 4/5 Melisha D. 4 months ago on Google
I give this 4 stars with a load of mixed emotions! If you're a fan, it's 5 stars purely based on the reality of being inside the stadium that you've probably watched on TV countless times (that was me). The actual tour experience is lacklustre and disappointing, to say the least. You literally walk through all the trophy cabinets then walk out into a section of seats you're allowed to be in (standing in the aisles in awe of seeing the stadium will get you shouted at by one of the unfriendly 'security personnel'). There are specific rows of seats that you are allowed to sit in only. There is no tour, guide, or explanation/information about the club and its history. No mention of the greats, literally just a blip in time on the wall about the Galaticos. You can sit down in the stands as long as you like. Once you walk through there are multiple people that will hound you to take photos (not of the actual place you're in, but rather in front of a green screen, I mean you could do this yourself if you wanted) the options are with a CURRENT team player only and then one with a trophy. It just screams pour some money here without having an experience! Then you will make your way into the store. There are racks and racks of clothes available, kits in almost every colour. There is one rack for women's clothes. They also do not have fitting rooms, I'm not sure why. There's loads of gimmicky type of memorabilia everywhere, however everything is only based on the current team absolutely nothing covering or including past legends. I felt there is a huge gap/opportunity there, or maybe just laziness. The place is fairly busy, like everywhere and people are buying heaps of items, I felt that most of them were just fans of the glam at face value and nothing further than that. I also am aware that it is still under construction (I was there in January as well and it was the same excuse) so I'm not sure whether there will be any improvements or real effort put into the stadium tour upon completion of the stadium. Essentially, if you're a real fan and potentially will not be travelling to Madrid again, pay and go see it. If you're indifferent or frequent Madrid often enough to experience the hype once everything is complete in a year a two, save your entrance fee, and just walk around the vicinity with a view of the exterior.

A legendary stadium that continues to get better with the new renovations they are (still) finishing. Super quick entry, but it’s a bummer that they have no team shops where you can get gear or scarves once you are inside the stadium. They also don’t serve alcohol, which was very surprising. Overall an incredible experience though and I would love to come back!

  • 5/5 Ciuffetta G. 5 months ago on Google
Super interesting to see how is the stadium progressing with its goal! They’re gonna take you through all the trophies and much more, and you’re gonna check out the stadium inside too. Such a cool experience!! You’ll have some photos taken with your favourite player as well🥰

  • 5/5 HC W. 4 months ago on Google
Bought tickets 10AM on the day of the match at the outside ticket office (you’ll see it once you exit the metro line 10 station). I had to buy in person because the American Visa card was not accepted online. Better seats than I saw what’s available online and sitting together. Game itself is unbelievable. 3-0 victory! We had so much fun watching it. But the temperature does get cold so dress accordingly. Getting out of the game was no problem and people lined up outside the metro station and moved orderly and quite quickly. Kudos to the metro staff and police keeping the orders.

The Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home to Real Madrid, offers an immersive stadium tour that provides a behind-the-scenes look at this iconic football venue. The tour typically includes visits to the player's tunnel, dressing rooms, trophy room, and other exclusive areas. You may also have the chance to step onto the pitch and experience the stadium from the perspective of the players. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on Santiago Bernabéu Stadium tours, including availability, prices, and any potential changes to the tour experience, I recommend checking the official Real Madrid website or contacting the stadium directly. They often provide details about tour packages and the chance to explore one of the most renowned football stadiums in the world.

  • 3/5 Zvonimir J. 6 months ago on Google
It was pretty disappointing. Works are not yet finished, so tour was shortened, no exit to the pitch, no visit to locker rooms. All else was ok, and most impressive part of the tour were the trophy rooms, since Real has few of them.

  • 5/5 Stephen F. 6 months ago on Google
I am not a huge football fan, but this tour was a real experience and really is a feat on engineering! The way that the stadium, (when completed), will transform into a multi-sport complex, is very well explained by way of video and frankly is quite amazing. Even if you are not a football fan, the Bernabéu is well worth a visit. We bought our tickets online and paid a little bit more to allow us the “flexible” entry option. We did not queue for photos with various trophies etc. and the whole tour, (the high was unaccompanied), took about 60 minutes.

  • 5/5 Alexandra S. 4 months ago on Google
Due to construction it is only partly available for visitors. The price is also lower as usual. The Tour was worth it anyways: you’ll get to see everything you need to know about the team and history of Real Madrid. The view inside the stadion is also included. It is impressive to have a panoramic view and see the changes that happened in the past years. Very impressive- Hala Madrid!

  • 4/5 Erny P. 4 months ago on Google
I recently visited the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid and it was an impressive experience. Although parts of the stadium were under construction, the tour was still enjoyable, especially seeing the vast array of trophies. The museum visit was interesting, offering a peek inside the stadium's history. The tour felt a bit rushed and wasn't as detailed as others I've done, lacking access to areas like the press boxes or changing rooms. Despite this, the experience of being in such a hallowed soccer ground was unique. Our tour guide, Rocío, was very pleasant and informative, effortlessly switching between Spanish and English, which made the tour even more special. Although the tour was shorter because of the closed areas, it was definitely a memorable experience for any soccer fan, and I'd love to revisit once the construction is complete.

  • 4/5 Kassiem 5 months ago on Google
Nice Stadium, but it's surrounded by buildings. And not much for fans or visitors to do in and around the stadium. The Metropolitano is better in this aspect. But the Bernabeu has more History and elegance.
