Bad organization, they didn't know what we had signed up for or how many or how much we had paid. A disaster. They had to leave at an hour and they left half an hour later. We signed them up for classes because there were no trips but when we arrived they apologized and told me there were. They changed it for us, because there was another group and I think it suited them well. We wanted horseback riding for children and I insisted on the horse, but they called it Pony. At one point, everyone working there disappeared and there was no one to tend the bar they have there. I think they make me sad more than angry

We went so my nephews could learn to ride horses. I do not recommend it. On the phone they were very friendly but once there they did not bother to assist us at any time. A disastrous treatment by Professor Juan. He had no patience with the children, he scolded them for the entire hour we were there and there was not a single word of encouragement, it was the first time they taught classes. Very unpedagogical. It was very unpleasant. Even when it was time to pay and leave he was not able to approach us to talk, very unprofessional.

A great equestrian center next to Madrid. The teachers are demanding and make students progress quickly. Furthermore, the horses are very well cared for and the teachers are responsible for assigning you the one that best suits your level. The walks are highly recommended since it is located next to El Pardo. They offer tours for groups, couples or children. It doesn't matter that you don't know how to ride. The measures against covid are very strict, there are signs throughout the facilities to remind you that the use of masks is mandatory. There are also restricted access areas only for riders to avoid crowds. Highly recommended for initiation or improvement. The staff are lovely and care about their customers.

They don't have cowboy saddles and it is slippery if you don't know how to ride, especially because the horses want to trot the entire ride and that may not be what you are looking for. We had one of the horses that didn't want to take orders, it was going to its ball and the person on it had a bad time. On the other hand, Juan was super sweet with my 8-year-old niece, he took her as a walking guide while he talked to her, very concerned that she had a good walk. If it weren't for him, all the workers would have left us.
