A very nice place for kids outing during weekdays or weekends, I see many birthday parties were being hosted and their staff are supporting they are monitoring managing and taking care of the kids groups. They have a mini refiling station for kids parents so they won't get bored, also they can roam inside and keep an eye on their kids.

Total ripple off! You play in the arcade for tickets. And then you can choose a "prize". Accept you just don't have enough points. So you play the final game (of course, since you only miss 5 points). Luckily my daughter finally could get her pink flamingo lamp... except: it wasn't on stock of course! And you'd think there is another thing that's nice for the same amount of points. But of course there's not. So you complaint at the counter and they come up with a brilliant solution: they remove the card so you don't see how many points it is! And then they just walk away. I've never been so furious in my life before! It's a plain rip off and they are just rude.

So badly organised. My daughter was only child by herself on the dodgem cars and she was unable to drive it. It was painful to watch.

Only been there twice, both played some arcades but really went for the bowling alley. Place looks good, stuff is always willing to help and service is efficient. Huge place with a nice atmosphere either you are a family enjoying an evening, a birthday party or an afternoon with friends or colleagues. Also there is a chance to win a free game(about once per player) if you hit a strike when the red pin appears in the middle so that makes for a nice touch

The staff was really helpful and kind. We got our bowling alley in less than 5 minutes, and everything was sanitized and very clean. Bowling in Ilusiona is in my opinion one of the best bowling alleys in all of Madrid. I'd recommend my friends and family to come here to spend an amazing time together to make memories that last.

My son had a fun time today and i will recommend the place. There were enough stations to keep him well occupied. Condition of the stations were pretty good. Took out one star only because the general lighting was a little dull.

The arcade is so much fun! A bit pricey but worth it if you consider the free parking and variety of restaurants and shops in the area.

I had a great time in the bowling. Good infrastructure and kind service. The receptionist, Norka, was very friendly and helped me in English as my Spanish is not that good. I'd definitely recommend it.

Nice place to go and have some fun with friends, new seating gives it a cosy feeling and staff were helpful but the receptionist Norka should get a special mention for been polite and understanding and even helpful with my poor Spanish. I look forward to going back with my friends 😄

Really good value for money but loads of things closed (trapolines closed as one is broken) or you have to ask for them to be turned on. The biggest problem is the smell from the sewers or toilets ... The same smell was also there a month ago. We thought about doing a birthday party there, but could not imagine eating with the disgusting smell ever present, especially at the rear of the space.

Great place to spend a couple of hours. I won a whole bunch of games bowling and then played in the arcade. The receptionist, Norka was particularly helpful despite my terrible Spanish. She was very attentive and patient. Will go again!

One of the most disrespectful places! Rude staff and discrimination in their eyes, their voice and the way they talk to you! I had a closed cup of coffee going inside to get my stuff, and the two employees at the entrance, started talking to me, ince I mentioned i don't speak spanish, they were aggressive and start telling me you cant go inside, you have to throw the coffee away to enter, even for one min to take my staff. I told them this is makes no sense and refused to even talk to me after and blocked the entrance standing in-front of it
