Maybe my expectations were low because I saw a couple negative reviews, but I thought this was a great lounge. Very friendly staff, they kept saying "por favor, póngase la camisa, señor", which I assume means please enjoy our lounge. The food selection was great- we had basmati curry, gazpacho, and albondigas. Paired with some nice wine and a pretty good view, it was a great experience.

Greta Space, two different zones, good food and selection of drinks. Much better than Priority Pass Lounge.

A huge business lounge in Madrid airport, it's located inside the duty free. It's for. Iberia premium guests and other high tier members from other airlines. It has a buffet, bar, coffee machines, working spaces, showers, kids area and toilets, I tried it for the first time during my departure from Madrid, and I wasn't disappointed. The food was great, and the facility was huge and clean. The staff were professional and friendly too. I hope to try it again if I'm traveling through Madrid airport again.

SCHENGEN FLIGHTS ONLY. Wow, if you are able to come to this lounge, I highly suggest this, as it is 20 times better than the other lounge at the airport which is part of Priority Pass. To get in to here, you need to be flying 1st/business, or you need to be a OneWorld elite member. The food is incredible. Some of the best Spanish food that I’ve had on this trip to Spain. For breakfast, they have excellent eggs, meats, potatoes, and pastries. You also have fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and a bunch of other items. For the midday snack, they have the best croquettes that I’ve ever had, as well as incredible salads, black pudding, and other delicacies. There’s a wide selection of free beer and wine, with amazing contraptions, such as a place where you can pour your own wine By pressing a button! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Other amenities include an incredible sleeping area with full-size beds that you can reserve and sleep, a huge shower section with many free showers, and free access to thousands of magazines. Overall, we had the best experience to date at this lounge. As previously stated, there is a different lounge nearby that is available with Priority Pass, however, that is way overcrowded.

Quite neat and clean. There aren't many eating options, but it works well!

Very good experience. Impeccable service with staff attentive to visitors, very good food, in terms of selection and quality. Congratulations. Only one drawback is the wifi. Almost zero coverage and continuous navigation cuts.

Generous space, attractive design, satisfactory selection of food and drinks, very good cleanliness in the sanitary areas too, signs in the terminal are sometimes irritating.

An incredibly beautiful lounge. Everything very clean and luxurious. The hot food selection is a bit limited.

5 stars totally deserved. Professional staff, an excellent selection of dishes for those looking for a balanced diet. Winery with the best wines in Spain. Showers of excellent quality. And the best thing, admire the architecture of T4, which for me is still the best terminal of any airport in the world. Iberia, an airline that continues to improve itself, day after day

I wanted to thank and congratulate the VIP room staff. Excellent service and treatment. Special mention to David and Yolanda. It is a pleasure to meet professionals of such caliber. Thank you so much

Compre to its competitors, this business lounge is better in terms of space, seating and personal services. The foods and beverages are exceptionally better than I expected. There is a bar and a lot of selections of wines and cocktails. The lounge location is just after security control.

Very large lounge with plenty of seating in different zones. Two large buffet style dining areas offering Spanish delicacies and a large wine bar with huge selection.

I don't understand the good reviews. Not worth the money. First you have to find the lounge. Signs to get there are very confusing. They lead you around in circles Lounge is very loud. It's open. No closed area/ room. You hear everything from the surrounding gates. Worst breakfast I ever had. Not for human consumption. Cheap food quality. Presentation does not look good. A couple of miniature pastries, a couple of fruits, yogurt, coffee and juice. Scrambled eggs were a COLD soup. Warm dishes cold.... I only saw 2 coffee machines. Long lines to pick up coffee. Very disappointing experience. ...

July 2023 Very nice lounge but what made it a better experience was Eduardo stepping up and to assist at the check in counter. We were initially not sure if we were able to enter and was initially denied entry by the counter, but Eduardo took the initiative and step up to clarify that our ticket did allow us entry. Very fast customer recovery! 👍🏻 Counter is very spacious and has a mix of food counters, a dedicated bar area, charging ports at each table (sadly no international plug points. BYO). Nice touch that they also offer Magnum Ice-cream, Nestea and the Coco malt drink 😬

We love this lounge, it is huge with plenty of seating, the food is awesome, love spanish cuisine, the staff are friendly and happy to assist, it was lovely to spend a couple of ours here, before the next flight.

Good but not great. Lots of seating space but choice of food is limited. Most of people tend to be in an area right next to entrance, there is more space in the lounge but its not very visible that it exists - so one area very crowed and very few people in another. Btw, the board says that they accept OneWorld Emerald only (highest) while in reality both Emerald and Sapphire

Comfortable, good amenities and breakfast was fine. Coffee could be better. You need to ask for milk to the staff in case you drink vegetable milk or lactose free. Chairs were comfortable and staff was polite and nice.

Decent sized lounge with very good food (the leek and goat's cheese lasagne was delicious). Great drink selection with premium spirits. Also showing the World Cup in the bar area. Definitely one of the best European lounges I've used

Great business class Lounge with all amenities you need for a quick recharge before your flight

Lovely chicken with orzo for dinner. Quite a few salads. Lovely views. High end feel. The lockers for bags actually made me want to use. The rest area for a nap was a huge save. It was tranquil, peaceful. I caught up on few hours of needed sleep with fresh bag sealed pillow and blanket. The rest rooms I must say are the highlight of my day. As to bathrooms they are immaculate. Everything will stocked. Everyone very attentive. I had this due to bookingfirst class. In the future.. this is a must added necessity for the frequent traveler.

Fantastic airport relaxing area lounge with two good service buffets and great workstations with privacy barriers and charging. The building is light, airy and has unique Spanish architecture.

This is an ok Lounge for Schengen flights, not as good as the BA galleries lounges. It did have a great drink selection as well as a fantastic bar area with great bartenders. The views weren’t too good. The food is a weak point, but it has great bathrooms. Overall this is more than good enough for a lounge, certainly better than most priority pass lounges, better than some airline lounges, but falling short of other airline lounges and American Express lounges.

Roomy frequent flyer lounge from Iberia at MAD airport. It is nicely designed in my opinion. I took the advantage of having a shower after a long flight and I enjoyed it. Food selection could be much better in the morning, however this lounge is located in Spain, so no surprise at all.

Had about an hour to spend in this lounge before my flight. Check in was fast and pleasant. It's a very large lounge with several separate areas. Really like the open design into the airport itself which kept the noise level down. Food selection and quality was on the higher side of European lounges and nice to have self serve as well as 2 different areas with duplicate food so it doesn't get too crowded. Just caught the changeover from breakfast to lunch so had a bit of both. The table seats are a bit cramped, but otherwise comfortable. USB/Power at each table. Even when busy fairly easy to find free seats. Overall one of the better VIP lounges
