Great place to be however it is insanely expensive to get transport to this place. Also if you have the money, invest in fast passes, they are expensive but do allow you first entry on almost every ride. Be ready also to pay extra for the parque beach...its 12€ each and is not included in the standard ticket.

Terrible experience. We paid €30 for the tickets and struggled to fit in 3 rides in 8 hours. Most rides require two queues (one to get the floater and another one to slide down), each longer than 1 hour. Do you want to grab some lunch? Be prepared to queue for another hour. The water park is rather small and has very few rides, which explains the waiting times. Perhaps they should consider selling less tickets.

Worst experience ever! Never coming back. The park is overcrowded, without practicing any social distancing. More than 2 hours of waiting time under the sun for any attraction. There are few attractions and they are boring as well. Very expensive (a lot of hidden costs that are charged once you get to the park). I cannot believe the government allows this place to operate. Even their employees are working all day long under the sun!!

The park was decorated really well for Halloween but as always long queues and few restaurants were open, always a bummer as you can't take your own food into the park!

A big flop, spent 5 hours at the park, only was able to get on 2 slides because if the long lines. One slide was shot down, no proper shadows especially in the hot summer days. The food is expensive. The positive thing is the qualty if the slides- they were fun. Overall it doesnt worth your money and time.

Where should I start? Maybe with the price: 28€/person. Here is what you get. Overcrowding: at least one hour between rides (even for the most basic swimming pool). Terrible and frozen junk food, for which you even have to wait at least 30 minutes. This will be your only option, since you are not allowed to bring food in. Poor covid measures: forced to wear masks on the line but in the children pool everyone was happily breathing without. Poorly connected, took us an enire hour to reach from the center of Madrid (this is partlialy renfe's fault). Would definetely not reccomend.

I ate the worst food ever, we paid 30+€ entrnce plus the food and they gave us cold burger meat, and hard potato fries. But the pools are good, the food is too expenssive and trash.

The park was full to the extent that the waiting time goes to 1 hour just to slide and finding a chair lounger was not easy at all. Though the park has a lot of options in terms of amenities but the capacity should be considered.

We went Monday afternoon thinking that the queues were going to be shorter with less people there. We were so wrong. Terrible organisation, between 20 and 45 minutes to do a ride with 20 people in front of you top.not enough rafts so you need to wait someone to finish to get one. Once in the top you have to wait another 15 minutes at least. Some lifesavers are rude and not very into their job. I can't imagine that place at full capacity. We spent 6 hours and we ride 8-9 attractions.

Took a 45 minute Uber here mid-June only to find out that Warner Parque Beach doesn’t open until August. Would be nice if their website said that.

It was a really good day but there are always a lot of waiting time doing long queues in this kind of parks. The slides were awesome and it they were available without queue I would have put 5 stars. Food inside the park was reasonably price but considering how little they look in the bag, we could have easily brought our picnic. Some people complain about the lack of shade and the hot temperature of the ground, I found d it ok and they have some sprinklers all around to refresh the ground and the visitors (quite effective during the queues).

It's OK to go with the family and your kids, but there is poor variety of water games and swimming pools. What I absolutely did not like is that You have to pay for the parking: there is no parking outside (perhaps 3 or more km away from the entrance ?), then You come there and You have to pay for the parking ? Of course, because if You don't You can't get in ! What a shame. What about the food ? Well ... Perhaps McDonald is better..

It’s the worst aqua park in my life (I’ve visited 6-7 aqua parks). If you want to waste your time please come in because if you want to get on attractions you need to wait in two lines (in the major), first to get equipment and second to use it. All of your time you are under the sun rays and with out hat, because you do not have possibility to left it. Of course it’s not a problem, if you do not need to wait for an hour or more, but here you need to do that. So: - Maybe it’s a could place for those who love SM. - On my mind that the main purpose of this park to get all your money (because you need to buy a flash pass (but it doesn’t help you fully) and drinks, a lot of drinks).

Best attractions, the Capsule and Batman's water slide 🤪. I wish there were more attractions in the park.

I was there at the beginning of July, and I had a wonderful experience with my girlfriend. The place was not packed. We had time to go through all attractions and even repeat some. The staff was friendly to us for the most part. Although I saw a lady getting hurt (nothing serious) and the SOS swimmers laught instead of rushing to help. Other than that, everything was very professional. I guess that if you avoid August, you will enjoy it. I heard a local say that it can get crowded in that month.

The park is nice. We were with 4 kids 11 8 5 3, and every child found his preferred attractions. We were at Thursday and the park was crowded. The waiting time for the moderate attractions was minimum 40 min and half of the time under the sun. There are no indicator sign of the waiting time (2023..?!). Bottom line it was a nice day to spend for hot days in Madrid, but can't be compared with other water park in Europe (Rulantica etc).

The water park was really fun and I enjoyed it. I really love those green and blue slide. The food there was so awesome! It has been so far the best water park I've ever been to. This water park needs good days. Thanks so much warner beach! - Kyle. (This comment was literally written by my son.) - owner of the account. :)

It's a nice place to spend a full day with children (we were with 4 kids 11,8,5,3) all of them found an attraction to do, but the park was crowded and the waiting time was very long to the main attractions. The staff was not effective, I watched them and told to myself with more effective guide I think they can cut the waiting time by half, for example to provide to staff more oboes in the Batman/Joker slids).

First, we enjoyed and had great time. We got there couple with kids and baby. We didnt notice the time fly, and we been there for about 7 hours without notice. As preparing to the visit, I got lot easily lot of into in there site, mostly rules and minimum height per attraction, so i would know what my kids can enjoy and what not. We got a flashpass for us, so we could pass the lines. As we buy them, they was fair and explained it's only give your priority to take the bout or flout abd such. Not priority in the line to the slide it self. Still I think it was Worth it. They in some places they not give you this priority as fast as you expecting, like in Back blanket slide and aquaman, you can wait a lot. And even ppl who was in order line that arrived with us, got in before us. But beside that, they pretty fair. The workers nice, sadly most don't know English, as a tourist it's a bit hard. About high and weight they really strict about it, even for group who has more weight together (they have something to chack it there) they wouldn't let get on the same ride. Something that a bit annoying, it's that when they have problam with someone, like height problam, or wrong line, or wrong clothes and such. They will talk to him and just stop the line instead to let it keep going and between one to other to talk to them. It happened few times, and you can easy wait more 15 minutes for nothing. They also very strict about clothing, ordinary fabric shirts, jeans shorts, slippers, even girls with full surfing suits, glasses, piercing and such wouldn't aloud to get in slides. Even religious woman who had swim wear but one the covers more then ordinary are had trouble with that. Not even sun glasses on the baby waves pool (water high lower the knee height). Beside that, every few steps you could find a water tap to wet your feet that very hot, and thus cold water also good for drink. The little babies place adorable, and probebky the most crowded place in the park. If you want to shower the end. It wouldn't be to crowded, but don't dream on hot water, one bottom and cold. It's hard to shower little kids like this. I assume we will be back in the future.

The park accepts WAY TOO MORE people that they can handle. I purchased a flash pass in the hope to skip the lines, after seeing the lines. They were insane, NO RIDE without at least 1hour line.... Since I was alone, I found out that I couldn't ride in any attraction. All the rides required at least 2 people, so I was only able to ride after two guys accepted me in on their party. The food is good, that was a nice surprise. The kids area was a shame, b/c they have a ride there, the adults were filling in all the space, so kids couldnt get in the big playground. Also, this area was smelling pee, which was disgusting.
