The food was good and the service was quite fast. And the staff was very kind. Not the best Persian food I’ve had though. Edit: I went again and the waiter was INCREDIBLY rude. What is the issue in paying separately? If you want to potentially be treated with disrespect give this place a try.

Brilliant service, lovely owner and waiters. But…the food! Wow! Food was absolutely delicious, so delicious that we went back 3 times in the same week! The quality of the food is amazing and the owner spends a lot to get the best ingredients. I would definitely recommend, as it has a wide ranging menu and very good prices considering the quality of the food.

I have tried many Iranian around the world and I would say Esfahan is one of the best. Food is great and service was wonderful, it was a pleasure to talk to the owner who has a sense of humor. Definitely recommend here.

Honestly the best Persian food I’ve had. Highly recommend the kebabs. We got the mixed platter with the 3 different meats. Also get some of the yogurt and the eggplant tomato appetizer

Couldn't... stop... eating Delicious food, it's great quality with great portions. I ordered an inordinate amount of food just to taste a bit of everything knowing well that I wouldn't finish, but it was so delicious I ate it all! The price may seem a bit high if you're expecting your average kebab joint, but it's completely justified given everything you get.

We were in Spain for 2 weeks, and Esfahan was one of our best food experiences. The owner was amazingly hospital, and gave great food suggestions. Just get everything he recommends (we were recommended a starter and the mixed grill). Amazing! Finished the meal off with tea and baklava. We stumbled upon this restaurant, so thankful we did. Definitely recommend.

Good quality Kebab. Prices are a bit high for the portion you receive . They serve the food in beautiful plates.

Best tast of persian food I had in Madrid. From the starter to the main food and finisher was great.

I eat a lot of middle eastern food and this place was one of my favorites, if not the best, top 2. The food is fresh, service great and decor is very traditional. If I lived in Madrid this would be a regular spot for me. Wish the owners the best and keep cooking good quality food! It’s a little more pricey than other options around but the couple of euros are well worth it. I ordered the koobideh and white rice; very traditional but done very well!

Very popular restaurant with a great mix of people dining there. Olives served on seating. Tried the moussaka which was very tasty, but probably heated in the microwave since the meal was very hot in some areas and warm in others. Kebabs and sweet rice were amazing, and served with bread. Tea and an assortment of pastries/ ice cream for deserts, really nice. Fast friendly service, good prices. Menu only in Spanish, but photos help and so does Google Translate. Not the first time I’ve tried Iranian cuisine and it won’t be the last, I recommend visiting

If you like persian cuisine this is a nice place to visit. The food is very well prepared and the staff is friendly. The prices are pretty high for the location though. I found many of the dishes overpriced

All in all not satisfied. Staff are not friendly and the restaurant is not flexible in making food based on your choice. Even small changes are not possible. We ordered a hot starter but some parts were cold. Joje kebab was very salty with nothing as the side no salad or bread or… Dirty toilet. Very expensive compared to the very low quality of every thing. Definitely not a good representative of high quality Persian food.

As a Persian, whenever I visit a country or city, if there is an Iranian restaurant option there, I'll give it a shot. Restaurate Esfahan gets a 5+ from me. Aside from the high quality of the food, the staff is extremely friendly and has a great sense of humour. Enjoy! Bon Appetit!

I was expecting to get a nice Iranian meal. I could get the Iranian meal, but it was not the quality I was expecting considering the price!!! Iranian meals are definitely served with rice on the side. We ordered YUYE and GORME with rice. However, they charged 5.5 euros extra for every dish of rice. I end up paying 18.5 euros for every meal (YUYE with rice and GORME with rice), without any side or anything extra. I’ve been to Iranian restaurants in more than 20 cities in the EU. I never paid such an amount for such a meal.

The food is excellent and the staff very well behaved, the price is a tad more, but it's exotic cuisine after all

Lovely food and staff, the owner is really fun, they make you feel at home. I forgot my bracelet there and they kept it for me! Thank you!

Food was good ( the reason why I give 2 starts) but hygiene not so great, we had to ask them to change our plate cuz of a hair in the plate! They have to take their hygiene seriously!

As an iranian living abroad (used to live in Esfahan!) , I was always looking for original iranian food served where I live. My partner, invited me to this restaurant as a surprise and I'm so happy she did. The food is %100 iranian, great ingredients, clean and cool environment , has AC, %100 iranian decoration and fun and respectful staff. Definitely will go back!

Authentic Persian cuisine. Everything was delicious; the service was friendly and efficient. The portions are large and can be shared. We especially liked the Mirza Gasemi, Kebabs and Sweet Rice. The saffron ice cream dessert was enticing, but we just couldn't. Next time!

Great place to try different food from Iran! Give a try to the yoghurt drink if you want to experience something completely different! Nice price and good food and portions. The owner is quite funny.
