Very close to the metro and train station, this place is perfect for someone who just needs to stay in Madrid for a day. Get rid of your luggage for some hours (you pay per day and per number of item) and you are free to go anywhere. The staff is also nice.

It is open until 9 p.m. If you need to save for 24 hours, others are recommended in this brochure.

The staff, a cheerful and energetic girl, is amazing! She always tries to help, with big smile, and offers efficient and prompt support, even when I asked her recommendation for local restaurant (which is a really good one that locals go!) I left my luggage for like a month, and it was great. I went few times to take things out of my luggage. The girl who works there was always nice and helpful. The place it's really nice, handy, and safe. I'd definitely recommend it.

Excellent solution when you leave one hotel to go to another. That space between check-out and the next check-in, plus 4 and 5 hours; It represents a nuisance if you are shopping.

Is ridiculous that they don’t allow to pay by card in 2023. Especially for a service meant for tourists. I finished my cash and kindly asked to pay by card, they told me is not possible so I had to withdraw my cash paying a commission of 5 euros which is half price of this service. Very disappointing

Easy way to put your suitcase away and enjoy the center of Madrid. For two hours not quite cheap, but if you are on the road all day then it fits. Unfortunately, only cash payment was possible.

I had a very good experience! I sent a message earlier because I was with a big sword from Toledo haha. Getting there was super easy, very well located. After walking around freely we came back and he even helped us getting a cab. Very good and personalized.

Lock & Be Free Puerta del Sol - Gran Via was the perfect option for my recent travel to Madrid. The service was excellent and not to mention the competent staff member there.

Easy to find and the staff was very helpful. The entire process was smooth. We paid 9 euros for a locker that could fit 2 backpacks (it was the medium locker, I believe). The price is per day, but we only left the luggage there for about 4 hours until our flight. Maybe in the future, they can also add payment per hour. That would be convenient for those who only leave their luggage for a few hours, not the entire day. But other than that, overall, it was a good experience and I recommend it.

Easy to use and very conveniently located. Staff was very nice and good at speaking English. Would be 5 stars if we were able to pay by card. We had to withdraw some cash from an ATM that charged us a fee. I only found out after the fact that it is possible to pay by card via their online booking system. It would have been nice if the employee who handled our booking could have told us beforehand. All in all I recommend this place

My girlfriend and I-used these facilities while in Madrid, and in a word, amazing. The price is very fair, and storage facilities secure and easy to use. Our main positive takeaway from our experience was the staff! Will was extremely friendly. He helped us through sorting a cab to the airport for a cheap price. Just an all round helpful nice person and will definitely be using again due to the excellent service provided. 10/10

Best 5€ I have spent. It is really useful when you want to leave your luggage / backpack to be free of any heavy lifting during the day before going to the airport ! When I booked my locker I entered an old email address by mistake. When I called the hotline to explain what happened, the staff was really helpful and I got my codes in less than a minute ! Keep up the good work.

Great spot to store our luggage for a few hours so that we could explore Madrid before checking into our airbnb. The process from reserving, storing, and picking up all went smoothly. The employee helping us was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Strongly recommended! The staff is really nice, and you can be free and easy to travel different places. You can book and paid by card previously online, or you can walk in and pay by cash (there is one ATM cash machine just next to it)
