Greetings!
According
to
our
great
experience
of
visiting
similar
locations,
this
feedback
being
placed.
So,
our
dinner
was
placed
at
21:15.
It's
actually
little
strange,
because
it's
usually
big
ceremony,
and
approximately
last
2
hours,
when
we
entered
location,
we
were
impressed
about
location
and
design,
a
lot
of
open
space,
tables
placing,
etc.
It
was
very-very
different
from
the
same
locations
in
Paris,
etc,
As
usual
tradition
we
have
presented
2
valuable
presents
(2
bottles
of
extra-quality
vodka
from
Ukraine)
-
1
for
team,
1
for
chief...
And
faced
the
situation
at
the
end,
that
nobody
from
team
told
chief,
that
we
have
brought
presents.
Actually
nobody
brings
presents,
and
they
decided
not
to
tell
chief
about
that
fact
before
he
came
with
invitation
to
our
table.
Policy
of
the
facility
is
very
democratic,
if
sitting
in
a
pair,
one
can
order
tasting
menu,
second
can
order
a-la-carte.
Usually
often
you
should
order
a-la-carte
both
or
not
to
order
it
at
all.
Pricing
-
correct,
but
bigger
than
in
public
sources.
Dishes
quality:
4/5.
A
lot
of
jelly
and
foam
in
different
variations.
Creative
combinations
of
food
and
great
table
presentation.
Lack
of
expensive
and
unusual
ingridients,
mostly
simple
one
that
belong
more
to
1
and
2*
Michelin
restaurants.
Desserts
taste
really
better
than
main
dishes,
which
could
be
Pigeon
for
example.
There
was
no
extravagant
dishes
preparing
at
table,
just
some
syrup
rain
from
waiter,
and
that's
all.
Nothing
special.
Process:
booooooooooooooooring,
we
have
started
even
earlier
at
21:00,
and
last
dessert
we
asked
to
wrap
to
take
at
hotel.
And
even
our
attempts
of
speed
up
the
process
lead
to
the
dinner
ending
at
....
0:40!!
If
no
speed
up
-
definitely
01:00.
It's
time
of
breakfast
soon!!!
Process
of
serving
is
very-very
slow,
dishes
quantity
is
up
20,
but
for
example
ANA
airlines
serves
30+
dishes
in
first
class
and
total
it
lasts
less
than
3h
in
a
plane!!
So,
dear
Mr.
Martin,
you
should
do
something
with
your
service,
optimize
menu
maybe
or
to
make
something
to
entertain
your
guests
if
you
still
wish
to
last
your
dinner
4h+.
Totally
no
surprises,
you
have
all
the
menu
from
beginning,
and
all
according
to
plan.
It's
quite
dissapointing
process,
you
just
sit
like
in
cage,
because
you
have
ordered
menu
and
big
money
paid
for
it,
and
can't
sit
till
the
end,
because
it's
too
looooooong.
And
to
go
away
earlier
is
not
very
polite,
heh?
Service.
Service
was
partly
skilled,
and
partly
professional.
There
was
a
great
feeling
that
a
lot
of
newbies
are
working.
As
stated
previosly,
nobody
told
chief,
that
we
have
brought
presents.
My
cutlery
did
not
changed
for
a
while
as
I
have
ordered
a-la-carte,
and
my
wife
ordered
tasting
menu,
so
they
started
to
change
after
comment
only.
Waiters
were
tense
and
not
interested,
especially
because
of
bad
knowing
of
English
largely.
They
just
did
a
bare
minimum,
as
well
as
chief
did
too.
Finally
my
bill
was
not
correct,
as
there
was
added
+36
more
EUR
for
the
Champagne,
that
we
did
not
ordered.
It's
a
huge-huge-huge
mistake
in
3*
Michelin.
Very
big
surprise
that
honored
Mr.
Martin
does
not
know
English,
so
our
conversation
did
not
worked
out,
he
looked
very
tired.
And
he
also
torturedly
performed
the
obligatory
role
of
greeting
the
guests
in
our
case.
Although
it
seemed
that
he
did
much
better
with
Spanish-speaking
guests
Overall
impression:
location
is
overrated
currently.
Chief
is
tired
and
does
not
controll
all
the
processes
around,
ceremony
and
concept
should
be
renovated
to
lower
overall
processing
time.
They
have
received
already
3*
confirmation
this
year,
so
I
believe
they
just
feeling
relaxed.
OK,
for
1-2*
it's
good
and
great
to
visit,
but
definitely
not
3*.
In
fact,
I
have
counted
3.6
points
from
5
in
ratio,
but
Google
does
not
allows
me
to
put
it
in,
and
it
is
definitely
not
4
from
5,
so
my
verdict
is
3/5.
Our
bill
was
around
620
EUR
for
2
persons.
