Number of designs and their speciality is mainly, all the designs are available in various weighing which suits for all the customers. Some jewellery shops will have some designs in certain weight only. But mostly here all the designs they are having will be in different weighs. Special orders were been delivered to the customers within the promised date and this makes so many customers really happy. All cultured customers are the strong support and the quality speaks more.

They told me there is no deductions while selling gold coin, will get full amount while purchasing and they changed words when go for to sale coin purchased from them. They charged me 6% deduction on gold coin for sale which is purchased from them, and i checked malabar gold they told they are only charging 5% deduction ,then i checked with other small jewellers they are charging very less rate less than 4% for sale.

Staff not friendly and not able to keep customer satisfied.

This jewellery in gold city charged bd 1.500 as stamping charges in addition to the making charges. When I asked to write in the invoice clearly they refused by saying that there is no option in the computer to show the breakdown of charges. I have never paid in bahrain like this stamping charges. But Joy Alukkas collected the stamping charges..

Totally disappointed from Joyalukkas bahrain. Me and my family is regular customer of Joyalukkas from last 15 years. From my father it comes to me. Last month I took a chain of 24 gm and the making charges are high compared to the other gold shops in bahrain. Their excuses are machine cut,new design etc.. Same design chain I brought from Joyalukkas Dubai 2 year before. I like the chain design that's why I choose it again. They are not ready to reduce the making charges the gold is rate is less that day. ( May be they wanted to balance the les gold rate with the making charges) I give my 15 years purchase loyalty card they are not ready to check that and they told me today purchase the loyalty card is not acceptable. I don't understand what special on that day comparing to other working days. Please don't break the trust of your valuable customers 🙏🏼

Staffs dont know how to treat customers bad thing is they are judging the customers and same time they will talk to another customers and staff also. We already given one item for billing but we want to check something else when we call the staff he is just ignoring then later he called the same guy who attended us before even he was busy with the another customer.
