Great experience. Very well kept and maintained spa and pool. Wonderful staff . Immaculately clean.

Worst Experience. All they care about is money. The person sitting at front desk knows nothing about the process. They would simply leave you at your disposal with no process explained. Spa like this in such a premium property is a blot on the hotel reputation. Don't ever go for their service.

My wife and I each had a massage at the Shamana Spa during our stay at the Grand Hyatt Goa. The staff are fantastic and take care of all your needs. A couple of areas for improvement would be to monitor for guests who speak loudly/shout in the quiet areas (jacuzzi/steam room) which ruins the enjoyment for others and to clean the mens steam room more regularly as there are obvious signs of mould on the ceiling.

A must try with plunge pool, One of the best spa in india in overall list. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Plus the property is very beautiful. A must visit in goa for a resort and spa experience.

A wonderful experience. Preetika's service was amazing. She knew the pressure to apply. Was able to detect the areas that needed more work and helped me feel relaxed and rejuvenated by end of the 90 minutes Shamana massage. I recommend yo ask questions of what your treatment will involve. This helps you and the staff be clear on expectations and helps you enjoy your experience. I had a full body massage which Dechan and it was absolutely wonderful! I get massages regularly and she was one of the best I've ever had! Will return whenever I can :)

Best spa experience ever! Couple massage included a hot plunge pool filled with rose petals. Lovely evening. Great massage :)

Overall a good experience but not super satisfactory. Can make the experience more informed by asking the customers.

Excellent spa, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely a 5* service, I would recommend to anyone.

Being located in a 5 start hotel you would expect the staff to be cordial or knowledgeable at the least but that is not the case here. The staff does not provide the right information when reached out and then deny accepting their mistake. Tried to book a spa appointment and the hassle made it nearly impossible to book one. Highly disappointed in the service provided.
