Made a phone reservation as it was a busy evening. The staff welcomed us and gave us a table rapidly. Our order was taken soon after and the dishes arrived fairly rapidly, even though it was a very busy night. That's just the service. Now, the entrée and the pizzas were absolutely delicious. Definitely authentic, tasty, hot, well garnished pizzas. I definitely recommend. And the waitress who served us, despite of being her 1st night, did extremely well. We were well taken care of.! Thank you Peter and Eva, we'll be back!👍

Fantastic and delicious Italian food!! Got the prawn linguini and a supreme pizza. Both did not disappoint. Was only disappointed I had to cancel my dinner booking the next night due to last minute changes. Will be back again!

We grabbed two pizzas for takeaway from this lovely restaurant. Saw the reviews and figured we must try it. They were delicious authentic Italian pizzas and we all enjoyed them. Definitely worth the hype and the prices were reasonable too. Definitely a must stop for me whenever I am in the area. Also great seeing some of those kids working really hard and professionally too.

Hands down one of the best Italian restaurants in Australia, located at the heart of Jervis in Huskisson. Wonderful story of how Peter Eva started out as a successful food truck and now a successful restaurant making fabulous food. The opening hours are between 10am - 2pm, (brunch) and 5-9pm (dinner). The restaurant is only opened for 4 hours, but you’ll be surprised how busy it gets every day for both dine-in and take-out. Reservations are essential or expect a long queue. The menu has a lot to offer including: entrees, sides & salads 🥗, Italian wood fire 🔥 pizzas 🍕, garlic base pizzas, Aussie classic pizzas, main dishes such as pastas, kids menu and desserts. The food is amazing, made with love and passion. It taste delicious using the right ingredients and combinations, you’ll be able to distinguish between a good & bad Italian restaurant after a visit to Peter Eva. My recommendations are chilli prawn linguine, salami wood-fire pizza and arancini embedded in a nice sauce. For dessert I’m going to make the call and say the cannoli is the best I’ve ever had! Pricing: because of the popularity, it’s not going to be cheap. We ordered 2 entrees, 2 wood fire pizzas and a main with no drinks for approximately $120 (4 adults 1 kid), $20-40 per head. Sounds reasonable especially for the quality and service.

I have to start by saying, this restaurant has the BEST wait staff I have EVER come across. They are super attentive to their diner's and equally friendly. Wow! It's been a while since I've had such impeccable service. Even when they were at their busiest time during the dinner service, they were on point in removing our entree plates and then asking if we were ready for our mains. After our mains, our plates were cleared again at the perfect time. They allowed a little time to pass before coming back to our table to ask if we wanted to order dessert. SUPER IMPRESSED!!. Now to the meals. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted authentic, as if Nona was cooking our dinner. I have to say "Everyone who enjoys seafood pastas, YOU MUST! try their prawn linguine dish. It was heaven on a plate. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, full of seafood umami and the exact amount of prawns scattered throughout the dish. My single small criticism would be, the pizza. Our base was quite moist, I would have preferred it more toasted. ALTHOUGH...I rolled up the pizza and ate it like a calzone. PERFECT!! Lol. I was delicious, fresh and full of flavour. This restaurant is a must place to visit. And I would highly recommend booking in advance as they get very busy!

I am Italian so I can recognize authentic Italian food, and can say this restaurant is amazing! We tried the parmigiana pizza, the mushroom arancino and the lasagna. I felt like I was in Italy. Everything was delicious. The Italian owners and the staff are also very welcoming and super lovely. We'll be back soon :)

Wow this would have to be not only the most delicious Italian food we have eaten but also the best dining experience we’ve had in years! Not sure how anyone could rate less than 5 stars. This place is popular for a reason, so I’d recommend to make a booking, even during the week. Although it was busy when we visited at 6pm Tuesday 8/8/23, our food still came out quickly :-) Atmosphere was perfect & service was the most friendly I’ve experienced possibly ever. Eva processed our payment & we felt lucky to have met the person who started this amazing business - she is such a warm & lovely person. The food was next level amazing… we got the garlic focaccia, salami pizza & spaghetti bolognese. Everything was cooked to perfection, the flavours were unbelievable & the portions were very generous (handy that they allow you to take away leftovers). The spaghetti brought back memories of my Mediterranean grandmothers cooking - the sauce was divine. The pizza, I don’t even have the words to describe how impressed I am… it’s possibly the best pizza I’ve had (& I’ve had a lot of pizzas). The base was super thin yet had a lovely fluffy crust - just flawless. Thank you Peter Eva for a truly wonderful experience! We hope to see you again before we leave Husky :-)

Cibo e servizio eccellenti. We have eaten at 2 other excellent Italian restaurants : Fedele's in East Gosford ( on the Central Coast), Osteria á Mano in Wyong..and now Peter Eva. We only popped in for a quick evening meal and kept it small, four cheese pizza and a rocket, Pear and Parmesan salad which was totally delicious and good potion sizes. We hope to return to sample more of their meals and will update accordingly. Molto bene.

A truly memorable experience at this venue. The staff were super attentive and friendly especially as we were the only ones in their outdoor section. It was well appointed with heaters and blanket for a cosy dinner. The Woodfire pizza was delicious, good balance of ingredients and that dough was fluffy, light with a nice chew to it. Eva was a lovely host and spend time getting to know us. Highly recommend a visit.

A really nice Italian spot in the heart of Huskisson. Peter Eva was heaving with customers when we visited, though we were only collecting. Some (not all) staff were a little abrupt, but I'll assume that was because they were busy. They fill the alley outside with heaters and tables to give a really cosy outdoor option in winter. Pizzas were good, but not the best we've had in NSW. A little tough for our taste, but that may have been because it was takeaway (although we did eat it almost immediately). Overall a good option for takeaway in Huskisson, and I'll update the review if and when we go back (especially if we dine in).

Lovely Italian restaurant which was well decorated. It was great to see some footage of Venice instead of the usual bingo adds and sports on the television. The pizza was great compared to other Italian restaurants and the staff was kind with great care for allergies. Only the music was a bit annoying (especially the broken bass).

Great wood fired pizza and tasty pasta. It is very popular and lucky we booked a table. By the way they don’t sell alcohols, but there is a liquor shop just a minute walk away and I got two cans of local beers named Jervis Bay

Ragu sauce with spaghetti - delicious. Meat balls with spaghetti - delicious. Focaccia garlic bread - delicious. Good glass of Savingnon - completed the experience. Not a place to walk past make sure you call in. Great place, great food. ENJOY

The aroma as we walked past made us stop. Staff were very friendly and although the place was very busy, they fit us. Service was fast and efficient. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and very filling as good Italian food should be. We were very full but still ordered dessert.. also amazing! Highly recommend!! Be sure to book so you don’t miss out.. loved it 🧡

Legitimately deserves their high rating, not only because of a smaller town. Had super fresh bufala mozzarella starter paired with really good pizza - good dough, good sauce, GOOD toppings. Fresh throughout. Finished with a pannacotta that is fantastic.

Great Italian place. Was open on Labour Day evening and jam packed. But they made booking for us 2 hours earlier. Staff was polite and welcoming. Food was delicious. We are all vegetarian and there are not many places where kids and adults all are happy with the food. We ordered garlic bread pizza, vegetarian pizza and 4 cheese sauce pasta and everything was absolutely yum!

A wonderful night with great tasting food, perfect attentive service and we could not fault anything. Great Italian flavours.

Amazing, authentic Italian dinner in Huskisson! We loved the garlic foccacia, Margherita pizza, Nonna’s meatballs, spaghetti bolognese (kid friendly!), espresso martini’s, white and red wines and the cannoli and tiramisu! Best dinner we had all holidays with lovely service from friendly staff - thank you!! ❤️💚🤍

We enjoyed the lasagne, made in Italy pizza, bruschetta, canoli and coffee, everything was delicious, amazing service and great atmosphere. One of the best places we've been to around here.

First time at Peter Eva! My Sister and I arrived just after midday and it was the perfect time to enjoy some pizza and music. As it was our first time, I had to try the classic Peter Eva Pizza and it was very enjoyable. Amazing service and recommendations of current specials. Timely manner and regards to arrival and departure. Loved Peter Eva Woodfired Pizza here in Huskisson.
