the
best
Italian
restaurants
in
Australia,
located
at
the
heart
of
Jervis
in
Huskisson.
Wonderful
story
of
how
Peter
Eva
started
out
as
a
successful
food
truck
and
now
a
successful
restaurant
making
fabulous
food.
The
opening
hours
are
between
10am
-
2pm,
(brunch)
and
5-9pm
(dinner).
The
restaurant
is
only
opened
for
4
hours,
but
you’ll
be
surprised
how
busy
it
gets
every
day
for
both
dine-in
and
take-out.
Reservations
are
essential
or
expect
a
long
queue.
The
menu
has
a
lot
to
offer
including:
entrees,
sides
&
salads
🥗,
Italian
wood
fire
🔥
pizzas
🍕,
garlic
base
pizzas,
Aussie
classic
pizzas,
main
dishes
such
as
pastas,
kids
menu
and
desserts.
The
food
is
amazing,
made
with
love
and
passion.
It
taste
delicious
using
the
right
ingredients
and
combinations,
you’ll
be
able
to
distinguish
between
a
good
&
bad
Italian
restaurant
after
a
visit
to
Peter
Eva.
My
recommendations
are
chilli
prawn
linguine,
salami
wood-fire
pizza
and
arancini
embedded
in
a
nice
sauce.
For
dessert
I’m
going
to
make
the
call
and
say
the
cannoli
is
the
best
I’ve
ever
had!
Pricing:
because
of
the
popularity,
it’s
not
going
to
be
cheap.
We
ordered
2
entrees,
2
wood
fire
pizzas
and
a
main
with
no
drinks
for
approximately
$120
(4
adults
1
kid),
$20-40
per
head.
Sounds
reasonable
especially
for
the
quality
and
service.
