I went to visit doctor for my mother as she was getting high migraine headaches . The receptionist was way too lazy and slow. It took him 15 minutes just to check out that the required specialist doctor was not available . Then I asked for a general physician who could look at this severe headache , again it took him 20 mintues to arrange for the same. Given that the hotel was empty and no OPD patients were there. At first when the doctor asked staff boy for sphygmomanometer, he gave a defected one and couldn't measure blood pressure accurately. ( That's their basic infrastructure quality) Doctor( I forgot his name) was polite and helped with few medications. But really 2 star for staff support and service. Cost was OK. Took INR 200 for basic check up. Pharmacy doesn't have stock of basic medicines.

After the first months, they will give a date, then after doing half the treatment, they forget for months, if that doctor is not coming due to leave or any reason, then their hospital team has no option that the patient should be treated, go for the treatment of a problem. The second problem is ready because of half the treatment and time, no one to listen, the hospital team or the doctor has no responsibility, only waste money and time.

This college is known for its excellent teaching and training facilities. Apart, its an awesome place to do dentistry and grow as a person in life.

Every single treatment is very useless. I had braces on my teeth, after 17 months they are saying that the space is not filling, I have to get my teeth fixed. First got the teeth extracted and now they are talking about getting them fitted. The patient comes with great hope that everything will be fine, but here one has to suffer. runs up and down a lot😢😢😢 I'm very sad.

Personally speaking, Saraswati Dental Hospital is really a great hospital and specially Dr. Himanshu, who is one of the top Surgeon I'll say and treated me very well, this is the reason, I every time came from Delhi to Lucknow for surgery. And, one good thing I will highlight about Dr. Himanshu, is that, after Surgery he always asks me about my improvement over call.

This review is dedicated to all PG aspirants who want to join SDC - in endodontics department where only the PGs do all the productive work while jobless teaching staff neither treat patients nor teach the students. This is especially regarding a female staff who is supposed to teach PGs but only engages in office politics, favouritism and rumour-mongering. I request HOD Dr Misra to stop all those political activities within the department and encourage them to engage in some productive work instead.
