My experience at Mashi Biryani World in Lucknow was quite disappointing. Despite its appealing presentation, the taste of the biryani fell short of expectations. The raita was overly sour, and the onions used were past their prime. While the portion size of the biryani was satisfactory, the flavor and taste did not align with the authentic Lucknow biryani style. Instead, it resembled the typical North Indian biryani or pulao. I had hoped for a taste reminiscent of Kolkata biryani, but unfortunately, it did not meet that standard. Overall, my visit was not satisfactory in terms of taste and authenticity.

Was great having briyani here . Suggestions from my side just order briyani from here . I had dum briyani and that was great . Also tried gravy chicken but was not satisfied , then had to order some more briyani to change the taste of my mouth. In sweet they got rabdi and lassi that you can have it.

One of the best biryani of lucknow, it's taste too good.

Pathetic experience we had today! We sat down and wait for 20 minutes thereafter waiter came and said they have only Hyderabadi biryani, so I asked him that it must be spicy, he said they made less spicy, so again after ten minutes they serve water, thereafter 10-12 minutes they serve biryani which was so ugly we had only a bite or a two then left from there, as there was nobody to listen, chicken was smelling badly and rice was too spicy to eat. I never ever recommend anyone for Mashi, rather I suggest to had biryani roadside which will be way better than Mashi! The ugliest and the pathetic in every aspect!

When we reached at about 2:30pm. They said we have to wait till half an hour. But it took them more than 1.5 hours to prepare the new batch of biryani, but it was worth waiting .... delicious 😋 biryani.

This place is really good when it comes to non-vegetarian lovers. They got a simple but a subtle menu. And their biryani is like a heaven on a platter. And yaa their prices are very economical. Must try place.

Lucknow tastiest biryani center. We eat kolkata chicken biryani and that was awesome😋. They more chicken biryani like hyderabadi, awadhi, muradabadi etc. they also serve mutton biryani. Interior is not so good and space is also not so big. There is one problem that is parking problem.

Worst biryani i have ever eaten....do you even understand the food instructions? I have got completely opposite of the instructions which i have mentioned....!!! Don't try to fool your customers! Never gonna order from this restaurant again....!!!

I ordered chicken biryani (Hyderabadi) very frequently from here.Earlier d biryani was so spicy ,but now tomorrow when i ordered and prefer less spicy ,it is just delicious and had a balanced spicy taste dat is awesome.The rice are well cooked and a good ton of biryani.They improved on the basis of my feedback .it was an amazing experience .Just gave a try atleast once and u wil not be regret.

Must visit if you are in Lucknow and want to have best taste in affordable price range. Everything was perfect... quality, quantity, service Improvement area - Instead of rice they should add more pieces of chicken (😔 should be 3 or 4 in single rather than 2 ) Dining area could have been more spacious with few more waiters considering the crowd at peak hours which will eventually result into less waiting time. Mashi Biryani (Chowk) is amazing in biryani quality, quantity and service. The ambience is normal. They don't serve beef, so it's more secure for Hindus. It's far from my place in Lucknow. But still I prefer to come here with family to enjoy our Biryani once in a while. However, you will probably not enjoy the same quantity or taste in other branches of Mashi.

Came here after checking the reviews online and I must say I was not dissapointed. Wanted to try their Awadh biriyani but that was not available so we went with Hyderabadi Chicken Biriyani. Biriyani was really amazing. Fragrant and well cooked layers of rice, fried onions and tender chicken pieces and a whole lot of amazing spices made the dish quite flavourful. Altough, The place has no working air conditioning when we visited and the weather was quite hot that day. Eating spicy biryani in a hot atmosphere while sweating was quite uneasy. Nevertheless the taste was on point and its a must visit whenever you're around this place.

In my recent visit to bada imambada in Lucknow I happened to visit this biriyani gem... I had least expectations from the ambience but I judged the book by its cover. I ordered: Hyderabadi Chicken Biriyani - 5/5 Awadhi Chicken Biriyani - 5/5 Pros: Food was authentic to the last rice grain on the plate and both the biriyani has such different taste which spoke about their difference in preparation. Cons: Ambience is not that appealing but you know what if you are a food lover forget the ambience and focus on the food you would love it. Note: Please keep a check on the cook time of the biriyani as that can get delayed based on that. Have patience and let the biriyani do it's magic.

Mashi's biryani, chicken biryani and mutton biryani taste wise good...

Food taste was really good. Seating arrangements need improvement. While searching a good biryani shop on Google located near bhul bhulaiya or bada imamabada I got this shop name and visited with my entire family and after reaching there it was not looking a good restaurant from outside but after getting down from car and entering to restaurant it was too much crowded, no place to sit. We had to wait for sometime and finally place order to waiter and once we received the Biryani on our table the aroma of biryani was awesome. Taste was also super. It was cooked so nicely that my children were also took. Overall experience was good. Needs some improvement in seating area..

I am writing this review after giving them 3 tries. First time biryani wasn’t of good taste. Second time it was so loaded with spices that we couldn’t eat it properly. Then today 3rd time I ordered full biryani in which I received only a single piece of chiken ! And rest of it was full with rice only that too wasn’t of good taste!! So so disappointed!! I am never going to order or visit this place again for Having Biryani ever !!

Have have ordered last week Hyderabadi dum biryani , chicken was good in taste, later due to good in taste have ordered again a Hyderabadi Dum biryani mutton, But this time quality of mutton was bad , not fresh at all, badly smelled . Have call to give same feed back to Restaurant , but it's strange they have accepted this , usually they should accept and trying to improve!

Nothing so special about the TASTE as it's very average BIRYANI and they want to earn quick money by serving large quantity to their walk in customers. As they use to deliver through online the small portion of Biryani but they don't have small portion in their restorant menu. For single person it's a waste of money and waste of food too..... But who Cares ? Until they managed to Full their Cash Box. Such a "Declared" big restorant doesn't have the facility to accept Digital Payment... ??

Mashi Biryani World is one of the best restaurant in Lucknow selling Awadhi Biryani. The taste was so good and the quantity was good enough for 3 people with an average appetite. I loved this place, the food quality and taste was good and was worth every penny.
