The store employee was horrible horrible HORRIBLE, so rude and not professional at all. I barely brushed his elbow and he told me I needed to leave the store and escorted me out when I had just bought two necklaces and was going to buy another sweatshirt. I am appalled at his behavior. Never in my life have I been treated that way. My cousin who was with me was also mind blown. Do not support this store. I want to report this man he is clearly not well and needs mental help. That is no way to treat a customer.

So much to do and see. Be prepared to stay overnight, and enjoy the whole experience of Carmel CA.

First time visiting Carmel and as we were walking around waiting for our food. We had a good feeling about this store, walked in to buy some great quality shirts and a gift. It is tradition that we buy some fridge magnets as well at every place we visit. The customer service was phenomenal, the young lady was super kind and gave us our military discount. Amazing store and we had a lovely experience in the short 5 mins we were there! Thank you!

Good prices. Everywhere else is a ripoff.

Disgruntled employees. Selection and items are great and fun, but every question asked was met with hostility and annoyance. It kind of makes me regret buying from them and regret the purchase.

Nice shop. My granddaughters loved it as well.
