Been
a
patient
here
since
I
was
a
teenager
and
there
is
always
an
issue.
One
time
I
went
a
month
without
my
mental
health
prescription,
because
the
office
would
not
answer
the
phone
/
callback
to
put
in
my
refill.
The
other
day
I
made
an
appointment
at
the
East
Cliff
location,
as
the
receptionist
said
on
the
phone,
yet
when
I
showed
up
they
told
me
the
appointment
was
at
a
different
location,
20
minutes
farther
from
my
home.
She
tried
to
tell
me
they
are
not
my
PCP,
even
though
I
had
my
Alliance
card
with
them
listed
as
my
PCP.
Needing
to
be
seen
that
day,
I
drove
to
the
other
location,
and
when
I
tried
to
check
in,
the
receptionist
at
that
location
told
me
that
my
appointment
had
just
been
cancelled.
I
never
cancelled
my
appointment,
and
I
am
assuming
the
lady
at
the
first
office
cancelled
it
once
I
became
frustrated
with
her.
I
told
them
I
never
cancelled
it,
and
they
did
that
without
my
permission.
She
told
me
there
wasn't
anything
she
could
do
about
it
other
than
put
me
on
the
waitlist
to
be
seen
another
20minutes
later.
This
makes
no
sense
to
me
as
I
was
on
time
to
my
appointment,
and
there
was
only
one
other
patient
at
the
office,
so
where
was
the
doctor
I
had
an
appointment
to
see.
At
this
appointment
the
doctor
ordered
labs,
telling
me
to
drink
8oz
of
fluid
before
my
lab.
At
the
lab,
the
technician
said
I
was
actually
supposed
to
fast
before
the
lab,
the
exact
opposite
of
what
the
provider
told
me,
making
me
have
to
come
back
another
day,
very
inconvenient.
Today
my
lab
results
were
ready,
so
I
called
the
office
since
no
one
ever
contacted
me.
The
automated
system
made
me
register
for
a
callback
since
there
was
a
wait.
I
never
got
a
callback.
I
tried
calling
again
later,
5
more
times,
and
each
time
I
was
redirected
to
an
answering
service
that
cannot
help
me
with
anything
other
than
send
a
message
to
the
office
for
a
callback,
which
I
had
already
done,
but
still
put
another
callback
request
in.
I
tried
to
text
the
office
with
the
number
given
on
the
automated
system,
only
to
receive
an
automatic
reply
telling
me
no
agents
are
available,
even
though
this
was
during
business
hours.
I
tried
to
log
into
my
patient
portal,
which
continued
to
say
my
last
name
was
incorrect
every
time.
I
finally
spelled
my
last
name
wrong
and
was
able
to
log
in
(now
I
know
they
have
my
name
wrong
in
my
files),
and
found
my
lab
results,
which
had
been
available
and
had
a
note
next
to
them
telling
the
provider
to
contact
me
with
my
results...yet
they
never
called
over
the
entire
day
and
I
am
the
one
who
had
to
bend
over
backwards
to
find
out
my
lab
results!
I
will
honestly
be
surprised
if
they
ever
call
me
back
to
notify
me
of
my
lab
results,
which
I
had
to
find
and
decipher
on
my
own.
Oh
yeah,
and
when
I
told
my
provider
that
I
was
supposed
to
fast
before
my
lab,
she
said
"oops
sorry
we
forgot
to
mention
that,
it
happens
all
the
time."
Extremely
frustrating
experience
being
a
patient
here.
