During the summer, I asked about sandals that were not yet priced. I was told that they were purchased at DSW and they were originals. After a week they broke and I found out they were a Kohls only brand. I gave them another chance and purchased a Claudia Firenzi handbag a few months later. It came with no documentation. It was definitely overpriced after comparing the product on other sites. For example, Lucky brand's price point is close to the same price as new. (You can find sales at Lucky and at Macy's). They do not come off the asking price at all. Other consignment shops will deal with you.

She judged me from a phone call! Because I couldn't give her all the name brands I own. Said her store wouldn't be the right fit for me as it was a high end store. I asked her what name brands she was looking for and obviously I would only bring her thise. She couldn't give me names either. Good luck! It's still second hand lady!

Nice is great. Crystal knows brands, what sells and how to price. As a shopper, I almost always find something that I 'have' to have including some great Tiffany pieces. Sat I went in wanting black pants and a basic white blouse and found them. Other times I've found unique pieces that I love. The items Crystal accepts from me sell and sell at good prices.

The shop name NICE speaks for itself, high quality consignment store for womenswear hence the higher prices as expected. Prada bag $1000+ so bring your big wallet. The manager is super nice but staff I have no comments, especially the one have hard hearing.

Walking into 'Nice' on Munras I was greeted promptly by Krystal. She seems so genuinely kind, happy to help. I was looking for a purse, the right purse that would serve my needs. I spotted one right away, but we continued to look at the whole inventory. She knows the products, brands, materials, the whole nine yards! I ended up with a Michael Kors, on sale, of course. Just the right color, size, shape and imported leather. The experience was quite outstanding due to Krystal's uplifting attitude and professionalism. What a great gem. They have cute jewelry like earrings, rings, and bracelets. With every consignment store you will have items that aren't your style but if you check frequently you will find something great! Nice cute selection of shoes!

The Best Consignment Store in Monterey! I come and visit this store every Saturday and I love how they greet you! I leave with a few items every time and I love the great selection of designer clothing and amazing deals! Truly a Gem of a Store in Monterey!
