I brought multiple mom here after reading the reviews. I am glad we came. It's a hole in the wall place...but we'll worth the visit. It's easy to miss if you drive by...its in the corner with a green awning. We sat down and we looked over the menu. We decided to try the sweet and sour pork with half fried rice half chow mein. While we waited on our food they brought is these free appetizers...oh my goodness they were delicious. I did not expect that. The staff was so nice and attentive. Honestly I did not like the chow mein...but the fried rice was really good and the sweet and sour pork was amazing. The chicken was crispy and not over cooked...I loved the sauce...delicious flavor. If I come back to Pacific grove...I will definitely come back here...

The owner was very attentive and you could tell she cared about her food going out the door. The portions were huge. I had dumplings, egg rolls, crab wontons and sesame chick n with fried rice. It was enuf for 4people. I dropped a pin I’ll be back.

Very friendly and quick service. We ordered the human beef and shrimp specials. The food was outstanding. The Chow Mein was some of the best we've ever had. I'd definitely go back. They also have boba tea that was made with fresh fruit.

First time trying it tonight. Service was good, food was great ! The ladies there also threw in a small sampler at no extra charge. What more can you ask for 💪

We stopped by at Jim’s Chinese restaurant for dinner, we were greeted by a friendly waitress, who promptly took our order as soon as we got our delicious hot and sour soup, the owner came out with a complimentary sesame chicken appetizer which was yummy. The rest of our meal was perfectly cooked and delicious. I would highly recommend Jim’s if your in town. They deserve 5 stars.

Jim’s is the best Chinese place in the area. The workers are so kind, the portions are large, and they almost always include a “free gift” with our meals. I highly recommend the Mandarin Chicken.

Don’t let the small store front fool you, this is some of the best Chinese food Ive had in america, and the dishes exactly matches traditional Chinese cooking. The price is very reasonable and the servers are very friendly. Suggest whoever goes to try out the century egg congee

I stumbled upon this place when my Chinese food cravings hit, and to my delight, they were open. Even though we arrived just 30 minutes before closing time, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food exceeded our expectations - every dish we ordered was delicious. We would've definitely become regulars if we lived in town. The outstanding food and the warm hospitality left a lasting impression.

Just go, don't think twice about it, go. We crammed 9 people inside and they filled 3 tables with food, we had 5 boxes of leftovers, if the waitress says you're ordering a lot of food, she means A LOT! It was delicious and they treated us wonderfully. The trophies and certificates are cool but the pictures of smiling grandbabies steal the show. Like I said, just go.

First visit to Jim’s and we’ll definitely be back. The hot and sour soup was a great starter with tasty pot stickers next up. The deep fried veggies had a nice crust and the egg plant was a our 4th dish. There was food leftover which we gladly packed up for a hearty lunch the next day. Jim’s doesn’t look fancy but the food is by top drawer!

They gave us a free appetizer for being slow (we waited maybe 10 mins- not that long). The food was all great & the employees were super kind. We got their family platter for 6– it feeds way more than 6 people!

Jim's is so good, the best in town. Be warn on the waiting time during meals as they do get crazy busy with their popularity in the vicinity but it's all so worth it. Appreciate the little gesture from the owner on the complimentary sesame ball and spring rolls, fried on order and served hot.

Easy to miss if you are driving around (Especially on New Years Eve). They need a new building because their food is worth it and very authentic. Great service and they brought out a complimentary dish (I didn't try it). So as someone who is allergic to Seafood they had good options for avoiding that, just make sure to mention your allergy otherwise they add a few decoration shrimp (not my plate).

Very friendly owner. Ordered food by phone, food was hot and ready when I arrived. I was greeted upon entering. Ordered beef vegetable deluxe with chow mein. Food was good and not overly salty like many others. If you prefer more salt, a packet of soy sauce should suffice. Owner gave me some appetizers for free, which was a nice touch to my visit. The restaurant is open for in house dining. The space is small, yet cozy.

Was nice finding a place that serves chicken feet in the area. They also were able to manage a big party as walk ins fairly easy. Everything was delicious, the duck noodles especially. Can't go wrong here.

This is a great little restaurant run by incredibly nice people. The food is good and isn't the highly processed Chinese food that you get at so many places. Their sauces appear to be made in house, their cooking oil is noticeably fresh, and the chicken is hand cut and breaded, all this leads to food experience that not only tastes better but feels better. Their pork fried rice is amazing as well. They also really seem to enjoy serving their customers, this is a special place.
