Cheerful & polite, made me feel very relaxed. Efficient & professional staff. Offered immediate care with take-home meds. No stopping at pharmacists. Follow-up calls everyday were comforting. I went to this facility yesterday, being new to the area, extremely sick. The nurse practitioner – you never see a doctor here - said it sounds like Covid. She tested me and it was positive. She didn’t listen to my breathing she didn’t look in my ears she didn’t look at my throat. She simply tested me for Covid. I woke up this morning with a piercing, extremely painful sore throat but when I called this morning, I was told that they didn’t know when the nurse practitioner could get back to me. I’m going somewhere else… if you want a very pretty, tastefully decorated facility this is for you. If you want good medical care, this isn’t the place.

I would like to leave the most visible post possible and staff suggested the platform YELP! I had the opportunity to have an urgent problem requiring medical attention ( just so happened it was during ladiesUSOpen.)I decided to go to the Montage urgent care in Monterey. It was a wonderful experience ( although I was rather sick and a little dehydrated). The person in front desk was very kind and efficient, the LVN was professional and thorough and put me at ease. The PA Christina U was an excellent listener and ask all the right questions- I gave sample for culture and further tests to be obtained later. Most tests were negative and I responded within the second day of treatment!!! Another PA called me today to see how I was ( ChristineA). I am now 99% back to normal and I am so pleased with my care. Although I hope I don’t have to go back soon, I am absolutely confident I made the write choice seeing staff at Montage!!! I highly recommend this Group! PS The Montage app is nice to check results of lab results, even though the staff follows up with a personal call! I happen to be a recently retired physician and know hard it is to help patient understand how much we try and “ do no harm” “too. Lengthy way to tell you : have confidence in Montage staff! You won’t be sorry, and depending on the problem you will be well in no time!!!!!.thanks again Montage!!!!!

This location purports to be an Urgent Care, but there is nothing urgent about their care. Obviously, they decided that Rude Care or Uncaring Care while true, would not be good name for the business. My son was unable to walk, so I carried him in. Because I was carrying him I did not have a hand to put my mask on (that's my fault). The staff was exceptionally concerned that it took me 10 seconds to put on my mask (again, my fault) but had zero interest in why my son couldn't walk. Despite being an Urgent Care, this place, for all intents and purposes, requires appointments and, in fact, does not offer urgent care. I knew that Montage was a disfunctional organization, but I had expected at least some basic capabilities at an urgent care facility.

I was in and out within 40 minutes with care, check ups and medication 💊 on a Sunday evening and no waiting. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Best urgent care I’ve ever been to.

I was skeptical about making an appointment in Monterey as my experience in Marina had been terrible. I am ultimately happy I gave Urgent Care another chance. Dr. Frey and the other girls in the office were fabulous. Here I am a couple days later and I am almost better.

Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I didn't feel rushed. The wait was short even though I didn't have an appointment. I got thorough and considerate care and I'll definitely come back when I need to. Thank you.

I had a long wait trying to get some help with my nausea (that ultimately was food poisoning related when I got seen at a different urgent care) and when I finally got seen the nurse practitioner barely asked me 2 questions about my symptoms before saying they couldn’t help me get treatment, instead trying to send me off to the emergency room without really explaining what made my condition severe enough to need a 6 hour wait for a huge medical bill. Also it was weird and uncomfortable when the receptionist gripped my companion (who drove me) on the upper arm in what she seemed to think was a friendly gesture but which was overall awkward and didn’t seem to fit appropriate professional boundaries as they did not know each other or even really interact before that. Overall it was a waste of a visit and I got help from a different urgent care in the end. At least I wasn’t charged for this nonsense!

Very nice and knowledgeable dr’s assistant helped me. I was so tired of being told in Monterey, “The doctor cannot take you unless you are an established client,” so my trip to MOGO was a welcome relief.

Clean facility, great location. The staff was friendly and my NP was able to diagnose my condition and send me home within 10 minutes. Will definitely come back if I need urgent care again.

The receptionist , nurse, and doctor were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. I truly appreciated the time they took in caring for me during my visit. I appreciated their kindness so much that I actually went home and told my family how well I was treated. Thank you MoGo, Monterey!!

Best urgent care around! Just for the fact that I can go online and reserve a timeframe to show up at the clinic makes everything so much better. But let me also say that the receptionist was so nice and welcoming, I got the day wrong for my reservation & she gave me the option to stay as a walk in and wait from 15 to 20 minutes. She lied, I was in 5 minutes later 😃. The nurse was so attentive and the dr. Was also super nice. I went for knee problem, and I got the care I needed, I got a referral and it make me comfortable to know that I was taken care from someone specialized in orthopedics. Hopefully I don’t have the need to come back soon, but I am thankful for the excellent service.

It is so easy to deal with MoGo especially since my doctor is part of Montage. Registration is a breeze and the waiting area is spacious and comfortable. The staff is all very helpful.

I feel like the staff & PA were very attentive. They were all very good listeners, empathetic & helpful. I'm super impressed by the follow up as well.

I liked the facility very much. The staff was very professional, and I was seen in a very reasonable amount of time. The PA who helped me was great, and my finger is on the mend.

MoGo puts faith back into Urgent Care. Super friendly professional efficient staff all around. Very clean. Didn't keep people waiting around. Staff seemed like they really care to get people seen and processed immediately. Got a follow up call 2 days later. Well Done MoGo! I wish you were around when my kids were young! 10 plus...the entire staff Friday was great! Christy (I believe ) at the desk was great getting me in, Jen was a really good nurse and my Provider was professional and straight to the point. I was hoping to get a med script when I talked to a rep today but this wont happen, but it doesnt change my opinion!

Outstanding service from check in until discharge. All team members were professional, efficient and courteous. As a former hospital administrator, I can honestly say this is the model of how an urgent care facility should operate!

I think is very disrespectful what they do there, There was a lady who came after me... She asked how many in front of her... They said 5. So I asked... Just because I noticed what they were doing... So She to me said 6... I was like how so if I came way before that other lady....we were both walk-ins. Also, another lady who came after me.. Very shady and nice, so the receptionist told her she will put it as appt and she went right in. Is this urgen't care pushing military to the back of the waiting list? If so we need to know.

The staff was awesome and efficient. I am so glad I went and would definitely go again the next time something urgent came up. I’ve had two separate experiences here, once for my kids and once for myself and I’m honestly blown away by the quality of care. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Usually I get pretty good service here. The actual medical doctor that served me was very kind and polite but the person who took my blood pressure and the person who dropped off my medication was SUPER rude, like zero patient care or bedside manners. It’s like they didn’t want to be there and/ or didn’t want to interact with me. I was sick when I went in there but dressed well. But I mean COME ON guys adjust the attitude fr! I’m matching energy rn, if y’all don’t care enough to at least put a little effort in then it will be reflected in the review. Also it was like 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the waiting rooms could we have some ventilation in the exam rooms holy hell. Again, just to reiterate, I have no idea why I was treated like a “persona non grata” but I felt like I didn’t t even belong there the energy was SO off. Do better. Fr. Not even exaggerating. I managed a Zoom+Care in PDX. There were greetings, some formalities and professional kindnesses that were ABSENT here, kinda unacceptable. Look at my review history and tell me if I’m being extra rn MOGO!

This is probably one of the best experiences at an urgent care facility that I've ever had. Everyone was nice and professional. I was there at a time when there weren't very many people so I was only there for an hour. Most other places you wait a long time. I was happy when I didn't have to fill out a long form of all my medical history. I only had to provide my ID and insurance cards. It was really very convenient that they could give me medication for my bladder infection. Normally I would have to wait for it to get called into the pharmacy and then wait for the pharmacy to put it up and I was in pain and didn't feel like going through that. I felt like a patient and not a number in line. I will definitely choose this location again, thanks.

The staff here were very kind to my elderly father and treated him and my mother with respect. They even followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure he was doing okay. We were in the area visiting from out of town, and I was grateful that we lucked into a well-run facility when we ended up needing care.

We have been here 3 times and we’ve had nothing but great experiences. Little to no wait time and everyone is welcoming, polite, and respectful. My brother who came to visit from out of town cut his finger and needed stitches - he left impressed at the service we received compared to other urgent cares. Highly recommend this urgent care over others.

Terrific visit! Maybe helped because they were not busy, but very fast and friendly help by everyone. Excellent care & healing plan. First time I tried them, now my go to! Update: I went back 2 more times when they were very busy, and I was impressed how quickly they moved through the workload. I loved that I could wait more comfortably in my car and they called me when time to go in. They have always given treatments that make sense to me that show they care about a quick healing for me. Also when I sent in with my wife, I love the “all of the above” approach to be sure she felt as comfortable as possible thru her healing. They don’t skimp on things to try to help you feel better.

A few weeks ago I thought I broke my right foot. I called some friends of mine for advice. The husband is a retired orthopedic surgeon and his wife a retired nurse. They both went in as patients - and after their experience - highly recommended this specific MoGo at 2020 Del Monte Blvd, Monterey. I made an appointment online. They are located behind Starbucks Coffee - just past the Navel Postgraduate School - as you are leaving downtown Monterey headed towards Seaside. Using a hiking pole for additional support, I walked in. Elly greeted me with a smile and warmth that I did not expect from an emergency care business. She took all of my information and really could not have been nicer. It turns out she was also the radiologist so when it was my turn - I followed her into the x-ray room, hobbling all the way. Elly was very careful in getting the necessary x-rays. She moved my foot slowly and carefully, making sure that the different angles that she needed to take - did not cause me any more pain. The doctor came in later. She was kind, understanding, exceedingly patient and acted as if I was the only one in the world who needed her attention. She answered all of my questions. And both she and Elly slipped in the words "Ice and Elevate" as often as they could throughout the conversations. As someone who has had extensive and negative experiences with the medical profession as a youth, I can honestly say that the experience could not have been better. My only advice is to make a reservation online so you don't wait. People with appointments are given priority over those who walk in.

All in all, a positive experience. The gentleman at the desk handled my registration. Shortly afterwards, I went into exam room. Michelle Evans, I believe, treated me and prescribed the treatment after fully informing me about my ailment. I recovered quickly. Thank you for a job well done.

Wow!! Everyone was SO INCREDIBLE at my visit! I am beyond impressed. Urgent care has such a bad rap and you all turned it around. From start to finish, every associate helping me. Such sweet, kind souls! Great job Montage!!

I was jogging and mistyped with my right foot. I felt it was something more but decided to wait a few days before going in for an x-ray. Decided to go in when I just couldn’t put any weight on my foot. It was recommended that I go to MOGO because they had a very goo experience there and continue to go the when needed. The whole process was very easy to arrange start to finish. And I’m not crazy about the online process of anything. Got quick confirmation on my appointment from the facility. The next day I show up for my appointment and checked in was called in very shortly, had an x-ray taken. Saw the nurse practitioners. She explained to me the results of my x-ray. Gave me a recovery time and sent out an orthopedic referral for me and I was off. The whole process took no more than and hour if that. Again everyone was very pleasant. I will be back to this facility if I need to. I hope I don’t need to anytime soon. Thank you very much NP Andrea Bagsby and all the staff there on 8/11/22.

Staff was kind and I could sense their willingness to help over the phone. I tried calling over the phone before going to the clinic. She was courteous and helpful over the phone and also at the clinic. She even offered me warm blanket, coffee, water, or tea and made sure I was comfortable at the clinic while waiting to be seen.
