Room had a smell to it and started itching after 30 minutes. I let them know to see if we could get a reimbursement, they said they would call us back after speaking with a supervisor. We had to go back up front to get moved to a different room, just to find out it was worse then the first room. The bed had a long hair and a blood stain on the sheets. They still charged us and said they wouldn't be able to give us the full reimbursement

The room was pretty clean and comfortable until around midnight or so. I awoke with my left hand itching like crazy. I turned the lights on and saw a BED BUG on one of the pillows. I caught it and put it in a small bottle. Couldn't find anymore but I got bitten on my other hand. Went to my truck around two in the morning. When the office opened I told them and he didn't act like it was a big deal.

We booked online for a king bed and then were told there were none available when we showed up. Also, we arrived around midnight on a freezing cold night and there had been no heat on in the room. It was maybe 40 degrees in the room and took forever to warm up to a tolerable temperature. The blankets on the bed were very light and didn't offer much warmth. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly when we arrived and again when we checked out. There wasn't enough seating for breakfast, so we didn't even eat there. Lastly, it iced over night and the sidewalks and steps hasn't been treated at all. I definitely won't be staying here again.

This is an inexpensive motel. It is clean quiet and cozy. There is a great local grill 100 ft. From my room door. . This place smells good. The people are nice. . Work brought me here for 4 days .. not one tiny little thing complaint. Definitely kid friendly. Pet friendly for a few bucks I have read some of the negative reviews I don't know any of these folks or the owners but. I don't see anything like what those folks suggest

The rooms were fairly spacious and decent, nothing overly fancy. The staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast is probably the best thing about this place. Eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuits, muffins, ect. All you can eat! The price was alright so I have no complaints.

I'm not one to ever leave a bad review but I am currently staying in this hotel and walking in I was surprised with how spacious it was. But after being in the room for an hour I was truly disgusted by how dirty it is. Not only is there dog hair everywhere on the bed (which indicates these sheets haven't been washed, which is absolutely disgusting) there's multiple crusted stains on the comforter and blood stains on the side. There's a blood stain on the wall. And I happened to look to left at the wall and next to my head was a decent size spider. Also, as I was getting ready for bed, I walked into the bathroom without socks and had so much dust and who knows what else stuck to the bottom of my feet. I'm truly disgusted. The small things, I can deal with but the fact that the sheets aren't washed is extremely disturbing. I will be calling management tomorrow and/or corporate. I'm really upset that I can't enjoy a good nights rest because of the uncleanliness of this room. First and last time I'll ever stay here. I'll stick to La Quinta from now on.

The rooms were disgusting. There was someone hair brush that was left behind. There was a big stain on one of the beds. It is probably the worse hotel I've ever been too. Went to the front office to jyst get towls and there was three other people calling to complain that their room wasn't clean when they checked in.

Highly unsatisfied. I could’ve paid $10 more and gone to a higher quality place. I felt I was overcharged ($70+ a night) for such a nasty place run by the most dry and monotoned personalities. The carpets were sticky and had a few stains. My bed had black scuffs and clear stains all on it. There are scuffs all over the walls and doors. If I had paid $35, this would be alright because it’s worth that. I took lots of pics.

Price was the only redeeming quality here. We had reserved a non-smoking suite with a king size bed, but upon arrival we told that we had been placed in a two queen room. Not a huge deal, but certainly set the tone for the night. The room was freezing cold when we entered, there was ash on the night stand and a cigar butt in the sink drain. The beds themselves felt as if they were made out of cardboard and the sheets didn't do much to offset the chill of the room. The heater did finally catch up to a manageable temperature around 3am, but no temp sensor meant that the room was boiling by 6. To top it all off, the parking lot had accumulated enough ice overnight that no fewer than 3 people landed in their backside and no de-icing or application of gravel whatsoever had been performed. I highly recommend spending an extra $20 to stay somewhere else.

Complete scam!!! I made a reservation here and was told she would need my fiance to come in and pay for the rooms because his name is on the card, well we didn't show up because we got busy with family and instead of just canceling the reservation they charged us for the entire stay!! Twice!! When we called them about it the lady told us it's their policy says they can charge one day but when we looked at their policy it was not on there!! And the lady hung up on us not once but twice so now we're out almost 1,000$ for a room we never stayed in!!
