This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I have tried this location multiple times to see if it was a temporary issue but it is bad every time. The service is horrible and the restaurant is not clean compared every other Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I would expect this from McDonald's but never a Chick-fil-A. We avoid this location.

Food is okay, for fast food. The portion size on nuggets are terrible. You have to spend 20 dollars to get enough nuggets. The price of the food is not worth the quality or portions. Service is decent, but I would suggest checking the bag, because they always forget sauce.

Most of the time, Chick-Fil-A is amazing. Unfortunately, I must give a bad review for this particular location. I am not exaggerating a bit when I say that every time I go through the drive-thru, they get my order wrong or not complete. In addition, I feel like they punish the drive-thru customers with over cooked or under cooked fries. Why can they not cook fries properly. They should be crispy, not oily or raw. I went there today, 8-9-23 and what do you know, they didn’t give me the 8 count nuggets. I had to look through the bag, which has become a necessity every trip. The guy at the window seemed annoyed because he stared straight at the wall as if he was gazing into outer space. Lo and behold, I get home and realize that if I hadn’t asked for my nuggets, I would have had to make another trip back to the location to fill my order, just like I have done the last 10 times. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but no more. It’s so bad, I think I will drive another 5 miles to a location that actually cares about doing a good job. P.S. My daughter said the tea was not good to my surprise.

I’ve been to this establishment before (drive through) never had an experience like this -today we decided to go in. Upon arriving we stood at the counter for about 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or greeted us. (Multiple people right there in front of me and my son carrying a conversation) finally We were greeted by a young girl who was clearly not in the mood to take our order. She was very short, I had to literally walk her through my own order. She was so rude. I am shocked. Then we get our food. My egg white muffin is missing the whole top side half of the muffin. Again I felt as if I was in the workers way, rude looks I’m assuming it was just an off day for this group of people? Manager was apologetic for the grilled mishap but again the atmosphere of rudeness trumped her “sorry”.

I ordered lunch to be delivered around 12:30-12:45 on 6/1. My food arrived on time and my order was accurate. The grilled nuggets were deliciously juicy with a smoky umami flavor, and the kale crunch side salad was slightly sweet and slightly tangy with great crispy texture. Everything was very tasty, but I do just have to say that for portion of food that I ordered, the price was quite steep. The nuggets were only about twice the size of the sauce packet, as you can see in my photo, but they were almost $11 before tax.

I love coming here and bringing my family and friends here, but this place has to many flies on any giving day. I feel that it's just not summertime but spring as well. I'm doing more swatting than eating .

this was a strange experience. for the most part, Chick-fil-A food is always good. but at this particular location I'm not sure if it was just a one-off thing but it just wasn't good. I ordered a 12 count nugget and a chicken sandwich and both of them tasted old like they had sat around. the breading on the chicken was coming off like almost like they were cooked from not being frozen. I ordered lemonade and got a diet lemonade. service is fast. people were friendly. food was just subpar which doesn't normally happen.

It wasn’t busy. We went at 11:30 AM for lunch. The food was fast and hot but the dining room was dirty and no one was working on it. I didn’t get it. The drive-through wasn’t busy either. Was very disappointing. I think highly of Chick-fil-A. But this one did not represent the company well.

Always smiling and always good. Sometimes, I only get one pickle on my sandwich, but usually it's spot on. Compared to what other fast food places are trying to charge, their prices are reasonable.

We ordered food for pickup and it was not complete. When we called for them to cone deliver the chicken the refused. So much for good ole Christian love. I can honestly say chick fil a is loosing its "value". No follow up after we asked for my daughtera chicken to be delivered after their mistake.

Their salads are nearly as good as their chicken. I had the Spicy salad and my wife had the Cobb salad. Great options, especially when traveling.

The food is good. The staff tends to forget things when you dine in. Like utensils, ketchup and etc. The dining experience has not been the same since 2020. The staff in 2020 was better. The last time I was there in June I saw wasted space not being used. The area where it is blocked off should be opened up again like it before 2020. You get better service through the drive through than dining in. I wish Chick-fil-A was not woke.

Ordered on 10:30pm and the guy who’s at the front window is the nicest person I ever met in a chick fil a. Sandwich came out good and fries is perfect. Highly recommended

I absolutely love going to all Chick Fil A locations. They hire real professional people who are experts in customer service. It’s refreshing to see young folks who don’t have tattoos or weird piercings. Stuff like that makes me lose my appetite. The food is always awesome and it’s just a pleasure to eat there. It’s great that they observe Sunday as a day of rest for their staff. Thank you for everything.
