We give our customers great services. Sometimes we go beyond to give our customers the services they need. If your needing help to put on your lashes or your wig..We do our very best to accommodate everyone as we possibly can even with how big our store is and with how small our staff is. I guarantee in Lubbock you won’t find a supply store like ours. We listen to our customers…if your a regular customer who shops In our store you know and they will tell you…we love and care for each customer as family. Your greeted as you walk in and as you leave. Sometimes we can’t make everyone happy.. such as ((Mandi A aka Mandi Allen.)) a customer who wrote this review and took photos of us..who came in 3 minutes til closing and was so upset that certain areas of our stores were shut down. Absolutely we informed that she is able to still shop. ((To shop for a wig takes time))..it’s a decision you have to make wisely and it takes more time than three minutes…when we sell wigs sometimes we can spend 30minutes to an hour with just one customer who’s deciding on a wig…three minutes isn’t just enough time before we closed.. We’re so sorry that we couldn’t accommodate you and we’re so sorry that we do close the store at exactly ((7:00)). —Employees just do not get paid overtime to stay later than our closing periods…its common courtesy in my part that they do clock out at they’re designated shift times)). You did not purchase anything you weren’t overcharged..you left items and left..you were told before hand before any purchase was even made. Price tags are easily switched through the store and as we hand price all merchandise it is reasonable to assume that we cannot change all prices in a timely manner, having said that we pride ourselves in never letting our customers leave not knowing what the prices are when we check merchandise in out at the register. This is the only store that had the exact shade of hair I need that matches my hair perfectly i didn’t get enough hair the first time and went back in with my hair undone and they were still super nice and nonjudgmental and I love that because usually when I go to hair stores looking a mess I get judged heavily and they didn’t do that and we’re extremely nice, understanding, and helpful

The staff is always really nice and always get things done quickly. I always come here over t-mart because they have a wide variety. I love Jai I think that’s how you spell it. But she is really helpful.

This was the first beauty store i found when i moved to Texas, and y'all get me right every time. The prices are awesome, and the environment is dope. The staff is very knowledgeable about products and made me feel comfortable from my first time there.Thank you so much!

Do not go to this store unless you want to be gypped. The female that checked me out tried to over charge me. The t-shirts I selected was clearly marked with their distinctive orange tag that had the price 7.99 . So when she gave me my total it was a little higher than i calculated and i asked how much she rung up the shirts for and she had the nerve to say 8.99 when clearly it was marked. So, okay whatever, then her daughter or whoever she was add her two cents and say we haven't had time to change the price when the whole 15 min i was shopping they just sitting behind the counter kee keeing. This is crazy that you want me to pay more than what is on the item and then to try and add your slick comments. I will NEVER return to this store EVER. So be sure double check your receipt because clearly they are scammers . Who even keep them in business???

Not impressed. We were trying to find some hair extensions They were not busy at all but no one greeted us or asked if we needed some help.
