After my Dr moved, I made an appointment with Dr Ako. I have now had two visits with her and am very satisfied. She was very kind, patient and thorough in my appointments. She is also a great listener.

First Impression: The facility is laid out really well. There is plenty of space even for my large wheelchair. The doors had Handicap buttons to activate the doors into and out of the clinic. The staff were courteous and professional. Even though it was my first visit, the paperwork was quick and they had me in the computer in no time. My interaction with the medical staff was the same. These people are dedicated professionals who treat you with courtesy and empathy. I can't say enough about how well laid out the whole clinic was. It just made sense. There were sufficient staff. There was sufficient space. Everyone seems busy. Not only does the facility rock, so do too, the staff.

Dr. Ako was very observant & thorough in her exam & treatment for my condition. She had a great bedside manner & compassion for me as her patient. Her nurse Melissa Sonnier was excellent in her patient care & documentation as well as personal communication skills. It was a very good experience with minimal wait time!

I had an appointment with Dr. Ako a few weeks ago. She called me the evening before the appointment and suggested blood work first thing the next morning because it had been a year since my last lab tests. By 9 am the next morning she had my results and was very thorough going through the results and my history. She answered all my questions and was easy to talk to. I am very impressed by her and and happy to have made her my primary care physician.

Vsry nice staff. Dr's were very competent, Dr-in-Training Natalie was very kind. The attending physician was a bit stand off-ish, but he knew exactly how to treat my illness, which is honestly all that matters.

Dr. Ako is a warm and caring physician who takes the time to really understand and address the health issues the patient is experiencing. Winkler County is very lucky to have Dr. Ako practicing in our community!

Doctor Bradley seems to be an excellent physician. And I appreciate her questions and feedback and help. She seems to be very thorough. Doctor fru, on the other hand not so much.

I am very pleased with Dr. Ako. She listens to me and has always met my needs.
