Currently stayed at this location in Hobbs, New Mexico was there attending a family funeral. The room smelled musty not at all what I expected the hand rail in the shower was not stable it was loose and falling out of the wall. I recently had a ankle fracture luckily I didn't depend on this rail for support or else it would have been another accident waiting to happen. Upon check out I let front desk know of my concerns they did not seem to care for the safety of their guest. Please Please Please take my advice and stay somewhere else stay away far away from this place. Was kept up all hours of the night due to oilfield workers drinking in the parking lot.

The room was dated but clean. Bed was comfortable. Ac was loud but cold. The housekeeping staff was my only problem really. Twice in one day with the do not disturb sign on the door, the man kept trying to let himself in. The next day, sign was out and he still tried to come in. As a solo woman traveler, I found that to be frightening and unacceptable. The pool is not usable. Hasn't been open since Covid and the gym machines don't work. This place is fine for a couple, well worth the money. However if you're alone or skittish, be sure you lock the door in every way possible.

Pics lie on this one. Friendly staff but poor up keep on this place. My first room the door wouldn’t lock. After a few attempts they did move me to another room. Way better. I noticed black spots in room 219 my first room. The toilet bowl leaking. Just not a good room. Nothing works here. The ice machine. The washer and dryers. I will never stay here again. Heads up people.

This motel needs a huge upgrade ! Rooms are dirty the fridge made noise all through the night , I didn't feel safe there the all the carpet and bathrooms need to replaced I will never return to the motel again nor would I recommend this motel to anyone

Was very disappointed in the location. Images online depict something completely different. *Empty drink container left on the sink in room *dirty linens left in the bathroom * phone left unplugged because ringer continued to ring when you plugged it in *Smoke detectors missing *Internet unable to connect *shower head encrusted *slide lock (security) missing on door and replaced with string Attendant was very nice but location needs work and attention...Heading down for included"breakfast" now...need I say I don't have my hopes up.

My daughter and I arrived late coming from Texas. Upon arrival I realized my wife accidentally had my drivers license because we were applying for housing in Texas and forgot to give it back. The front desk lady accepted two alternate forms of ID which saved us. Additionally the room was good and I liked the pool and hot tub. Would definitely return again if we are in the area.

It was a dump dirty and worn. I should have asked to see the room first. It also was over priced.

Great place to stay. It's an older hotel, but it is very clean and the management is awesome.

Rooms very clean. Large and warm comfortable feel. Good lighting and location is more secure. Also can park in eyesight of vehicle/trailer.

I left my wallet in the room and it has been hell getting them to notify me. IF the cleaning lady did clean room she would had been the one to find it. So much for leaving a tip. As for the room you had to hold the toilet handle down to flush, sink faucet was broken.

Always a great stay very friendly and always clean.

Nice rooms and a friendly staff and fair price. The next time I have to stay very night in Hobbs NM. I will be staying at Brentwood Inn.

Dirty room, service is bad, doesn’t know which room are available, gross surroundings!

Price is more than shown. It advertises $40 but my card was charged $85. Lady at front was weird, she didn’t say a word to us and just put her hand out for me to pay her. Place was really sketchy and everything felt outdated

Staff is very friendly. Very clean rooms. If you're ever looking for somewhere to unwind and have some peace and quiet in a very comfortable bed and room, I highly recommend Brentwood Inn and suites.

Billboard outside says pool and hot tub. False advertisement. There pool has been closed a year and they still advertise open pool and hot tub online as well. There is no guest laundry it’s all out of order. The rooms are nasty. There was a bag of peanuts left in our room when we got here. I couldn’t give this place zero stars.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean. On one side of the hotel there is a restaurant with excellent food. On the other is a gas station for any of your random cravings. The few stays that I've had with the Brentwood have been great

It's clean but when I was there it was raining very hard and nobody could leave the building I think they should have shuttle to take people to their cars

The rooms were very clean the staff was amazing and very helpful her name is Sholley has a great personality and an awesome smile to greet you it was nice and quiet and the AC worked great I recommend it if you are traveling for business the prices were very good to compared to other locations in the area they were quite higher. Comfortable bed and pillows thank you for taking care of this old tired military veteran

It was good except for one problem there was a guy out there walking around I think that he was going to steal my truck raise the service was good the room was good I will go back

Check in was easy location was great but room cards didn’t work and the pool and hot tub were not in use no covid restrictions were listed, website needs updated!
