It's convenient to the interstate, dollar store, and has multiple close places to eat. It's large enough to be private, yet small enough for that home town feel. The management is friendly, on hand, and accomadating. Rates are awesomely cheap for such great accommodations. And the rooms are clean!!!

Bathtub was nasty, the air conditioner wasn't working right. It smelled bad in our room we had to buy air freshener. There was roaches, no microwave, or refrigerator.

Definitely have been to better. But the lady was really nice. I gave her 5 stars but motel really should get ½star. They have roaches. That's really all I need to say. And the pictures you see are not the rooms you get. Those pics are from when they first opened in the 80s or 90s

The magnolia where do I start at? The pricing for the rooms are the cheapest around that I know of and you know the saying you get what you paid for. Well this is that kinda situation. But they did take the carpet out and put tile in and that's about it but it makes it so much better than carpet.

This is the most nastiest motel I have EVER been to in my entire life.! The first room she gave me was super nasty I couldn’t stand the smell it smelled like sewer and I asked to be moved immediately.! The water is brown and I have proof of that so you can see.! I left the water running for 30 minuets you guys and ITS STILL BROWN.! Funny because we are staying here because our pipes busted at home and now we can’t even take a shower here.! The lady did not care at all about the conditions.!!! There is no refund also and to be honest I know that’s there because THEY KNOW THE ROOMS ARE NASTY.!!! No refrigerator or microwave at all. Everything is super old.!!! THERE IS NOTHING NEW HERE LOL BUT I SAID ALL THIS TO HELP SOMEONE.! I GOT DUPED SO IM TRYING TO SAVE SOMEONE ELSE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GET ONE BUT HAD TO AND THIS HAPPENS.!

Nice and quiet.... respectful and helpful staff.

DISGUSTING DUMP made to hit a star in order to post

This was hands down the most disgusting motel I've ever seen in my life. I walked in my room and walked out after about 10 minutes. I had a flat driving back to Georgia from Oklahoma and took my chances to find somewhere else with a bad tire rather than stay here. Stains, smells, ths place is not fit to be open.

It's great me and my family will come again the staff is very friendly love you guys

By far the worst motel I've ever encountered. Unclean floors, beds, restroom. The rooms Has bugs, such as roaches and bedbugs. TV is from the 80s and barely works. Definitely wouldn't recommend even if its just for a night.
