This place has such a homey vibe and is perfect for students. I love that the receptionist are always around, friendly and helpful (Ian, Nelly and Jing especially). The only reason that it is lacking the final star is because this one receptionist JK seems to not take his job seriously and management really has to look into it. The study room at lvl 8 also smells like sweat, maybe leaving a room freshener will help.

A good place for new students. All services provided. Price is higher than the casual accommodations. Security is moderate. Food order might be stolen from the others if left for more than 5 minutes. Food and grocery orders are not monitored by the security.

The receptionist Krishna is the best and helps with everything. He is always smiling and happy. . He has great relationships with the residents here. The facilities are great also, although a TV in the common area on ground floor would make me and Jas happy (Scape's alphas).

Location is great, being a few steps to the toowong village is super convenient, also a walkable distance to UQ St Lucia, public transport is around the block. Great for students who are just arriving into Brisbane. Prices are above average for the amenities offered. People at reception is just amazing, personally I've had a few issues during my stay, but Alice and Stefania have been always there to help me.

The environment is very good, and you can see the river from the window. Fully equipped, with a gym, pool table and swimming pool, etc. And the receptionist and manager service attitude is very good, if you need, you can contact them at any time.

Good amenities, near UQ, near Toowong village which is extra convenient. One of the staff, JK, was always the most helpful and kind in regards to helping me with my enquiries and problems.

Pros My overall experience is good. From exceptional receptionist, fancy seasonal decorations, speedy maintenance whenever there is a problem, and not to mention cool events that they hold every month! I made new friends through the events which made me feel less homesick. Cons Ever since they changed the WiFi, the connection is terrible. It keeps disconnecting even by locking our phone for a couple of minutes. They hardly ever clean the pool. Please put some chlorine or chemicals to clean the pool, it smells like bacteria. It costs you an arm and a leg to pay the rent
