ALERT ⚠️ πŸ“’ 🚨 ⚠️ πŸ“’ 🚨 ⚠️ πŸ“’ 🚨 Never use this car park. They will charge declined transactions as well. You don't get it, but it happens to me. 2 month ago on mid of Jan, my friend and I used this car park and was going to pay the fee. But the transactions were unsuccessful due to machine failure. We tried 5 times with my friend's credit card, 1 time with my card and my wife's. All transactions were declined and we pressed the calling button on the machine and talked with a guy about the issue. Eventually the machine was working again and we could pay for it and the gate was opened. 2 month later on 2th March, I found that I was charged $20 by the car park place. As I said my card was declined but they took my money just because there is a decline record on their system. Customer service center wasn't helpful and I have to prove all the evidence and situation through the email now. I will never use it again and please never use this car park.

Will never park here again. No signs up to say you can't access the lift to the carpark on weekends, ended up asking bar staff how we got down to the basement, then walked to the first level and got into the lift there. Tried to pay, the pay machine did its best to eat my card. I contacted staff using the buzzer. They did answer, I got my card back, we tried coins but the machine wouldn't accept them. The staff said they would call me and put the payment through by phone, but being 4 levels down there was no reception, so we drove up to level 1, they called me and I put the payment through. Then the exit barrier wouldn't lift as it didn't register the payment, but turns out I could have just paid there anyway. Had to get someone to answer the buzzer again so I could exit the building. Not worth the $17, would never park there again.

Please avoid this parking. ONLY payment option is CREDIT card. (Customer is legally required to be aware of the payment options before entering a contract of sale) Hand over your keys to two randoms saying "give me your keys" - (They are not liable for any damage caused, this was also not stated) Still charges your card for every attempt to pay (withdraws from your account even when the screen says "failed") Staff are unhelpful and disinterested

I parked 2 hours in Jan 2023 and was charged 69 AUD in a not secure way. I swiped / inserted my cards to pay at gate, it didn’t go through. I pressed button for help, then a staff called me and asked for my card details. She said she charged the amount successfully online and opened the gate. I never use it again. Today my card was charged around 70 dollars twice for no reason from this merchant, I think the staff of secure parking stole my card information. It’s late evening, I will call the bank to report the disputes. Be careful! Don’t share card information to the staff.

Worst carpark had a fantastic night get to the machine and it doesnt work (also can't use cash as they've taped the machine). Call and get directed to do it over the phone and again it doesn't work! Used 3 cards from 3 different banks. Got treated like I was dumb and don't know how to use my own card over the phone so yes I got frustrated and angry after I've been talked over multiple times and ignored by 3 different customer service agents. I myself explained and so did another person after I got too angry and they still ignored. 50 minutes wasted and I could finally leave! While still being spam called and harassed to pay. Please for the love of God never come here

I used this car park for 2.5 hours on the 20th June 2023 and it cost me $79. Its no wonder the City is empty. At that price I could get a an UBER there and back for less money. Daylight robbery.

Worst car park. You cant access the lift after hours so you end up walking down 4 levels. Noone could pay the night we were there so there was a line at 11pm on a Saturday night and we were all sweating. We tried several cards and cash that the machine wouldnt accept and that seemed to work intermittently but in the end only one was charged and yet - my card and my sisters will randomly have a pending transaction taken out from this place and we were there in December 2022. Im writing this review bc i just had money pending its release just yesterday. How do u make parking so ineffective and inefficient and absolutely frustrating?!?!? And youre in the CBD? get it together people

I used this facility on Wednesday the 19th of April. Everyone including myself had issues exiting taking 5-15 minutes per car in a que. To top this off they charged my card 4 times, $79 that's nearly $360 for a 2 hour park. I called up and advised them of this mistake. They advised me it would be 5-10 business days i do not understand how this taies so ling when a retail store with the same system can do it instantly and gave me a ref number. Today I called up as it's 1 day till those 10ndays expire, I've heard nothing, and the money has not been refunded. I quoted the ref number, the guy had never ever even heard of it, told me somone else looks after it and would call me today seriously save yourself the time and money go elsewhere. Updates 9th of May 2023, I've still not received a call or my refund, it's now been nearly 4l3 weeks I've spoken to 4 different people none of the could provide an update or my refund

Total stitch-up, poor signage, from $3.00 an hour, RUBBISH. Charged $61.00 for 1hr 30mins. Absolute shock on payment!! Talk about a RIP-OFF! If SecurePark were looking to improve their customer service, their transparency and rating you would start with improving your advertising on-site with daily charges etc. I would have never parked here if I had known the charge up-front. It is trickery..... The random visit into the city for a quick walk to the Botanic Gardens with the family and we are slugged $61.00 just to park, I couldn't believe it? I am sure I will have no response from this company and they happily continue to rip people off and pocket the money. WOW!

Please be advised that you will be allocated a tandep parking, for which you will have to leave your car keys. The T's and C's states that you have no recourse in case you incur damage or the car is stolen. There is no warning of this during booking. Please make this visible during booking so that I have a choice before I arrive!!! I am lothed to leave my car to the rude character you have working here today.

Worst parking experience ever. I actually prepaid parking, and was able to access just by tapping my card. When I went to leave I tried tapping my card but it wouldn't work. The screen said take a receipt but there was no receipt to take. Pressed the button for assistance - eventually someone answered . They asked for my rego and said I was good to go but the boom gate was still down. The machine was saying take a receipt again but there was no receipt to take. After shutting down the system a couple a times I was eventually able to leave. Today I noticed another charge of $14.18. Why? - I had already prepaid and was there for less than 3 hours parking on a Saturday.

Terrible carpark if you are using it on weekends or evenings. There is no easy access back into the carpark. And the machine despite saying card failed has charged us three times three days AFTER we parked there. By the looks of the reviews this has been going on for a while and has not been fixed.

Easiest 1 star I've given on any review. Pay for parking and reserve online for discounts (albeit minor ones) and once you rock up to the location, you find that every single spot has been signed as reserved leaving no places for you to park without the worry of your car being parked in or towed.

A complete rip-off. I came in around 7 am to qualify for the EARLY BIRD discount. Stayed 10 hours and paid 88 dollars! - they said I did not qualify for their early bird offer because I did not book in advance - Will NEVER EVER AGAIN park there - RIP-OFF !!!

Only accepts card, but wouldn't accept my card so I was left in an awkward situation. Then the gate as you leave was not staying open long enough for people to drive through - the car in front of me had it come back down as it was driving underneath so I went through as fast as possible when it was my turn.

Wouldn't accept my Visa Debit card, even though it clearly indicated visa, mastercard etc. Tried to use my partners card but it was also rejected. Had to use the help line, but ended up getting let out by an impatient parker behind me. Got home and realised we had both been charged the full parking fee

Was it just me or that dude who takes the car keys simply 'disappeared' when you desperately need to get out within 20 mins? I had waited for him at least 5mins, as a result of my $3 parking fee turned into $30. Is this the reason this parking lot take people's car keys? The worst experience ever.

We pre-paid for this parking the day before an event in Brisbane. When we got there the best parks was completely full and we had to find another car park and ended up being late to the event.

An absolute joke. No one attending booth. 1 guy running around the lower level asking people how long they would be and giving various instructions like do a u turn or wait there. When I arrived I was told to do a U turn to level 3 but then told that he would park me on this level (4). I turned around to follow the attendant and he told me to wait on the ramp between levels, in the middle of the lane. Attendant walked up to level 3, back down to level 4 and then back up to level 3 passing my car on the ramp. I watched later cars being parked and after 10 minutes I drove up to level 3 to find the attendant and he was nowhere to be found. Tried to leave but they were going to charge me. Asked me to proceed with the transaction and then read out my credit card so I could get a refund (just open the boom gate!). Went to the Wilson next door, booth attended by 2 people and parked immediately. Late for work of course. AVOID!

Confusing, the parking spots are double depth , it’s not clear you are to park a car in & leave your keys - - unless you come across an attendant- - it’s just all a bit weird, do you not have enough spaces just to park my car like a normal car park ?? Anyway- - -

  • 4/5 Bill S. 8 months ago on Google
The parking was good, the website needs work. You need to set up an account with your credit card details and then book a space. Yes, the opposite to every other website. Otherwise, fine.

It's a $91 "penalty" to pay when you drive out just one second BEFORE the time you have paid for. They should be happy to have the parking space for someone else, but no. Unbelievable greedy....

SCAM. Clear sign advertised as $3 out the front as you turn in, then, no other clear sign posts whatsoever indicating hourly or daily rate only to be charged a whopping $76 for 2 hours parking in the middle of the day. Upon further investigation on their website if you drive in it’s half an hour for $3.00 and an extra minute on that (31 mins) will cost you $51.00 a 1600% mark up on the first half 30 mins. Recommend parking anywhere but here.
