Staff is so rude with coustomers and no responsible person was available for redressal of grievances of the coustomer. The employees are the business of their own without any proper supervision.

I want to tell about that I came to the show Cheta Singh movie at 9 pm today with my family and will continue to come often. However, today after the interval of the movie, the owner may have left. Some of staff members were drinking and making unnecessary noise. Especially those who sitting at ticket counter were making a lot of noise and shouting like fools and wrong words were also being spoken by them. Therefore, I want to tell that families were sitting at this time

Worst management ever seen....staff is so rude, don't have any understanding and they are not willing to solve the problem of customers....staff is BOSS in their own .....they need to hire a good service manager....
