I think the price is too cheap for this level of service. I was worried because there were a few bad reviews, but I wonder why there were such reviews. Friendly reception, welcome drink, writing down your request before receiving the massage, really thorough massage, comfortable atmosphere, shower facility, salad and drink at the restaurant after the massage ⭐️Perfect⭐️ If you want to be happy, don't stress and come here!

This is a lux massage experience, from the welcome Jamu drink, the almond/coconut oil used during the massage and finishing with a lemongrass ginger tea. The staff are lovely, friendly, professional and skilled at both the traditional Balinese massage style which is very relaxing, to deep tissue massages that really work out all the knots. There’s a shower and toilet if you need them after the massage, and slippers and a cotton robe. Would definitely come back for a massage next trip to Ubud.

We had the most restful and restorative experience at Mendala Spa. The staff are beautiful and so friendly. The services are professional and peaceful. The facilities are clean with a beautiful aesthetic. We had the 90-minute balinese massage and a massage with body scrub. Both were excellent. I highly recommend this spa.

I experienced the best massage of my life at Mandala Spa Ubud. From the greeting from Diana, the welcome healthy drink, the fabulous massage from Jero, and relaxing tea, everything was perfect. The massage room is air-conditioned, the music is relaxing and there is a beautifully clean space, complete with shower. I had huge stress muscle spasms in my back that are so much better. Going back today just to spoil myself

This spa is a clean facility with a trendy aesthetic. The welcome and after treatment drinks are delicious and soothing. The staff is very kind. I very much enjoyed my foot massage.

Amazing experience. Diana at reception was an exceptional host and our masseuses Jero and Lia were professional and very skilled. I had deep tissue and my fiancé had traditional Balinese massage before a facial. The pressure of the massage was perfect for both of us (he likes light and relaxing and I like deep and effective). They are clearly trained, instinctively knew where and how long to massage certain muscle groups for and paid attention to areas I asked for. The facial was out of this world - very informative with the steps, lovely high quality products, a steamer to open your pores and a prayer bowl at the end. After the treatments we were given a tea, the option for a shower and even a special something from Diana to congratulate us on our engagement! We are in the herb garden restaurant afterwards and the food was great quality - very fresh. Minty Fresh juice and falafel salad is a must-try. Would recommend to anyone, very high quality service in immaculate facilities. Thank you for an incredible experience!

Great spa. My friend and I did the complete massage (60’ full body + 45’ scrub) for ~800k IDR. The spa is located in a more quiet road, the facilities are nice and clean. The staff was kind and professional. We were offered a welcome drink and tea at the end. I would happily go back!

I had a fabulous treatment from Lia this morning, 1 hour relaxation massage with organic oils fragranced with frangapani and rose. Lia was a delight and provided a beautifully relaxing massage with perfect pressure. After I received 1.5hr facial with products for mature skin. Very gentle and nurturing treatment, left feeling amazing. Thank you Lia for your professionalism and care, loved my experience at Mandala Spa.

Really nice spa! Quiet, personal setting with very nice and new rooms. I went for the massage and scrub and loved it. The products they use were high quality and they explained what ingredients were in each. The sound bowls at the end of the treatment were a nice touch. Would definitely return.

Newly built spa inside Bisma Eight Villas resort. The architecture, design and amenities are excellent. The service is kind. They serve tumeric juice before and herbal tea afterwards. Before you fill out a questionnaire for the massage itself and afterwards you receive a note for detailed feedback. I think they aspire to become a top notch spa in Ubud, hence they are actively seeking feedback. Only improvement point was the massage technique itself - while the massage therapist said she has 20 years of experience (might well be the case), the details were off here and there, so I would rate the massage 4/5, while the rest was a 5/5.

Wiwin was brilliant! She was so gentle and attentive to my requests. I had a deep tissue massage and she gave the perfect pressure, nice and strong as I asked for. Absolute perfection - I feel so relaxed.
