After some time, I decided to quit this gym and start using another one. However, no one was able to answer me what the cost of resigning from my subscription was, one day the lady said that I had to pay for my future unused months, i.e. about PLN 500, later changed her mind that it would be PLN 369, but she could not explain to me why. There were many more such situations. Finally I called the benefits hotline, there you said that the resignation would amount to about PLN 140 and understandably explained to me how to calculate it. However, after 20 days, I was charged 210 PLN for resignation and 99 PLN for the next month. Nobody told me that in addition to the end-of-contract fee, I would have to pay for another month ... Zawsze kiedy próbowałam coś załatwić ,czy to podpięcie karty płatniczej czy inne podstawowe rzeczy ,zawsze trafiałam na niekompetentne osoby ,które nie były w stanie mi pomóc ,ani odpowiedzieć na podstawowe pytania. Po czasie stwierdziłam że zrezygnuję z tej siłowni i zacznę korzystać z innej. Jednak nikt nie był w stanie odpowiedzieć mi jaki jest koszt rezygnacji z mojego karnetu, jednego dnia pani powiedziała, że muszę opłacić moje przyszłe niewykorzystane miesiące czyli ok 500 zł ,później zmieniła zdanie że jednak będzie to 369 zł ,ale nie potrafiła mi wytłumaczyć dlaczego. Takich sytuacji było sporo więcej. Końcowo zadzwoniłam na infolinię benefits ,tam pan powiedział ,że rezygnacja wyniesie mnie jakieś 140 zł i zrozumiałe wytłumaczył mi jak to obliczyć. Jednak po 20 dniach pobrano mi 210 zł za rezygnację oraz 99 zł za kolejny miesiąc. Nikt nie powiedział mi ,że oprócz opłaty za zakończenie umowy ,będę musiała zapłacić za kolejny miesiąc...

Najgorsza siłownia w Kielcach - stary sprzęt, co chwilę coś się psuje, problemy z prysznicami, basenem, ciągle te same zajęcia fitness bez żadnego rozwoju. Szczytem bezczelności i chamstwa jest również blokowanie aktywnego karnetu i brak możliwości wejścia na siłownię. Na pytanie dlaczego karnet został zablokowany, skoro jest opłacony z góry w odpowiedzi dostaję, że pani z systemie ma taką notatkę, żeby zmusić mnie do przedłużenia umowy!!!!! W taki sposób w życiu nie zatrzymacie żadnego klienta a stałych traktujecie jak śmieci takimi tekstami i zachowaniem. Jest masa lepszych siłowni, pokazaliście tylko, żeby jeszcze szybciej się od was wynieść.

So far, I have mainly participated in classes, but I highly recommend Aqua Interwał classes with Mr. Wojtek. It's exhausting, but you immediately feel better after the class. And what is important - the instructor himself is tactful and positive, which means that the trainee does not feel embarrassed during the first classes.

Polecam bardzo czysto miło, ale jedna uwaga! Aby ten parking w ramach kontraktu był o godzinę wydłużony (Galeria daje każdemu klientowi galeri 2 godziny) natomiast prośbą o dodanie wszystkimi klubowiczom dodatkowej godziny. W galerii Echo wydłużają do 3 godzin klubowiczom!
