The GP Surgery is really unprofessional. The GP secretaries can be very rude when we try and make appointments. One of the GP'scalled Dr Verma was also rude to me several times. At one point I tried explaining to her that I couldn't get any appointment for over a week and how the staff had been so rude and she asked me to go and register with another GP Surgery if I don't like her GP Surgery. I have since reported them to the PALS and I have written a huge complaint about her to the MP. I don't know why they treat service users like trash. They should just be shut down. A group of us have written to CQC regarding this.

This surgery has been nothing but fantastic with me and has supportive me all the way with my condition. The receptionists have always been friendly and extremely understanding and have helped me. Dr Mahmood has always remained professional and Informative and has ensured every test has been conducted to ensure correct diagnosis and the nurse was just amazing too, very friendly and automatically puts you at ease. Blood results came back within 24 hours and medication was prescribed to ensure treatment started ASAP. Really can not fault this surgery.

Reception was clean and receptionist was lovely. All safety measures in place. I had a smear test today with nurse Phylis as she was brilliant. As ladies will know this check up can be a bit uncomfortable, but Phylis was very informative, understanding and made the experience pleasant so thank you Phylis!

I've been with this surgery for over 30 years and it's gone downhill over this time. I just called at 8am and system told me there were 4 people ahead of me. When I spoke to the receptionist, she told me all appointments had gone! 4! How much does this surgery cost the NHS? Two doctors can't do 5 appointments in a day? Being a member of this surgery is basically the same as not having one.

I don't want to underminde anybody's negative experiences, but I personally had nothing but positive ones at this surgery. From mental health issues, to excezma, asthma, Covid and fibromyalgia...we have always experienced compassion & full cooperation from both GPs. This includes me, my husband, 1 boy, 2 teenage girls and my parent in laws. Dr Verma and Dr Mahmood, both have never hesitated to forward any of us to a consultant and have never made any fuss about repeat prescriptions and this is why we have been with this surgery for the past 13 years.

This doctors surgery is a absolute disgrace! You cannot get an appointment, even if you call at 8am (when they open) by 8.04 they apparently have no appointments left. Been trying to get to see the doctor for over 3 weeks now ,due to ear infection I've been left to suffer in pain . Even been up to the urgent care centre in Walsall manor hospital, where I was told that I must make an appointment to see my GP as I have an suspected underline problem causing chronic ear infections . The gentleman who explained above to me also wrote to my GP surgery expressing his concerns and explaining that he recommends I should be seen by my GP. But still they say they have apparently received no letter from the hospital and they cannot help out in any way because there is still no appointments available, due to there being only one GP working in the whole doctors surgery (which I'm sure is completely untrue). Explained the situation to (clueless) office staff that seem more concerned about dunking their custard creams in their tea ,rather than helping out in any way! I do not understand how Walsall council allow this joke of a doctor's surgery to stay open . It should be shut down! Or be replaced with more competent GPS and office staff! This place should be ashamed of their selfs!

They changed their reception staff who are now very friendly and understanding, they are much easier to speak to compared to the reception staff they had before. I recommend this GP surgery.

The WORST surgery ever , it's impossible to get an appointment, the doctors most of the time are on holiday , they don't listen to you, they seem to be annoyed when you ask them for a help, the receptionists are rude . This surgery keep sending me text message where they thank me for the positive feedback when I never sent any feedback to them , it seems that they want to have as much feedback as possible knowing that they are the worst.

I have been trying to get an emergency repeat prescription for the last 3 days, still no medicine or prescription. No body in this office has any idea on patient care. They don't listen and don't care. Just keep giving stupid excuses and a different story everytime I talk to them. Now after 3 days I have no choice to try and attend A&E to try and get this sorted. As a trained nurse myself I'm discussed with this clinic and theit lack of care. This place needs be checked by the CQC.
