I’m so grateful for Jaime! She was so much help and gave me so much confidence and she really helped me to feel comfortable every time I had an appointment. I can’t imagine where I’d be without pelvic floor therapy and I’ve seen such an improvement in my life!

Absolutely love this place!!! The employees are so kind and they are 100% helpful. I’ve been to other therapy places where they made you feel like you’re just a number and not really there to help you get better. By far Mountain Land is the BEST. I recommend this place to anyone! =)

So grateful for this place! I did pelvic floor therapy with Jaime after having my baby and she made me feel human again! I have recommended her to many other moms and will continue to recommend her and pelvic floor therapy!

After revision replacement surgery on my failed right knee I was somewhat apprehensive on the time it would take for recovery. The folks here did an admirable job in helping me regain both range of motion and strength which allowed me to be back at Hidden Valley and playing 18 holes in just six weeks. Not too bad for 75 yrs old.

I was referred to Jaime at the Draper location for pelvic floor therapy after having my second baby and she’s been so helpful. She does a great job at explaining the correct positioning and movements to make sure the exercises are effective. I would definitely recommend seeing Jaime for help with pelvic floor and core issues.

I love Mountain Land Physical Therapy with all the wonderful people that are so friendly when you walk in the door! My physical therapist, Jamie is absolutely the best. She pushes me when I can’t go on and encourages me so I can’t go on. So grateful I found them!🙏

5 weeks ago as I was preparing to Hike Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa, the 4th tallest peak in the world at over 19,000 feet, I strained my calf muscle. The staff at Mountain Land Physical Therapy in Draper took great care of my calf and gave me exercises to use on the mountain. Well, I just returned from my successful climb up Kilimanjaro. At 63 years young, I don't know that I'm able to reach this amazing summit without the wisdom and advice of Mountain Land Physical Therapy. They helped create an amazing experience for me and my two boys, who summited with me. Thanks MLPT!

To reflect back to where I was and then see where these guys have helped me to be... Wow. The kindest most motivating individuals. Every single PT here are amazing to work with- I had the privilege to work with each one. For whatever reason you end up here, know that you are in good hands ❤️ And I wish you luck in your journey!! Thank you Zach, Jamie, Mindy, Brigham and Lena!!

Look no further this is the place you need for the best PT, I have broken 38 bones and ribs and have had several surgeries so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to needing a great team of therapists. Zach, Jamie and the whole staff have been absolutely amazing they make you feel like family where as at other facilities I was just another number to them. The entire staff at Mountain Land take time to listen to my concerns and adapt to my needs. They know I love mountain biking and have mountain bike videos playing while I am doing my exercises. The staff is very friendly they know you by name and always make you feel special while in their care.

I enjoyed my therapy time at Mountain Land Physical by far over a previous experience at another large practice in Lone Peak Hospital's building. At Mountain Land, their intimate facility meant that there were only 3 clients in the room at any of my visits. The therapist stayed with me, monitoring my technique, throughout the entire appointment... whereas at the other practice, my therapist would wander off across a large room and chat with his coworkers. My therapist was inventive in progressing me through strengthening exercises, rather than repeating my home workout. All of the staff seem friendly and welcoming and Mountain Land's appointments run on time. They are ready to greet you and get to work as soon as you arrive.

After first dislocating my kneecap, i went to their draper location and they were able to challenge me throughout my time in PT. The atmosphere was nice, friendly, and very "real". you could tell the people there cared for you to get better and fast, which really helped morale when it came to injury recovery. its with their help that i was able to recover from 2 knee dislocations and a surgery. They are effective, honest, nice people to who i owe a lotto and i am very lucky they were the PT i chose

Yes, Jaime does do pelvic floor physical therapy, and yes it is the best decision you can make for your recovery postpartum. If you’re thinking about it, do it! I went from feeling super weak and not like myself, to feeling the strongest I’ve felt in years!! I could not be happier with the care and guidance I got here. And unlike other pelvic floor pt options in the area, you don’t have to deal with filing the insurance claims yourself (because you have time to do that while taking care of your new baby).

This place is amazing, the people here are awesome to work with and adapt the sessions to how you’re feeling that day. As an ex-professional ski racer I can honestly say I’ve never had such a good team of therapists, I wish I had been here after all of my other surgeries! Stop looking around, book an appointment today, you won’t be sorry.

Zach and rest of team are awesome. Everyone is so kind. Came in with back issues a month ago and walked out today a month later feeling 100% better. Great environment and group of people. Highly reccomend!

I called MLPT because I was in so much back pain. From the first appointment I was acknowledged from the front desk with kindness, concern and professionalism! After I completed paper work, etc. Zach took me back and listened to my concerns and evaluated my back pain. He knew within 25 minutes what was wrong! Zach is amazing!I started my rehabilitation process and with in a month I felt back to myself again. Mindy is Zach’s secret weapon, she is also amazing! If you are experiencing body pain call MLPT, they are experts! My only regret was waiting too long for help.

I'd like to thank Zach and his Team for helping me rehab my shoulder after surgery. Over the many visits the last several months, they were always ready upon my arrival and consistent with care. I'm back to golf, pickleball and cycling. Should the need arise again, I won't go anywhere else!

On my first visit, I had my six-year-old with me. They were so kind to both of us. Upon leaving, my daughter said, “Mom, he’s a star.” She was referring to Zach, my therapist, and she was right, he IS a star. He listened to my concerns and offered me some much-needed newfound hope. Physically, I had more mobility after one visit than I’ve had in weeks. The office is clean. The rest of the staff is amazing. I can, without hesitation, recommend the Draper location of Mountainland PT.

Mountain Land Physical Therapy was such a great place to be. Zach is a great guy who really cares about his patients. While being done with PT is exciting I was sad to say goodbye to the Mountain Land team. I would highly recommend Mountain Land to anyone looking for rehabilitation.

I had first heard about MLPT from my mom who had done total knee replacement surgery and went to this place for rehab on that. I decided to go because I was suffering from some issues with my hip that caused me to have trouble walking, pain with lifting weights, and just overall pain while resting. I've worked primarily with Jaime who's easy to get along with and has gotten me pretty much back up to speed with walking pain free and we're working on getting my lifting back in order! 10/10! and you don't need a referral!

Great spot for PT! Mindy was my daughters therapist, she did a great job at rehabbing her knee and was so great to work with. The office was always professional and appointments were on-time. Would definitely recommend!
