Didn’t seem concerned with customer service. And if you order chips and guacamole, be prepared to get the SMALLEST amount of guacamole I’ve ever seen. $5.99 for chips and guacamole, I’d expect more. Was FAR from worth it for what we received.

I thought my food would be similar to whats shown in their videos. I ordered the same things but it looks nothing like what is advertised. I spent $25 for 2 meals and had 4 add ons but only received 2 containers with a teaspoon of sour cream for .59 cents each. No quacamole for $1.59, no cheese for $1.50. My tosdada was what looked to be a small soggy taco sized tortilla not the big one that fills the whole bowl on their videos. The cilantro was a tiny tree. The whole meal was overpriced soggy and bland. My husbands enchilada tortillas werent even cooked. This meal was trashed. Won't be going back.

I love Cafe Rio, but this location struggles. I've given this location a few tries but I've never really been happy with their performance. The rice isn't cooked, I ask for double meat but the barely give me any. I don't know... this location had a lot of potential with the drive through, but the quality of food from here really misses the mark...

Love management, love the gm, Cafe Rio as a whole is just a toxic organization. Don't pay their employees enough and work them like horses. Some of the people they hire are questionable at best. Food is good, and everything is up to code. Have years in fast food, this place was clean, well taken care of.

We’ve enjoyed Cafe Rio for a long time, but I’m writing a review now because this one moved into our neighborhood and we’ve had the best experience here. All of the employees were friendly and welcoming. Johanna, in particular, was so friendly and kind to my kids. They can be a handful and she was incredibly sweet to all of us. Also, the strawberry lemonade at this location is fantastic. It’s been very watery at other locations, but here it’s great!

Brand new Cafe Rio on Highland is the BOMB! Great fresh food and very hospitable staff. Clean and inviting atmosphere. We will be back soon! Hurry there and give it a try.

This is the most unimpressive Cafe Rio I have been to... 2 times now I have placed a curbside pickup order. When I arrive I go through the drive-thru to pick up my order. Both times I've gone through the drive-thru 10-15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, just to give the workers a little bit of extra time. Both times they've told me that my order was not ready yet and that I need to come inside. Ummm.. I said curbside didn't I? Today my order was supposed to be ready at 4:10. I went inside and waited until 4:50 for them to have my order ready. The worst part! My order is just some sides to go with the dinner we have cooking at home. 1 lb pinto beans and 1 lb cilantro lime rice. With a couple small containers of sauce. I can't imagine it's very hard to scoop up a side of rice and a side of beans and put them in a bag for me. Why the heck did I come inside and wait for 40 minutes!!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this location my order is missing items and food is cold. I order through Doordash and Doordash refused to give me a refund, so now I’m just screwed because people that work here are incompetent. I ordered a sweet pork quesadilla with chips and pico de gallo. I got a cold cheese quesadilla (no meat that I paid for) AND no pico for my chips. I’ll never order from this location again because it’s every time. Don’t order food from this location. If you read other reviews it looks like they have a habit of forgetting peoples items and one person said they even got food poisoning twice! Which I can see because they serve cold, old food. I hope that person called the health department
