Very awful experience. I came into the store and bought a pair of pants and hoodie for my husband. The guy at the checkout didn’t apply 40%off after I paid I saw that even though I asked before proceeding with payment. Today I went back to return the pants it didn’t fit him and the guy over there asking me is that you came couples days ago,asking me twice what’s wrong with the item??!! It seems very strange asking this question is there a problem if I go back to the store to return an item. If I go often to the store is that bother them? Made me feel like a thief or something I don’t know what he had in mind. Please the manager to train you personnel how to treat customers! Never will go back to this store again 👎👎

Horrible!!! , the service on 01/04/2022 at approximately 12:30 pm, the girl who attended the checkout is rude and racist, 😡 my experience was horrible. I am a loyal customer of the store and the brand and I buy often but this time it was the most unsatisfactory thing in the world it was super sad I almost cried.

Super bad experience everything that was displayed on sale racks wasn’t even on sale grab a whole bunch of stuff that again was advertised as on sale and went to check out and literally like 2 items on the whole rack was actually on sale the bralettes said 40% off and none of them were on sale either so waist of time I spent picking things out only to be told they are all full price

My little sister was just in this store today Saturday 07/10/21 , and was told BY AN EMPLOYEE that ‘she needed to get out of a certain section because she didn’t think that anything in there was within her price range.’ Once again, this is my LITTLE sister, and she wouldn’t say anything because of the fact that she is younger and more scared. But as her big sister, I want something to be done about this rather than just sweeping it under the rug because this is NOT OKAY. I hope that what was said to my sister today- and this unprofessional behavior especially from an employee will be brought to light. We go to this mall all the time, I’m disappointed and upset that I was NOT there to defend my sister at the time.

I used to love this location but the last few times I have had nothing but bad experiences. I got an email saying that one of my three orders was partially ready for pick up. I drop half an hour to their store just to get told that they didnt have it and that i needed to wait until I got the email, which was the reason why I went in the first place. The girl was snotty when i told her I got the email saying I could pick it up. She argued with me, I tried to show her my email but she said it didnt matter. She wouldnt even look to see if any of my orders were there. I cannot believe the attitude that this particular employee had. Makes me not want to show there much anymore.

This place is staffed by kids. They walk around with confused and sour looks on their faces. I tried to pick up an online order and this kid employee couldn't figure out how to process it. I had to cancel the purchase. Hire some adults who know what they're doing.

The staff that work here are not friendly with the customers. They don't have a good attitude, Hollister is the best in clothes but I'm not coming back here, it's preferable to drive a little more to Salt Lake where they do receive you with a good attitude. 👎👎

Never felt like I’ve annoyed someone more. I called to see if a few products were in the store by sku. Ashley took my phone call. Acted annoyed I asked her to look up a sku and hung up after she told me they didn’t have the first item. I wasn’t even able to finish my call. Definitely don’t care to go to south town Hollister.

Nice store. Pretty organized and clean.

Love this Hollister and would go back again over and over. Shopping with my daughters. Staff was super courteous and helpful. Girl behind the counter was apologetic when one of our tags was left on and the alarm went off. She fixed it quickly and we were on our way. Prices are also very reasonable, especially if you watch for sales.

Probably not going back to this store location again, the store manager Ashely I believe her name was, was incredibly unprofessional over the phone to me, my experiences in the store with her were unpleasant as well. Definitely recommend heading to a different Hollister location for better customer service

I’ve always loved Hollister but I was recently gifted a pair of pants and they refuse to exchange for the correct size without the original receipt. If they have all the tags attached you should work with your customers. I don’t want to purchase from someone who wouldn’t even exchange if I buy the wrong size.

MOST unprofessional setting ever. Went in there to shop and had a rude encounter with some lady named Ashley, that turns out to be the store manager. She was dressed in a literal BRA and a tiny little skirt, mind you that she should NOT be wearing something that revealing with a body that hasn’t seen the gym in YEARS, and keep in mind she is working with LITERAL teenagers, seems pretty predatory to me. Anyways, seems to be a common theme that this particular individual is just rude and miserable from what I can see from everyone else’s review. Don’t know how she still works here as it looks like she’s been miserable for a good part of the past two years. Anyways, if you have a return go to this store. Otherwise avoid it. It’s gross. Maybe get rid of Ashley??? Or don’t. Because clearly the company doesn’t care what customers have to say. 💋

At least 10 people in line and 1 person at the cashier but 2 not doing anything… then they split the line not being fair for the people waiting longer…

Great staff and service despite how busy they were.

Very surprised and disappointed when visiting Hollister over the weekend to see that none of the employees wore masks while other stores in the mall made great attempts to ensure safety of customers. The girl behind the counter was rude but the 2 representatives helping on the floor were very friendly and helpful (though also maskless).

I love Hollister! Their jeans always fit so nicely, and they have such a variety. It's hard to find clothing that fit my body type, but Hollister makes sizes for everyone in tons of different styles. I just love the whole vibe of the store, and their perfumes and colognes are amazing!
