I highly recommend Chelsi at Trilogy. She provides excellent care. She is both professional and personable. She takes time to explain procedures and the benefits of the end result. What I love about Trilogy is there is never any high pressure selling of products or services. They will text you or post on their website upcoming sales or events and let you, the client, decide what it is you are interested in, and answer your questions accordingly. If you are looking to level up your look and a more youthful appearance Trilogy is the place for you.

Natalie is so professional and asks questions to understand my goals during the consultation. She has a gentle hand performing procedures. I love how she explains exactly what she is doing throughout the process.

If I could give more stars I would. I found Trilogy Medical Center after I moved to Cottonwood Heights for my Dysport. I had tried out another local med spa and I felt that I was overpaying and my injections weren’t lasting nearly as long as they should. Chelsea is an extraordinary injector. In my initial consultation, we spoke about my acne scarring and possible other treatments we could try. I didn’t have to book any other appointments. Each specialist was able to come in and talk to me right on the spot. I was getting married in 14 months and wanted a plan to ensure that my skin looked as good as possible. I’m very self conscious of my scars and have spent so much money and healing time on treatments that seemed to work for short term durations. During a holiday special I bought a package for one of treatments that we had discussed. When I came in use it, I met Rhonda (the owner) and she told me about a brand new machine they had, called Sylfirm X. I decided to trust her recommendation and together we planned out each phase of my next year to get my skin “wedding ready.” What a DREAM TEAM! Rhonda and her staff are absolute professionals. They are all kind, caring and trustworthy. These gals became my friends over this past year, and I plan on continuing my aesthetic services with Trilogy. I’m so glad that I trusted the process. My skin looks better than ever, and I felt beautiful in my wedding day. Rhonda, Chelsea, Alyssa and Natalie performed the majority of my treatments and they were all amazing. I had the great pleasure of spending two days of intensive injector training with Chelsi Seely, RN Injector. She is an amazing teacher and a very talented injector. She is among one of the most educated nurses I have had the pleasure to work with. I was impressed by her commitment to continuing education and evidence based medical practice. Her bedside manner is exemplary. The entire Trilogy team is very welcoming and professional.

Was really nervous about having someone new after my last gal left Trilogy, but switched to Alyssa today and she will be who I go to from now on.

I got a micro-needling and chemical peel treatment. I absolutely loved the results! I've struggled with acne in the past and while I've got it under control now I've been searching for an effective way to help reduce my acne scarring. I am so glad I found Rhonda at Trilogy!! She's helped me understand my treatment options and advised me on what the best ones would be for me to get the results I'm looking for. I was nervous at first to try microneedling but she made me feel so comfortable and the whole process was easier than I thought! I'm loving the direction my skin is headed and I can't wait to try more treatments at Trilogy to continue to improve my skin even more!!
