This is exactly how I pulled them out of the bag and I had not eaten a single one out of either container. Not a great experience employees were rushed and not very focused on accuracy or detail. Requested no onion on my sandwich guess they didn't hear me because there was onions. They didn't even seem like they were paying attention when I was ordering.

When someone says, honey, it does not mean every other sauce. It means honey. And you wonder why you can paid a livable wage Do not NOT! eat at this McDonald's go elsewhere.

Make sure that the cashier hand you back your debit card. This morning I was on my way to work and stopped at McDonald's. To start out the cashier that kept my debit card always has an attitude. This morning she handed my food and she closed the window. The reason I say kept is because when I called I requested to speak to the store manager. The person that answered said this is she. I asked you're the store manager she said yes. I told her that the cashier did not return my debit card she asked me my name she then told me yes it is here she told me when I walked by your card was still in the machine She continued to blame me telling me that that it was my fault I told her when her cashier closed the window I figured that we were done she said the window wasn't closed it was open because when I walked by that's when I saw your debit card. You could have easily asked for your debit card I told her what actually confused me is that the food is given to you after payment is received not before. I explain to her that I was on 11400 South at a gas station and that I had no money for gas I was on zero on empty. I asked her if somebody could please bring me my debit card due to the fact that I wouldn't make it back and that I would become stranded. She told me no because her people rode the tracks. I said well what about you do you have a car she said yes but I'm running a store. I reminded her that it was her cashier's fault for not paying attention. And that when she handed me my food she closed the window I assumed we were done I told her I understand that but I'm stranded and I also need to get to work. She again blamed me that it was my fault that I should have knocked on the window and ask for my debit card back But wait a minute didn't you just say that the window was open. I'm not going to lie I was very upset I'm stranded I have no money and a way to get back. I was so embarrassed I had to ask a stranger for $5 to get back to McDonald's to get my debit card. When I got back to McDonald's I drove up to the window and I told them I want my debit card again I'm not going to lie I was upset. I grabbed my card out of the cashiers hand she had purple hair. I told her you guys need to be more careful you know what she told me she said f you b**** she stuck her head out the window as I drove off and continue to swear at me. Oh I left one thing out before I hung up with the so-called store manager I said so you're sure you're the manager because I'm going to call your corporate she says no I'm the assistant manager.

I literally stood there in the front I did a mobile app on my phone and I did pick up inside the restaurant. I stood at the front for so long waiting but it seems like I made the employee uncomfortable finally he asked me are you waiting for something and I said yes a mobile order and he's like which one and I tell him the number off my phone well it had been completed pretty much the entire time I was there they just didn't mark it as completed or didn't add it to the board for pick up orders. I stood there for a total of 20 minutes with my bag of food sitting there the whole time. When he finally handed me my food I checked it because I'd seen it sitting there the whole time, and yep everything was cold. I asked him if he could just "reheat the fries please?" I had to ask 3x because every time I asked he'd say what like he was too busy to stop and listen to me even though he was standing there facing me. Finally, he takes the french fries from my hands, rolled his eyes, then gives me a look like how dare I have the audacity to bother him with something as menial as my 20 minute old, cold french fries, hawks my fries into the trash can, then moseys his way over the the the fryer. No joke you could hear his feet actually shuffling as he walked back towards me. The best part about it is, he wouldn't/didn't wait for me to get the fries out of my daughter's Happy meal. So, he only gave me one new, warm fry. Her and I shared mine because hers were inedible.

I sent my husband in to pick up dinner since we are visiting from southern Utah. He had the worst experience he's ever had at a good establishment, we ordered a lot of food so we knew it would take some time however they tried to give us old food and when he asked for fresh since half the order would have been anyway the had the disrespect to call him a C*** in Spanish and other slurs against him for being white. I can't believe this is tolerated.

I don't visit McDonald's too often, except when I have to grab a coffee at 5:00 am in the morning. Ladies do seem to chit-chat a lot, though. But I'm cool with it as long as I get my coffee right

It’s 11 AM and I ordered three large coffees black Mcdonalds asked me to pull up to the front window Siix minutes later I had to pull back to the middle window and ask him where the heck my coffee is? The gentleman says sorry we had to brew it and I said how in the heck do you not have coffee at breakfast time? With attitude he says “ it’s already lunchtime! Me: Saturday at 11 AM, You consider that lunch? him: “Yep we sure do!” Me: I think it’s just poor planning on your part that you don’t have coffee! Him: nope we had to brew it snd it takes six minutes to brew. Me: that’s ridiculous! It’s all snowy and 30* out! I think being prepared with coffee is essential lol

Ordered through drive though. They confirmed the order before handing it out the window... and the order was still wrong. Like completely wrong. The food also tasted like it had been under the heat lamp for days.

Always forget my sauce and my kid freaks out so thanks. Took 15 min to make a few simple things.. cold fries that were supposed to be a large but looked more like a small. Next time I’ll make sure to drive to the next location.. horrible service too they barely speak any English also.. if I pay for food I expect quality. This is a sad 50$ meal..

Is a good McDonald's. Didn't skimp on french fries and they were hot. Location not the best
