John, Juan and Ledger were fast and polite, customer service was to be expected, came into eat with my parents. Left a tip, what you should always do no matter what, just because it's more representative of who you are than it is the service you got. I've been coming to this place for years but not here in town. This was a good one, apparently my parents like it too. Of course they tried the Bobby. I had a Capistrami always hits the spot!

I love subs. I’m Usually not picky with them because hot sandwiches are difficult to be made badly. The service was super slow (15 min wait) but I try not to judge because there was only one cook. But it was a little frustrating for sure. I told myself all good, the food will be good. Got my food. Pic included. I ordered the BBQ chicken cheesesteak. It comes with cole slaw, crispy onions, bbq sauce, provolone cheese. This was the most bland sandwich I ever had. The chicken was the only other distinguishable ingredient (and it felt super light on meat. My first bite was purely bread, which is good bread btw) I couldn’t taste any bbq sauce, I had three bites that had cole slaw, and I didn’t taste any onions or feel their beautiful crunch in my bites. Pretty light on cheese too. All in all, never ever going back to this place in any of their locations. I’ve had subway in the middle of nowhere Idaho and it smoked this sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go to the east coast subs that’s right across the parking lot. I stared at that place regretfully as I waited for my god awful sandwich

Incredibly disappointed and somewhat disgusted by the lack of cleanliness with this place. I could have taken many more pictures of the kitchen and restaurant. A knife on the floor, food everywhere on the floors/counters/tables. Clearly no supervision of the staff and not giving any care to keeping this place clean and welcoming. We didn’t even want to sit and enjoy our food. Seriously, ants eating food on the floor! We’re not having a picnic! It’s called a broom and a mop! Our sandwiches were decent, but I am not rushing back to this place any time soon. Hope our stomachs don’t pay for it later. We used to eat at Capriotti’s in Vegas all the time and were stoked when one opened here in Utah, but we never felt like this about any of their locations. Someone needs to pay attention! I never write reviews, but this was just unacceptable. 45$ for three sandwiches and some bags of chips, expected a better experience.

I've been eating at Capriotti's for the past 16 years of my life, absolutely love it! Unfortunately, I had my first bad sandwich experience a couple days ago and I was pretty upset. I'm never one to complain about something but I love Capriotti's so much that I decided to call them back today and speak to them about my recent situation. I spoke with Ariana and she was super friendly and received my issue well and told me she'd replace my sandwiches and to come on in. I would highly recommend this location specifically because Ariana was really amazing! Complete faith restored, thank you so much!

Our first time here and everything was great! Loved the sammiches! My girlfriend ordered one, I ordered a different one, and we shared so we could both experience each sandwich. We will definitely be going back here!

Highly Recommend! 🌟🌟 🌟🌟 🌟 We got the American Wagu cheese steak and French dip sandwich. They were both delicious! I haven't been able to find a good Philly cheese steak in a long time! The restaurant was clean, organized, and using fresh ingredients. I think what really sealed the deal was the staff and atmosphere. Phil, the manager, played a quick number guessing game with the lunch rush crowd and the winner got a free sandwich. (That wasn't what makes me give their service five stars) Phil personally checked on everyone's meal. We stayed well after the lunch rush had finished and had a great conversation with Phil. It is such a friendly atmosphere with very yummy sandwiches! The price might be a little higher than say subway but you are getting a killer fresh sandwich, awesome service, and you aren't treated like a number. Totally worth it if you ask me. I'll definitely be returning to try new sandwiches 🥪 😋

Restaurant's lobby still decorated with Halloween decorations on Christmas Eve. Appliances are dirty and non of the TVs are working. Not a big deal, but if they can't care of the dining area, what is the food prep area like. The sandwich was as impressive as the restaurant's interior.

First time experience was 💯 had the homemade tuna 😋 super delicious!

Food is great, but I’m not happy that I was there at 7:53 and the doors were locked and I was told everything was in the dishwasher and they couldn’t make me a sandwich. Super lame.

Stopped in for lunch and was very impressed. Service was fast, staff was friendly and location was impeccably clean. I highly recommend the Philly cheesesteak, impossible or real meat. Both are delicious!

My order was made wrong. I was told to drive into the store for a refund. When I got to the store I was turned away because they don't do "cash" refunds, after the owner of the store told me they would have cash ready to refund me when I got there. I drove across town to get there because I had picked it up from an appointment on that side of town. I requested a call back to explain why I was told that and have received no contact and the refund took longer to return to my card than I was told.

I started going to Cappriottis inCalifornia years ago. Then I always stopped at the one in St George. Always loved the Bobby Sandwich. Turkey was fresh and never dry. Dressing was good and not stale. Just the right amount of Cranberry sauce. Bread was fresh and not too much bread. I’ve eaten three times at the one in Salt Lake. Every time disappointed. Today was the worst. Service is good. People friendly. Turkey was dry and there was hardly any meat on it. There was so much bread in the rolls. No room for meat or dressing or Turkey. Dressing was dry and stale, not much of it . Overloaded with the Cranberry sauce. It didn’t even resemble the quality of ingredients that the California or St George shop has? I’m done giving this location a chance. It’s a great sandwich when ingredients are better Quality.

I wasn't impressed by this location. Ordered online last night for pick up at 12:15pm, today. No acknowledgment, what so ever. After standing at the counter for a few minutes, I said to the girl, "i have an order for pick up." It wasn't ready yet. After waiting some more, I finally heard my name. BTW, the music playing was full of obscenities. Picked up, headed home, opened sandwich ( which I requested be cut in thirds, it was not!) The tomato slices barely on the bun were wrapped up in the folds. I have visited another location and did not have this experience, and the sandwich tasted yummy! I will drive the extra miles to the other location in WVC.

Dry turkey, poor service. I was excited to try The Bobbie. Worst sandwich I’ve ever had.

Worst sandwich I have ever had! There was barely any meat on the sandwich and what was on there was horribly dry. I showed the employee and he said oh let me fix that and gave me a bowl with two more small pieces of dry meat. My wife’s sandwich was awful as well. The tomatoes and lettuce looked like they were very old and wilted with a slice of meat. If you want to spend $30.00 on two sandwiches that weigh 4 oz. Each go right ahead when you could go right across the parking lot to east coast subs and get what you pay for!

Was planning to try the place out, but when the girl at the counter could not provide a password for the guest wifi and made up some obvious excuse, I changed my mind. The place was a ghost town and the kitchen was a complete mess. Who wants to spend money at a place that is under managed and offers nothing as far as customer service? I have no plans of coming back.

I had the Bobby sandwich (Thanksgiving on bread!) Real turkey breast meat, stuffing, cranberry sauce...delicious!! My husband had capriotti chopped salad, it was yummy, could've used a little bit more meat. Great food!!

10/09/2022 at 1:05pm. I’m writing this review while waiting for my two sandwiches. We ordered well over 30 minutes ago now. There’s only two workers, the guy is hustling and trying to get the orders out but it is clear the girl doesn’t want to be here. It seems she is purposely moving extremely slow to spite the customers. Since waiting I’ve seen at least 8 people waiting to order and just leave because they weren’t spoken to. Would not return to this location.

Precision crafted deli sandwiches are harder to come by than one may think. There's either too much bread or not enough meat. This place delivers neither of those issues. Plenty of meat and it's in a delicious cave of crispy bread goodness. D-Lish!!!

Friendly staff quick service and quality food one of the best meatball subs I’ve had in a while and they make a rather nice and cozy tomato basil soup highly recommend
