We love to try places not on the main drag anywhere we go...Omar's did not disappoint. Yes, it was a bit of a drive but 100% worth the drive. The service was wonderful; super friendly, helpful, considerate and the cook was fantastic...he was kind enough to come out and explain some ingredients in the dishes we ordered. They had two dogs running around so we ordered two extra meals to feed them and everyone was so helpful in making sure we go these extra meals to feed the pups there. Now, about the view.....AMAZING!! It's the Turks and this place is right next to the water....eat dinner, have drinks and walk out on the sand and into the water. Don't forget to get a pina colada while there.....they had the best on the island. This is a must visit restaurant!!!

Excellent location. Food was very good and service was fine. We had the conch fritters, lobster roll with plantain, and fish tacos. All were served quickly and were very tasty. Total bill (including a wine and a beer), with taxes and service (tip?) was U$92 for two of us. Beach views are incredible and there were lots of beach dogs running around. Great place for families with lots of seating both in the shade or sun. There is lots more on the menu to try- need to make a second visit to see how the rest of the menu compares.

The view here is unbeatable. The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was impeccable. We had the conch fritters, jerk chicken (the best we had on the island so far!) and the curried fish (I had no idea … it was amazing!) it’s a bit of a drive but well worth it!!

No one really smiles. Just like many other places we have been around the island. We ordered lobster roll, oxtail, conch fritters and cracked conch, jerk chicken, and jerk chicken wrap. Almost Everything was good especially the oxtail and fritters. Lobster roll was not good. Why they chop up the lobster meat into fine pieces and mixed it with tons of other stuff is beyond me. It taste more like Imitation crabmeat salad but chopped up fine. Very disappointing. Beach area was fun for the kiddo and they do have insect candles and stuff on table for repellent. Overall good experience.

Loved it! We had great drinks, absolutely amazing conch chowder and oxtail! Great location and set up, too

It was my first time here at Omar's, and I would say the food was good. I like the conch fritters and conch salad. But the serving is a little too small. The restaurant is by the beach, so if you want a beach ambiance, I can recommend this. It is located in Five Cays Provo.

We went here the last night of our vacation, which was also the first day of lobster season, and it was crazy busy! The food was absolutely amazing...got the lobster tail and curried snapper...and both were outstanding! The painkiller cocktail was heavenly also!

Date of visit: 12/11/2023 and 12/14/2023 Good food. Better people (Omar's wait staff). Love them and their humor. When the tide is low, take a stroll out there If you're waiting to pick up people from the airport this is the spot to satisfy your appetite and kill time. Visited twice in an 8 day period

Was looking forward to eating at this place from all the great reviews and would have given 5 stars if they hadn’t had a problem with their fryer which I understand things happen and Omar himself came to our table to tell us it would be a 15 min delay on our food due to issues with the fryer but an hour later we finally got our food and we had to scarf it down because we had a reservation to get to shortly afterwards. The oxtail was fantastic but it just would have been nice to have a little more communication

Tried oxtail for the first time! Food was good even though I’m not big on beef/meat. Peas and rice and plantains were spot on! Staff was pleasant and kind, including the stray pup who refused to eat our leftover croissant from breakfast lol waiter took pics at the table for us and seemed very honest in his menu suggestions. Overall, Omar’s is a place to stop and eat and enjoy the beautiful scenery before heading home!
