We stopped by on our way home tonight to grab some bowls to go. Super fresh veggies, they cook the meat when you order and the owner is sooo nice! So happy to have a healthier choice here in Suwanee. I had the yum yum bowl and it was definitely yummy. Hubby made his own and loved it including the purple rice. We will definitely be back!! If you want a fresh bowl with quality ingredients you need to give them a try!!

The most fresh and delicious bowls you will ever eat! The meat is cooked to order, tender and juicy. The veggies taste fresher than ever. The staff is kind and helpful. I can’t say enough about this amazing restaurant! I would give 10 stars if I could. You can build your own bowls or order from their menu. Suwanee has needed this forever! Can’t wait to eat my next bowl!

This is my new favorite place to eat! The food is fresh and you can taste how high quality the food is. If you don't order one of their menu options, the build your own is a great alternative. The employees are so nice and the customer service is amazing. Flaming Iron is definitely a must try.

Found this place on google when I was searching for healthy vegetarian food. This was my experience, I liked the food, they were fresh and delicious however I waited quite a long time to get my order ready and I wasn’t the only one who waited long. I understand they are out of staffs, hopefully they get the help they needed. I want to come back for lunch however I worry that it will take a long time again like last time and I only have 30 to 45 minutes for my lunch break. Hopefully the restaurant can improve on getting the order ready as quickly as possible. I still give you 5 stars because I understand it’s hard to find employees who want to work and you guys are pretty new restaurant.

The food was fast and fresh! I'm very picky with my sauces and I thought the gochujang and yum-yum were both good. They cooked the meat fresh to order. We liked everything even down to the piano music playing in the background.

I was searching the Internet for a healthy, quick Friday night meal and Flaming Iron came up, so I decided to try it. The staff was friendly and guided me through the process of creating a bowl with chicken, purple rice and an array of fresh vegetables. I got home and dug in and it was SO GOOD! Filling, satisfying and delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. This will definitely become a favorite spot for me.

Got the Yum Yum bowl today. Food tasted really good and healthy! The beef was a bit on the chewier side though. Lol the little sauce cups looks like a lot but trust me, just dump the whole thing in! Service was excellent :)

Incredible Concept, Variety, Portions, and FLAVOR!~~~~ My order had a combination of 2 Base (Purple Rice and Spring Mix), 8 Toppings, 2 Dressing, and Sesame, Pumpkin, and Crispy Onions, WOW!~~~~~~~~ You could spend months here eating different combinations of food every single day. I could write an essay on everything this place is doing right, but I'll let others do that. Give this place a try as it will likely be in your arsenal of go-to places moving forward.

I love to eat here at least once a week. Vegetables are always fresh and the steak is made-to-order. Gavin and the crew are extremely hospitable and we are so glad they opened in our community!

Amazing local restaurant! Super efficient ordering since you have a menu to customize your poke bowl. Staff was super nice and our order came out quick. The food here was above the average quality of other poke places around here too.

Very good and fresh bowl. Much better than the big name competitors. Stead was cooked right then and was juicy. Veggies fresh and crisp. Cranberry vinaigrette is a must try!

The place is clean but small, so space is limited for seating. The staff is friendly, and the food is pretty quick overall. (Just ordering online and pick up can be about 15 mins, but if you come in and order, it seems less time than that depending how busy it is). There is an iPad device to help place your order and is pretty simple to use if you ever used an online ordering app. There are tons of choices to at to your bowl and some extras that cost more money. Overall, a bowl will average you around 10 to 20 dollars, depending on extras and stuff. The food is fresh and delicious. And the only time they messed up my order, they fixed it right away and were very apologetic. It seems to have lots of vegan options to even someone who is more in to protein filled meals. The bowl really fills you up if you get a good mix of carbs and protein. The bonus I love is that they have an automatic reward membership when you use your number, so you don't have to download an app to get enough points so you can earn a discount. Huge fan of this place!!

I visited this place for the first time in February and it was great - everyone was very kind. Went back again a few weeks ago and the staff wasn't as friendly. Tried a bowl with purple rice the second time and it was actually pretty good.
