If you're curious about the new braised beef taco from Taco Bell, don't trust these slackers to make it right the first or second time. They'll just tell you, "It won't ever look like the picture," and then give you attitude for asking for a replacement. It's tasty though🤣

Usually this taco bell and the one on Whitehorse rd have the best service and food but for some odd reason, the cashier walked away and came back five min later and said that she had forgotten that she took my order. That didn't bother me because she was very friendly and nice but the food was the problem. I ordered a grand slammed steak burrito. Tell me why there are no eggs on it?? What you do see in the pic is cheese spread and a little piece of egg in the corner.

Didn’t know that one piece of cheese counted as a whole layer? Maybe they should rename the 5 layer burrito. I wasn’t able to enjoy one thing in my box, my Doritos Locos taco had one bite to it, I don’t even know how this five layer burrito is considered five layers, I paid the extra money for steak on the Chalupa did I get steak? Oh no, I also paid for chips and cheese did I receive chips and cheese? No I did not. I wasn’t even going to mention the fact that at the drive-through window I watch them pour out a Baja blast because I ordered a Mountain Dew and then refill the same cup with Mountain Dew and hand it to me , but the fact that I spent $15 on a deluxe box and wasted 30+ minutes of my life driving to Taco Bell and back to my house is an understatement. There were only two cars in front of me as well.

Friendly staff considering the rush they were in the middle of food was awesome except for one taco had a hair in it. But accidents happen they were properly covered and everything so I'm not complaining. Some of the nicest younger people I've met in the fast food industry. I'll definitely eat there again

Poor treatment of customers. Over 5 customers waiting to be helped inside for over 15mins, all employees ignored us. They were only worried about the drive-through. One person ordered a mobile ordered waited inside for 20mins and after asking about their food was told it be a few minutes. They then said they wanted a refund because they needed to be at work in 10 minutes. At this point, a refund was given for a single taco and a drink. Honestly, if I set aside the long wait. Just the way the customers were treated inside was unprofessional and unpleasant. I will not be eating dinner there for a very long time.

They kept telling me my order would be right out only to find out it was sitting on drive-thru counter for 15 minutes. When I got it there was NO cinnamon sugar on twists and no sauce on burrito. Lady got attitude when I asked for sauce and cinnamon sugar. 🙄

Taco bell is expensive now, but we'll sized portion. Staff was organized and seemed to work together which gave it a good feel for getting quality for Taco Bell. I guess the insides of places are just ghost town and boring anymore. I miss when places like this had fun.

One person was there when got there. The tables were a little dirty not bad at all. We got our food in a reasonable time and it was the way we ordered it. Taco Bell is always great.

twice this week. did not get order correct. Left items out. Burrito, chalupa and quesadilla. (not cheap....especially if you add it to many others that they have done it to) I really feel at this point it is not a mistake but on purpose for revenue. Hoping you won't come back to make it right. Food is too expensive now that you shouldnt cheat people and give them what they order. Quesadilla (ordered 2 got 1) mediocre filled.

Way too expensive for the quality. I got 2 chicken chalupas and a drink for like $15. Quality is good on those, but there's nothing cheap anymore, and we all know taco bell has terrible food quality, but it was all worth it for the price. I might as well go to chicfila for a $9 deluxe large meal or get something good at Wendy's for $10 max. $15 is if I want the most expensive burger with 5 patties.

Staff was friendly enough but even though I stressed that I did not want any trace of sour cream in my food. 2 chicken chalupas and a hard taco, they all ended up with some random minor globs of sour cream so after eating the hard taco and was about one or two bites into the first chalupa I realized there was no way to continue unscathed so I popped 3 Lactaid pills and just prayed that I didn’t end up ruining my pants or the upholstery before I reached my home. It was a close call and I did not at all appreciate the sheer terror and all encompassing dread I experienced on my way home that night.

Under Reno when we were there but the drive thru was open. Service was great and quick, food was on point. Great quick stop on our road trip

We went through the drive through and there was a question about our total. My 7yr old wanted just a PLAIN cheese quesadia and my 13yr old wanted the #7 combo. Because we got a single drink with the plain quesadia, we were charged a combo price just like the #7 combo. The total was roughly $20!!!! My husband wanted to ask about all that. The supposed manager comes to the window and asked rudely, "You got a problem?!" As my husband is explaining and asking about everything, the manager rudely says, "I don't make the prices, so I can't change them!" And walks away 😡😡😡😡😡😡 We paid the $20 and drove away. I understand that prices everywhere have increased, however, just a plain cheese quesadia and a simple sweet tea, shouldn't cost the same as a combo price 😡😡😡 A single, plain, cheese quesadia should be an item on the menu. And rudeness from a manager is unacceptable! Our two sons were not impressed with the quality taste of the food, to add to the bad experience.

I would give negative stars if possible. I ordered a grilled cheese deluxe cravings box with a dipping taco. Got a soggy old dipping taco that cardboard would have tasted better and had a better crunch. Then gave me beefy 5 layer burrito that had a strange taste, tasted like how garbage smells. The beef Chalupa was flavorless. Very underwhelming and food was awful. I called twice and no answer instead it went to a fax machine.
