All coaches are friendly, have great passion and enthusiasm. They have new routine everyday which makes it fun and unsettling for the brain. I feel I'm getting fitter and stronger. I used to do MMA at home and was getting bored if it after doing for years. This is definitely refreshing. If patrons reserve the time slot ahead of time then the coaches are able to plan for additional coaches to provide attention to each individual.

The only thing better than how clean, well kept, and accommodating this place is, is the STAFF!! These folks really are awesome! I’m so glad my wife got me hooked on this place. - I’m staying in better shape than when I had a “typical” self-serve gym membership - I’m actually putting in less time than I did at the “typical” gym - I meet new people every time ***If you’re thinking about it then just do yourself a favor and give it a try for 1-2 sessions, you won’t be disappointed!

I really like this gym. Not only is it accommodating but it is also beneficial. These coaches really knows how to keep us beginners exercising without becoming discouraged. Even the strictest of coaches is willing to accommodate. If I could, I would come every day.

Great environment to workout!!! The motivation you feel is inspiring and invigorating to keep pushing yourself. Everyone is welcoming.

I am so beyond happy that I found this gym. I was hospitalized with anorexia about 2 years ago for 4 months in order to recover and rebuild myself to a healthy weight and this is the first time I have been to a gym since. I was scared I was going to feel pushed too hard or feel guilted into losing more weight but it has been the opposite. Y'all have made me feel welcomed, supported, and just happy in my own skin! The culture here is amazing and the family y'all have built here really shows!

There is amazing energy here and they shape up the exercises in a well thought fashion. I love the coaches here and they really do care about your fitness. I loved the diet conversation with Korn and Aaron where I got so much insightful information that I could put into my daily food habits. All in all I love this place. I highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking to get fit, build strength or lose some extra pounds. Try it out.
