Absolutely no complaints about the Linz from us. We’ve been living here for a few months and it’s been great. Elaine gave us our tour and made sure to answer all our questions and even helped make sure the apartment we picked was right for us in terms of a view and floor. The dog park is nice with two benches, a light at the gate and has excellent visibility from any angle. The maintenance team is very professional and quick to respond to issues, as they arise. I’ve talked to Chris several times and Dennis Lopez came by today to replace our refrigerator air and water filters. If something needs to be ordered, they let you know and keep you updated when parts arrive. We are very happy here and want to thank the team for all their hard work.

45 minutes after I came home from work this evening, I noticed that I was having low water pressure from the kitchen sink. I made a call at 4:45 this evening to the leasing office to start a maintenance repair order. The phone call was taken very professionally and responded that someone from maintenance would be out either this evening or tomorrow. Shockingly, 10 minutes later I get a knock on the door for maintenance! The pressure was taken care of within 10 minutes with professionalism I’ve lived in other apartments but never have I ever received such amazing service until now! I highly recommend Linz Apartments Holly Springs for the next place you call home.

Kaitlyn always gives us excellent help, very caring and is knowledgeable to help us with any issue we may have. She is very personable and talks to us in a timely matter. I appreciate Linz Holly Springs to have a leasing agent like her. We look forward speaking to her just to stop in to say hi and making us feel like part of the Linz Holly Springs family.

I have been here 7 months and absolutely love it here. Elaine was amazing through the whole move in process. Dennis and Chris have been amazing as well at addressing any issues that arise. The property is kept like new and all the residents are very sociable. By far first class service with a beautiful view.

Since the first day I walked into the leasing office, til the day I receive my key I was treated with immense kindness and professionalism. Schulendra Ellerbe made my leasing experience, seamless and stress-free. Mrs. Ellerbe and her team do a wonderful job at making a Linz Holly Springs a wonderful place to live.

Ervin was very helpful and charismatic. He helped me finalize my pet screening for my dog and submit a bunch of documents. Definitely recommend him as well as every single person in this office facility for making Linz feel like a family to its residents.

Enjoying my new home with a special thanks to Kaitlyn who was phenomenal to make me feel comfortable moving from out of state. Dennis, in maintenance, has been exceptional and so happy and willing to help. I have so much appreciation for the staff and the property. A lot of attention to detail in the design of the units and campus, and feeling valued as a resident. Would recommend for sure!

I have been at The Linz for a few weeks now and truly feel like I’m on vacation when I’m home! It is the most beautiful property and the staff goes above and beyond everyday. The place is kept spotless and the amenities are incredible. Huge shoutout to Kaitlyn for making our move happen with ease.
