Went to Olive Garden for early dinner. Have been at that place a few times. I have to say that the place was really dirty. The table I have been offered was still dirty and sticky from the last customers. Even the menu was so dirty that I did not want to touch it. Its a shame that they don’t care. The waitress was not friendly at all, I did not really feel very welcome. Well, I was hungry and ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and an Olive Garden salad. Food was good, but considering the overall experience I don’t know if I will come back.

I wish I had something nice to say about this lunch experience. My office ordered from this location today and when I received my meal I notice a dead bug. Very disturbing and gross. Lunch was ruined obviously. Do better when preparing someone's food.

Olive Garden usually never disappoints me but this location has. The only good thing that came out of this visit, was that my Sweet Tea had fresh strawberries added in. My server was nice, friendly, and helpful, though. I got the $9.99 unlimited bread sticks, salad, and soup but the soup tasted too salty. The salad looked non-fresh, meaning the leaves were brownish-green. There was no spinach leaves in our salad and that made me sad. This establishment did not have Italian or Caesar dressing but only Ranch. Overall, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Please avoid this place. I don't know if I can even say this place is mediocre at best.

Dang! I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here! Almost everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. The inside is very dated and there were hardly any customers (I should have left at that point). The server was very slow and weird to the point that we were scared for him to handle our food. The unlimited salad was dry and breadsticks tasted like cardboard…they were nothing like the breadsticks that I loved years ago. Nothing about the salad/breadsticks made me want to say “bring more.” My entree was disgusting and just yucky! I had the cheese ravioli and have no words. The filling was some strange gooey texture…there’s no way it was real cheese and I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. I don’t see how this place is still open.

Worse service and food I have ever got from any restaurant. The Shrimp Alfredo had humans hairs in it. Garlic bread was low cooked. After finishing the main course then I got the Salad and garlic bread, after few times of calling the server. Called the manager about the hair in the food that I was ordered and manager act like this is a very minor issue. I will never visit this restaurant as well as any of the Olive Garden again!!

I really like this particular Olive Garden. The blues are very good and the waiters are very polite. They are highly commendable

My husband and I had a very trying morning at the surgeons office and when it was over we decided to go Olive Garden for lunch. We had Belle for a Server and she was beyond wonderful! Gnocchi soup, It’s so easy and flavorful. I love to top it off with some grated parmesan cheese. Chicken Parmigiana, Two lightly fried parmesan-breaded chicken breasts are smothered with Olive Garden’s homemade marinara sauce and melted Italian cheeses with a side of spaghetti.

The staff was very friendly, the food was nice and hot. My sister and I had the shrimp scampi pasta bowl. It was awesome.

I went here on a Sunday evening. When I went into the bathroom, they had a sign with all capital letters urging everyone to DOUBLE wash their hands. Well come to find out, there was no soap in the bathroom, just hand sanitizer. I went to the host stand to ask for soap, and the hostess disappeared into the back to find some. Ten minutes later she comes out, and grabs a key and says she’ll be right back. Mind you, there is a huge line forming at the door meanwhile. I went up to the manager, a tall African American man, who dismissed me and behaved as if he couldn’t be bothered. Another 10-15 minutes pass by until the hostess finally comes back out again. And she proceeds to claim that there is soap already in the bathroom. I told her that was only hand sanitizer and that I wanted to DOUBLE WASH my hands like the sign says we should do before I order and eat my food. She told me that was all they had and kept trying to convince me that it was soap. Soap should lather and foam with bubbles, and it was clearly hand sanitizer. So come to find out, THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY SOAP. I told the manager again that there was no soap, and he made it very clear that he did not care. Nor did he care that there was a huge line forming at the front of the restaurant that no one had been helped. He pretended as if he was too busy to care what was happening, while he stood around a computer screen with three other staff members. The entire time this was happening he did nothing about the situation, while his hostess was running around for at least 20 min trying to track down some soap. So lesson learned, DO NOT EAT HERE. They do not have soap and they clearly MUST NOT WASH THEIR HANDS. Zoom in to see that the bottle says HAND SANITIZER.

Everything started out great but when the food came in, it all went down. My wife ordered the pasta which wasn’t cooked properly. She sent it back but by the time the next item arrived, she had lost her entire appetite. I really wanted our experience to be positive as this was the place we had our first date. I’m utterly disappointed.

The food at this location is generally mediocre at best, which is fine for an Olive Garden, I guess. But today’s experience was incredibly uncomfortable. We were greeted by cold and unfriendly hostesses who looked incredibly unhappy to be there. We were then brought to a table that was absolutely disgusting. The hostess didn’t even care, and walked away despite it being so obviously unclean. Oily hand prints and food left on the booth, spaghetti and other trash littered all over the floor. We couldn’t even sit down it was so dirty. The server looked visibly annoyed and spent 30 seconds haphazardly cleaning the floor. I did not see her wipe down the table or the booth. With spaghetti pieces still left underneath the table, she said “this is the best it’s gonna get” and left us to dine in that filthy area, still unfit to sit down in. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The treatment from the moment we got there told us that there was no care. We just left because we truly did not feel comfortable with the cleanliness or the people working there, which sucks considering we drove over 20 minutes to get there. Wasted trip.

My boyfriend and I go here frequently and have never had any issues. We went there on June 26th, 2023 at 9:30pm and were told by the hostess that they were only doing takeout orders for the night. We said okay and decided to leave. Another family walked in right after us and they were seated by the same hostess that turned us away. Not sure why we were turned away and they weren't, but we were pretty hurt by her blatantly lying to us. We've gotten there that late before and were seated with no issues. Not sure of the hostess' name, but she was probably a teen with light brown skin and hair. Very rude to lie to us like that. We ended up going to Maggiano's down the road and they treated us very well! The hostess was kind welcoming and our waiter was extremely friendly and funny, so we might make that our new spot!!

Horrible service and no communication. My family and I waited for over 20mins after being seated for nothing. We never even placed an order for drinks or apps. We literally watched the table after us receive their drinks/apps before the table that was seated before us. After the 20min wait, we calmly left. As we approached the host station, my husband and I could clearly see multiple servers/hosts doing double-takes and whispering amongst themselves about us (family of 5) leaving. Never once did anyone attempt to speak to us or fix the situation. I've always been a fan of Olive Garden but this one definitely needs some work in the service department because this was unacceptable.

If you are looking to come in for a peaceful environment and exceptional service, this location is the one for you ! I appreciate how attentive Graig and Jarvis (at the bar) were very hands on and on top their customers even in a busy rush, thank you truly ! I’m satisfied with my experience.

Our server Rubi C was excellent. She was on top of it all. Lots of families with small kids, so very loud and rambunctious. Food was great even though they were crowded. Lots of parking, easy payment terminal at the table. I wish we could play games on the table computer for less than $4 bucks. That should be free. This is a family restaurant so don't go there looking for a candlelight dinner. Enjoy.

First & Foremost I want to give a HUGE shout out to our service Bianca (affectionately known as Miss B). I live in Austell and there is another Olive Garden location off Cobb Pkwy that A LOT closer but the last time my wife and I went there for lunch, the food quality was subpar AND the service was less than exceptional. My wife told me about a time she had great service and a great experience because of the server she had so we decided to roll the dice and come to this location. From the time we parked and got out the car there was a gentleman who came to actually open and hold the door for us with a greeting, already a 5 star experience. And as luck would have it we received the same great server she had that day, Miss B. When I say this young lady is a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day that’s exactly what I mean. She has management qualities for real, I think she needs to be moved up somewhere if you ask me. The soup & salad was above exceptional and to be honest, before I step into this location I will call and see if she is at work and request to be sat in her zone. She is attentive and she had another bowl or soup coming out to us before we were finished with what was in front of us. 10 ⭐️

Easy going and never bothered to check on customers. Taste was bad and wrong order was served twice

Me and the family went for the never ending pasta deal. We loved it and our server was awesome. Bringing this back now with all everyone is dealing with inflation is a big help. Our server never forgot about us checking us and refilling our drinks and checking on those bread sticks. Only thing is I have never been a fan of the interior design. For sure will be coming back

Was visiting the city as a non-US citizen and figured I’d try the famous Olive Garden. Wasn’t too busy and our server was great and friendly. She was awesome actually. The food was relatively good. Good salads, soup I had was awesome. while we did get a few wrong items and the onion rings were slightly soft and mushy, feeling under-fried. They also didn’t provide me with the pasta in my take out. Otherwise, the experience was good.

This location served standard Olive Garden fair. It was clean and the staff were friendly. We visited at 4:30pm on Wednesday and were seated right away. The food was served fresh and hot. The salad was also fresh and crisp. The server was split between two sections on opposite sides of the restaurant so the service was a little delayed but she did well meeting our needs and checking up on us at acceptable intervals. Overall, I would recommend this location if you enjoy Olive Garden.

All thank to our server Bella! My mother and I had a blast. We enjoyed our appetizers, course meals, desserts and beverages. Food was bland. Like everything was pulled from a can and nothing extra was added. Wish I would have stayed home and cooked. My daughter has some chicken and shrimp pasta dish and the shrimp tasted like it's been in the freezer forever. Only thing that was decent was the salad and bread

A little nicer than other and older Olive Garden restaurants in Atlanta. Friendly staff, but only a so-so pickup experience. If you order a salad to go, remember to order extra dressing. One little portion doesn't cover the generous salad. Another point, you're asked the tip amount when you call in your order. I prefer to tip in person and with cash. And, based on the service.

Good service. Food tastes the same... but that's good because they all should taste the same since their a chain. Appreciate the service and had a nice meal.

I always receive great service when I bring my residents out to lunch. Today I did a to go order just for myself. The service per usual was great. I was greeted before I even walked all the way in the door. When I was about to place my order Graigory stated he would be right with me (he was in the middle of something). Though he was busy, he made time to communicate with me, asking me about my day and showing that even though he was occupied with something, he was interested in how a customer's day was going. He made me smile knowing there are people who genuinely care about others. Thanks for making my day a great one Graigory Rogers!!
