Update on this location of the Greek Souvlaki, once again strange encounter, this time it was a menu item. We were making Greek food for dinner, I love Greek Souvlaki’s pork sticks, I wanted to serve them with dinner along with their tzatziki and red sauce, as well. We ordered at the drive-thru, we ordered the pork sticks and asked for a 1/2 pint of Tzatziki and 1/2 pint of red sauce..… the transaction went downhill from there. The employee was not sure if they had a half pint. (I did not say one cup because this caused confusion in the past, we would get a single serving cup when asking for a cup of sauce.) When we received our order the receipt stated Pt White Sauce $3.99, Pt Red Sauce $3.99, I was so pleased, and it was an excellent price for a pint. Low and behold, the container is not a pint it is, you guessed it one cup! Still not a bad price. The frustration comes from the lack of knowledge one the part of employees to know the difference between a cup, being a half pint and a pint which is 16oz. It was quite strange they do not know this information. In fact their online catering menu offers a quart , that’s 32oz.of White Sauce, tzatziki for $9.49, where as we received a 8oz CUP, sold as a pint for $3.99… I honestly try with this location as it is closest to my home and I love Greek food. I just wish they would up their game. For the past 7 years we have really enjoyed Greek Souvlaki, however over the last year or so they have not lived up to our expectations. Today we purchased 2 pork sticks, one pita bread, and one tzatziki sauce on the side, it was a quick stop to grab a bite. The price was crazy high, each pork stick was $5.59! It came to $14.46! It was 2 skewers with 5 pieces of marinated pork on it, not a meal, no fries, no bun, just pork. My hubby and I shared the one pita we ordered and we each ate our own pork stick, I used the tzatziki. The prices have really gone up. Also the inside of the restaurant needs attention in the area of cleaning. When we were at this location in March the tables were not clean, the cover to the ice machine was off and propped against the wall in front of the self serve drink station where customers walk, and just all around unkept. This place needs to improve.

Came here for the first time last night with my husband to eat in. Food was fresh and delicious. Portions were decent for the price. The dining area is not nice, with wonky tables and worn out furniture. Staff was friendly and helpful despite being consistently busy the whole time we were there.

This is a little gem of a place, now don't get me wrong the service is fast food service. We had one girl complaining about her job and acted like it was the worst place she could be, that part not great. The food was pretty outstanding specifically the spicy fries make sure you get the spicy fries because damn those are good. Also the rice bowls were fantastic. I can't speak for anything else at all but those two items I will get and could get every week always. Very impressed for sure.

My wife and I live about a mile away and really like the food. Recent, the last three visits in 4 months, the drive thru customer service has been terrible. I own a service oriented company and know that your team can't always be 100%, but they can always be cordial and polite. All three times they have provided less than transactional service. This evening when I asked how her night was going, the young lady just said she is tired and hates her job. Again, we like the food, but the service could be a lot better.

Stopped in for a quick bite with a coworker. The gyro was really nice, and their sweet potato fries were awesome. I wasn’t impressed with the tidiness or the overall ambiance of the restaurant, but I’ll happily overlook a dingy environment when the food is good. I appreciated the cashiers honesty when I asked about specific menu items, and his suggestions really helped me narrow down what I wanted to order. Will likely return.

This is definitely fast food. The fact that my wife and I ate for $28 I would give it a B+ but comparing it to other Greek food I would give it about a D. I added hummus for $3.50 and it was less than 1/4 of a cup. I'm pretty sure their pita bread is the same thing that Taco Bell uses for their chalupas. Definitely not something that was made at the restaurant. Also, found it odd that a Greek restaurant did not offer lamb.

It's always missing something, paid for it and once again didn't get it ..... I want a refund for the sauce and the zucchini/mushroom mix which was actually right this time minus the sauce. The tip should be refund as well .

Times Visited: 1 Ate lunch with my coworkers. The conclusion we arrived at was that it is comparable Greek food to any other Greek restaurant but the prices are a bit too high. I got the Gyro with red sauce and while it was good I was definitely expecting more of a kick from the spice. The fries aren't much without the fry sauce. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food took a bit to come out of the kitchen, but was definitely fresh and hot. Not a bad choice for a meal but the bottom line is it's just a bit too expensive.

I'm a huge fan of Greek food so when I had the opportunity to stop in I had to make the most of it! I had the Spinach Pie and a Veggie Gyro. Im always grateful for the vegetarian option (It is NOT vegan). The gyro had some awesome flavor and was loaded with goodness including rice and beans! The Spinach Pie was tasty, but sadly it was dry and the crust had lost it's flakeyness. Still SO good, but it reminded me of when I make it and have it as leftovers. (It's still worth a try because again it was tasty) The restaurant is a little tiered and could use an uplift with seating and decor, but it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was curious and patient with many of the customers that didn't have much familiarity with the names and ingredients in the dishes, my order came to me timely and presented perfectly. This will turn into a regular stop for me as I will have more opportunities to stop by as I'm going out to the job sites.

Just left this restaurant that is now in the habit of giving you the option of paying a 15% or 20% or 25% tip... for someone handing you a plastic bag out of a window. asked for extra tzatziki sauce... was told it doesn't come with any, but for $1 I could buy some... on top of the 20% tip I was kind enough to fork over. If you want to get nickel'd & dime'd... this is the place

This is definitely fast food. It tasted ok but not great. I had a plate and it was very basic. The kabob was ok. The rice was flavorful but simple. It is clean but dated inside. A couple of people came in for their take out meals but we were the only patrons dining in on a weekday. Kind of surprised this place is still here after 13+ years. The temperature of the food was great. Presentation was fast food style. Filling but not satisfying.

I ate here on 12/4/23, drive through. Got the gyro and their Greek fries with no onion. The order was correct. It was the first time I got their greek fries. Here is why I give it a low rating. The fries came in a Styrofoam container, there was so much liquid (hoping it's water) that the fires were soggy. Anyways, I ate a few and gave a few to my dog. They weren't the best tasting (the gyro was good though) since yesterday, I wish I got taco bell instead, because me and my dog have been sick since yesterday. So with that being said, I don't recommend anything fries at that place.

Every single time the South Jordan location makes me happy to get eats from there. We have tried other Greek restaurants and Greek Souvlaki is the best! We are from Florida and love Corpus Christi and a place there and when we moved to Utah hoped we'd find a good new Greek fix. I have had almost everything and it is all wonderful. The owners are conscientious and I appreciate the family feast options so I can feed our 4 sons when I want to get a tasty alternative to cooking in my kitchen. It's always clean inside albeit I usually do takeout or delivery. Short of going to a Greek household or festival or traveling there, this is just the best.

The guy taking my order needs to choose better jokes. However his recommendation for spicy feta was spot on. Baklava was OK. It usually is at commercial fast food places. Food was great though. I got the rice bowl with chicken.

Their chicken is just plain chicken on a stick. Not even Greek chicken. Very disappointing. They have salt and pepper on the table for your plain chicken.

Pretty good overall, the pork kabobs were the overall favorite. Rice has a lot of flavor, the gyros were good, but could have used a little more pizazz. Very friendly staff and clean location. We had dine in, the food was prepared pretty quickly. The family feast has a lot of rice and salad and pitas, but not as much meat as we would have liked.

Arrived at the restaurant an hour before close and was informed we couldn't sit in the dining area because closing was an hour away. So you may want to avoid this place unless you like taking home food that gets cold. Did say we could sit outside...it was snowing/raining and 33 degrees, so that is a big no.

I've gone to this location a number of times over the years. I went back with my friend today after a few months, because the last time was bad and I hoped it was better. NOT!! The "meat" on my Gyro was dry and tough. Some was so hard I thought I chipped my tooth. My friend ordered a garlic butter spaghetti. The pasta looked like it was a day or two old. As far as garlic butter. Forget about it. We won't be returning. I feel bad for the counter help, as he was nice. But doesn't make up for pathetic food.

I got a craving for gyros and this store was nearby. My first time. The food was excellent and fast. Pretty crowded so must be a popular place. My gyros had just the right amount of sauce. I got white, and it was good. The fries were hot and fresh. I LOLed at getting fry sauce but, hey, it's Utah. Some future visit I need to try the souvlaki. And need to ask about the co-branded drink cups.

Food was so amazing. My first time here with my sisters and we all enjoyed our food. The Greek fries were so delicious. And the service was awesome.

How sweet are the workers at South Jordan during these times it's the small things I really appreciate. A little spoon with my side of tzatiki sauce you rockstars!!!

We love this Greek restaurant. They are one of thee only Greek restaurants that has pork skewers. They are amazing!! The Gyros are really good also and perfectly seasoned (not too much as some other places). We do miss George

Excellent Gyro! I ordered extra meat, and could barely get my hands around it! The amount of tzatziki sauce was very generous and the fries and fry sauce were perfect! I would definitely go again. Easily enough food for two!
