One of the best SpingHill I've stayed at. Super clean - even the showers. Clean gym. Clean breakfast lobby. Awesome location with plenty to so in the plaza including restaurants. Walking distance to Draper downtown.

I thoroughly loved my stay at SpringHill Suites! The best part was my enjoyable interaction with Tuu Moimoi who works at the front desk. She was very kind and impressive, and her customer service skills were outstanding. She is a fine ambassador for the company. The cleaning staff was very accommodating. Even after showing up late for breakfast, a service gal was so gracious to go out of her way to get me and my daughter something to eat. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The close proximity to the freeway and restaurants is fabulous! I highly recommend this hotel!

We just spent 4 wonderful days here. The adjoining rooms were big. They were clean and everything worked. The location is perfect cowabunga bay, Allstars bowling, cinemark theater,Black Bear Diner. All within a 5 min walk. We had a great time and will do it again

AC through out the building needs to be better. Nice. Helpful staff. Pool area needs ventilation or air movement of some sort, muggy and tropical feel. Breakfast was spot on really good.

The hotel is a great hotel. It's what you would expect to see when you walk into a Marriott. They have a buffet that is pretty well organized and clean. I stayed in one of the disability suites and it was large enough for my wheelchair; however, it did not have a shower chair, so I had to shower sitting on the ground.

Nice location, nice people, updated, clean, and comfortable hotel. I would say that whomever designed their bathrooms would get zero stars from me, though - our room had two queen beds and a pullout sofa, so we could have had 6 people in there, with ONE hook in the bathroom. We are encouraged to re-use towels, but where are we supposed to put them? There were overhead lights over the toilet and tub, but not over the sink! It was so dark standing in front of the mirror I could barely dry my hair - how would anyone shave or apply makeup? Nothing against the Draper location, the complaint is all about the designer. But seriously, put more hooks in the bathroom!

Warning! This hotel is not clean and does not meet the standards expected. First room on third floor had dirty sheets and crumbs on the sofa. Asked for another room which was on first floor. There was a long dark hair on the sheets, multiple hairs around the faucet in bathroom, food crumbs on the carpet, and someone else’s key on the table. Neither room had been wiped down on the counter surfaces. Manager was called twice and all she said was it has been reported to housekeeping. It was an awful experience and a waste of $160 for which the manager never offered a discount.

Clean and new room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But the breakfast is not like the picture from the Network. 😁

Customer service is good Close to lots of places to eat Bed is comfortable Didn’t try gym or pool Good parking Shower is a bit odd. You have to get wet to turn the shower on. But it’s a good shower. The body wash and shampoo in the hotel smells really nice and I will be looking to get some for sure. Breakfast is good…enough. I hate to seem disparaging. But I travel a lot. I dislike fake eggs. But had good meat, had some fruit, etc.

Room was clean. Location was good. Upon check in the front desk person was sitting on the couch visiting with a friend and asked if we were checking in, I said yes and told here my name, couldn't find me in our system at first and asked if our reservation was next door at Fairfield Inn, I said no and then she found our reservation and gave us our keys. Had issues with the TV the whole time we were there (not turning on then not turning off). Would not stay here again.

In general the hotel was fine. Location is not great but the price was not expensive. Housekeeping was on the par not great. Comp breakfast was good. Pool is a bit small but ok. Hotel is good/ok for its price.

Located between highway exits across the highway from the Aquarium. Rooms were clean and nice. Small fridge, microwave and large screen TV. Next door there is the Leathernecks Bar and Grill. Good place for a beer and burger. The Black Bear is a great place for a well portioned breakfast, lunch or dinner. About a 10/15 minute walk there are a couple of shopping centers. Everything from Kohl's to Smith's Groceries. The only downside was that the location is really not that convenient for mass transit.

We stayed here this weekend and the staff was amazing. The breakfast is so yummy, especially the chocolate muffins. When they ran out, Felicia went out of her way to make sure I (pregnant and hungry), got one. She really represented the Marriott name and was so sweet. Awesome place to stay!

I enjoyed my stay here! There is plenty of parking space. The entire place is very neat and organized. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Their beds are super cozy, soft and warm. They have a presentation room, guest laundry, pool and gym among many other great amenities. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast is delicious and they have lots of different options. The views are astonishing, especially when it’s snowing and the mountains look gorgeous. I look forward to coming back in the near future. Recommend.

Clean, staff was easy to work with. It was a pretty crowded for breakfast the area is not very big for people to eat. Other than that the rooms were great size bathrooms were pretty.

Outstanding suite room. Comfy bed, very nice bathroom. Breakfast was ok, but too many pork options which I don't eat. Good scrambled eggs. Clerk was friendly.

$139 plus tax for 2 queens and sofa pull out. Plus hot breakfast. Great deal. They even have the Bluetooth mobile key so can pass the front desk and skip that step. Near cowabunga and bowling / escape room. In and out and Scheels nearby. Great location.

Went here for work! Right next to so many great food options. Even the water park right next door! Staff was amazing and the breakfast they provide is better than most I have had.

This is the BEST place for larger families! The rooms can be up to 4 beds and the pool + breakfast give this place the full package! The staff is also incredibly helpful and nice!

This place was very nice and clean which my boyfriend and I liked. We Especially got the shower glass room which we liked. We are both not a fan of the curtain shower so we were very happy about the glass shower. The service at the front desk was so so but the over all evening was great. I know I loved the bed so comfy.

We enjoyed our stay except for the services offered that were not present. Wifi was really slow, movies could not be streamed completely. Icemachine was non-functional on my floor, and the hot tub was not working. I came at a bad time but had just read an article about a Marriott hotel reservation in Africa that was a nightmare for a couple. I was not as impressed as I had hoped to be. The hot tub was the biggest disappointment!

The rooms are 5 stars in my opinion but the breakfast buffet was awful and the swimming pool was cold. How can you take a 2 year old swimming when the pool water is so cold he is shivering within a few minutes? I recommend going elsewhere for breakfast and other than the food and the pool the hotel was great.

Great Marriott in Nice location. Tidy large rooms and good breakfast. Pool and fitness room. Walking distance to stores, larger gym, water park and restaurants.

The room was large, clean, AC working, and relatively quiet. I could barely hear the vacuum cleaner next door. I stayed 2 nights and felt safe as a single traveler.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The rooms were cleaned well, and everything is new and up kept. The pool was also warmer than most hotel pools I've been in. Everything was very good, but we were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. The breakfast was also a little disappointing.

l spend a whole week in this hotel with my boyfriend and the rooms are clean and comfortable. the bed is nice and soft and the room is nice and cool(tho you can change the temperature however you want). The only thing I would like to change is the breakfest and their options, but the scrambled egg is the best egg you will ever eat in your life. Even tho the breakfast has minor problems this hotel is a great place to stay while you explore Salt Lake City.

Stayed here 2 nights for surgery, since home is a bit of a drive. Great rooms, great service. Next to many amenities. It would be a great staycation spot.
