Barbara is a brilliant holistic practitioner. When you go to her she takes a genuine interest in your healing journey and has supported me greatly on mine. Her reflexology massage leaves me in an absolute state of bliss and I always have the best night's sleep afterwards! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for ways to help with stress or digestive issues, she's amazing! She has a beautiful private room and there's plenty of on-street parking, you have to try her out!

The room is neat and tidy already an invitation to relax. I got massage and reflexology which were incredibly relaxing. I love the way she uses a lot of heat, it's so calming and soothing. Having a treatment with Barbara is more than that, it's an experience, she is so caring that the treatment goes beyond and down to your feelings. Barbara is very professional. The treatments are very relaxing both reflexology and reiki. Some unexpected results after reiki treatment, hip pain going away after each session. I really don't understand but it works. The place is very clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable. In my opinion Barbara emits a great energy and the experience is always a bliss. I recommend to anyone that needs some tension or stress relief. You will love it!:)

Loved my facial! I went with the "Customized Spa Special Facial", which was a good mix of massages and treatments. It was super relaxing and I really wish I had discovered ZenVita years ago! I'll definitely be coming back to try other treatments.

What a relaxing and enjoyable experience with real results achieved. Set in a lovely location, Barbara puts you at ease the second you walk into her studio and during reflexology you completely melt. She helped to reduce my swollen ankles, increased relaxation and helped with nausea. By the time you leave your appointment you're instinctively booking the next.
