Easy access off M50 with ample under and above ground parking. Two floors. Ground is Sports Direct with a mix of top sports brands at big discounts. First floor is mostly household bits and bobs, basically a down scaled Heatons. If your buying trainers check upstairs also as they sell off end of lines with even more discounts. For the best price though is to have the sports direct website open and check prices as more often than not your paying extra for taking it home there and then. 1.You really need to turn off those heaters upstairs, I had to leave after 5 minutes because I couldn't breathe... other than that not too many things for men , this shop is 98% women clothes. 2.Complete mess, all sizes are messed up Small clothes are at XL and Xlarge clothes are at M , everything its upside down ... dissapointed 👎🏻 Big prices , poor quality

Horrendous customer service! The shop layout is so badly organised, chaotic, untidy and cramped. Had to ask 3 different people where the changing rooms are and got gruff responses as if I was the bane of their existence. Took someone 10 minutes to tell me they didn't have the sandals I was looking for in my size. Prices aren't that much cheaper than online plus online you get to to avoid the rude and unhelpful staff. Plus BE WARNED they have a no refund policy. Exchange or credit only.

The fact that it was inside the Sports Direct, made it difficult to find this store. It is a small store and has very few varieties. You can definitely visit this one when you visit sports direct, you may find some valued products with less price. There are only a few employees, you may not get enough attention. Anyway it was a good visit.

I had a very disappointing experience in Carrickmines branch today. I purchased a pair of shoes from them that were advertised as waterproof, but my sister, who owns the same pair, told me that they are not actually waterproof. When I went back to the store to request a refund, they refused and instead offered me store credit. I was extremely dissatisfied with this outcome as I had no intention of ever shopping there again. Additionally, the store's refusal to provide a refund for a product that did not live up to its advertised claims was unacceptable. I feel like I was misled by their false advertising and then treated poorly when I tried to rectify the situation. It's disappointing to see businesses operate in such a manner and prioritize their profits over customer satisfaction. Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products or fair customer service. It's crucial for businesses to stand behind their products and deliver on their promises. Unfortunately, this store failed to do so, and as a result, I will not be returning as a customer.

Great range of sports gear at reasonable prices. But the changing rooms are miniscule, and there's only two of them, which might account for the otherwise faintly ridiculous stipulation of only two items allowed in at any one time. I guess their motto is twofold: 'The customer is always king'; and 'Make it snappy, people'

Great value store selling a variety of household goods and clothing. This branch has a large sports department with very keen prices. My go to place for sports or outdoor footwear.Free parking too which is rare in Dublin nowadays.

I returned shoes that I had bought a size to small by a mistake and I was a couple of days late but the manager understand my dilemma and allowed me to exchange them. Heatons is the best, and the assistant was really friendly :-) :-)
